一、氙氣燈安定器的作用
安定器,有另外一種叫法,叫做電子鎮流器,其作用原理是當接通電源后,在瞬間內利用通過變壓器將低壓汽車電源升至2萬伏以上的高壓脈沖激活氙氣燈泡中的氙氣在電弧中產生3000-12000K色溫度,從而激活氙氣燈的照明。安定器的出現,也充分的引領了發光技術的新時代,能夠讓氙氣燈更(geng)加(jia)穩定的(de)運作(zuo),汽車大燈的(de)照(zhao)明配置(zhi)也(ye)上升到了一個新的(de)臺階。
常見的安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi)有兩種,一(yi)種是(shi)(shi)(shi)單(dan)體安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi),是(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi)和(he)高壓啟動器(qi)的合體;另(ling)外一(yi)種是(shi)(shi)(shi)分體安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi),是(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi)和(he)高壓啟動器(qi)的分體。當(dang)然,這兩種安(an)(an)(an)定(ding)(ding)器(qi)的原理和(he)作用都是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)樣的。
一般的(de)(de)(de)(de)安定器(qi)都(dou)具(ju)有冷啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流<6.5A的(de)(de)(de)(de)性能(neng),啟(qi)動(dong)速度較快,設計了電(dian)(dian)路(lu)自動(dong)補給(gei)電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng),也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)常說的(de)(de)(de)(de)二次(ci)補給(gei)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng),可(ke)以(yi)使用(yong)于(yu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)廠家(jia)生產不(bu)同(tong)管(guan)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)氙氣(qi)燈(deng)燈(deng)泡。另外,安定器(qi)也具(ju)有電(dian)(dian)壓設計寬壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)性能(neng),一般是(shi)(shi)7.5V-18V,可(ke)以(yi)保證低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓和(he)高電(dian)(dian)壓能(neng)夠正(zheng)常啟(qi)動(dong)。在熱啟(qi)動(dong)或者變(bian)換燈(deng)光(guang)(guang)時,啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)流<5A,降低(di)因頻繁變(bian)光(guang)(guang)對汽(qi)車(che)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)負荷,以(yi)及汽(qi)車(che)對其它用(yong)電(dian)(dian)設備的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)影響。
在使用安定(ding)(ding)(ding)器時,會有許(xu)多參考(kao)指標,分別有啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、典(dian)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、輸(shu)出功(gong)率、冷(leng)啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、熱啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、工(gong)(gong)作效(xiao)率、工(gong)(gong)作溫度范圍等。總的(de)來說,安定(ding)(ding)(ding)器在整(zheng)個(ge)HID照明系(xi)統中是一個(ge)最復雜、技術含量最高的(de)元器件。安定(ding)(ding)(ding)器的(de)好壞(huai)直接決定(ding)(ding)(ding)氙氣大燈(deng)的(de)使用體(ti)驗感(gan),也決定(ding)(ding)(ding)了氙氣大燈(deng)的(de)性(xing)能。
二、氙氣燈的安定器通用嗎
大(da)部分是(shi)通用(yong)的(de),不(bu)過還(huan)得看具體車型(xing),像是(shi)保時捷、奔馳(chi)等比較(jiao)高端的(de)車型(xing)往往需要(yao)搭配解碼安定(ding)器使用(yong),其(qi)它一(yi)般(ban)的(de)車型(xing)都(dou)基本能通用(yong)。在選擇(ze)安定(ding)器或燈泡(pao)時我們一(yi)定(ding)要(yao)注(zhu)意(yi)功率(lv)問題,例如(ru)35W的(de)安定(ding)器千萬不(bu)能配55W的(de)燈泡(pao),如(ru)果安定(ding)器和燈泡(pao)功率(lv)不(bu)匹配那么將很影響使用(yong)壽命。
三、安定器解碼與不解碼怎么區分
在外包裝上會有說明。安定器解碼是為了更好地適配不同車型,有些車例如現代、JEEP、大眾等品牌大燈是通過bcm控制的,如果更換氙氣燈后(hou)的啟動(dong)(dong)電流還有功率與原來的鹵素燈(deng)有較大差距,會出(chu)現故障碼。安(an)定(ding)器(qi)解(jie)碼之后(hou)不(bu)(bu)會出(chu)現不(bu)(bu)適配的情況,儀表盤(pan)上的故障碼也會自(zi)動(dong)(dong)消失(shi)。其實如果(guo)可以不(bu)(bu)用解(jie)碼安(an)定(ding)器(qi)就(jiu)盡量不(bu)(bu)要使(shi)用,因為解(jie)碼安(an)定(ding)器(qi)的啟動(dong)(dong)時間比(bi)較長。
