一、塔鐘的結構構造
塔鐘(zhong)指(zhi)安裝在塔狀(zhuang)建(jian)筑(zhu)物上或教堂尖塔中的大(da)(da)型(xing)鐘(zhong),現泛指(zhi)安裝在大(da)(da)型(xing)、高層(ceng)公共建(jian)筑(zhu)物上的大(da)(da)型(xing)石英(ying)塔鐘(zhong)。塔除向人們提示(shi)時間(jian)外,還起著(zhu)裝飾和美化建(jian)筑(zhu)物的作用。
塔(ta)鐘的(de)結構(gou)一(yi)般有機(ji)械式和機(ji)電式兩類。機(ji)械塔(ta)鐘以重錘為動(dong)力(li)源,通(tong)過機(ji)械傳動(dong)帶動(dong)走機(ji)構(gou)指示時(shi)間,并通(tong)過敲(qiao)打專門鑄出的(de)“鐘”來報時(shi)。 這類塔(ta)鐘結構(gou)龐大,精(jing)度較差,僅存(cun)于古老的(de)建筑物上。
機電(dian)式塔鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是由核心控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、子(zi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和(he)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)等部分組成(cheng)。塔鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的核心控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong),包括(kuo)(kuo)母(mu)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),GPS衛星接收器、報(bao)時控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、照明控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)等組件。母(mu)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)或GPS接收器是整個計時系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的時基,通(tong)過控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)輸出(chu)信號指揮各面(mian)子(zi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)行,同時控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)根據(ju)母(mu)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的時間信號自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)照明和(he)報(bao)時設備按(an)時運(yun)行。子(zi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)包括(kuo)(kuo)機芯(xin)和(he)步進(jin)電(dian)機;鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)面(mian)包括(kuo)(kuo)刻度、鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)針和(he)盤面(mian)。
二、建筑塔鐘基本功能
塔鐘具有走時、報時、照明三個基本功能,采用時、分針(zhen)兩針(zhen)時間指示(shi)。
1、智能(neng)驅動功(gong)能(neng):驅動盤(pan)面(mian)數量1-32個,盤(pan)面(mian)直(zhi)徑1-10米。
2、自動(dong)校準功能(neng):子母鐘系統(tong)采用閉環控制,機(ji)芯反饋(kui)走時情況,自動(dong)校準。
3、自(zi)動(dong)追(zhui)時(shi)功(gong)能:系統(tong)停電后,記(ji)憶單元自(zi)動(dong)記(ji)憶子鐘數(shu)據(ju),6個月(yue)內來(lai)電后自(zi)動(dong)追(zhui)時(shi)至標準時(shi)間。
4、智能報時功能:自動高保真CD音質音樂報時,采用標準英國大笨鐘音樂,報時內容也可定做。自動定時開啟關閉報時功放機。報時功率(lv)為:100-600W,可定制(zhi)。
5、智能照(zhao)(zhao)明功能:根據用戶設定自(zi)動開啟關(guan)閉照(zhao)(zhao)明設備。
6、塔鐘也可以(yi)根據客戶(hu)實際(ji)需(xu)要增加附(fu)加功(gong)(gong)能或減(jian)少基(ji)本功(gong)(gong)能。附(fu)加功(gong)(gong)能是(shi)在基(ji)本功(gong)(gong)能實現的基(ji)礎(chu)上展開的,譬(pi)如(ru):GPS校時(shi)、微機監控、保電記憶、故障自診、雙(shuang)核系統等(deng)等(deng)。
