局(ju)放,即局(ju)部放電,開關柜局(ju)方(fang)檢測是指對開關柜的(de)局(ju)部放電現象進行檢測。
在(zai)(zai)開關(guan)柜(ju)運行(xing)中,開關(guan)柜(ju)各部(bu)(bu)位的電(dian)(dian)場(chang)強度(du)(du)存在(zai)(zai)差異,某個區域的電(dian)(dian)場(chang)強度(du)(du)一(yi)旦達到其擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)強度(du)(du)時,該區域就(jiu)會(hui)出現放電(dian)(dian)現象,不過(guo)施(shi)加電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的兩個導體(ti)之間并未(wei)貫穿(chuan)(chuan)整(zheng)個放電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程,即(ji)放電(dian)(dian)未(wei)擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)絕緣(yuan)系統(tong),這種(zhong)現象即(ji)為局(ju)部(bu)(bu)放電(dian)(dian),開關(guan)柜(ju)處于局(ju)部(bu)(bu)放電(dian)(dian)階段往(wang)往(wang)通過(guo)肉(rou)眼(yan)和人工觸摸無法識別,如果長期不處理,放電(dian)(dian)嚴重(zhong)區域會(hui)達到其擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)強度(du)(du),就(jiu)會(hui)發生故障,因(yin)此(ci)要注意定期檢(jian)測。
二、開關柜局放檢測方法有哪些
檢(jian)測開關柜的局(ju)部放電(dian)可以(yi)(yi)有效(xiao)預防故(gu)障(zhang),針(zhen)對開關柜而言,其局(ju)部放電(dian)檢(jian)測方法包(bao)括(kuo)以(yi)(yi)下幾種:
1、地電波檢測法
在(zai)高壓開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)絕緣層(ceng)中(zhong)(zhong)發生(sheng)局(ju)部(bu)(bu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時會(hui)(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)波(bo)(bo)(bo),而開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)的金(jin)屬外(wai)殼會(hui)(hui)將(jiang)這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)波(bo)(bo)(bo)屏蔽掉一大部(bu)(bu)分(fen),不過仍有小部(bu)(bu)分(fen)會(hui)(hui)通過金(jin)屬殼體的接縫或者氣體絕緣開(kai)(kai)關(guan)襯墊傳播出(chu)去(qu),而且(qie)還會(hui)(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)一個地電(dian)(dian)(dian)波(bo)(bo)(bo)通過設(she)備金(jin)屬殼體外(wai)表(biao)面(mian)傳向地下(xia)。地電(dian)(dian)(dian)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的范圍通常在(zai)幾毫伏直至幾伏中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian),而且(qie)上升(sheng)時間(jian)內(nei)有幾個納(na)秒。可以將(jiang)探頭設(she)置于工作狀態中(zhong)(zhong)的開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)的外(wai)表(biao)面(mian),對局(ju)部(bu)(bu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)活動(dong)進行檢測。
2、超聲波檢測法
其(qi)實超聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)(bo)(bo)檢(jian)測(ce)屬于(yu)機(ji)械(xie)振(zhen)動(dong)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)種,基(ji)于(yu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)角度(du)而(er)言,局部放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程即為(wei)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量瞬(shun)時爆發的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程,電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)通過聲(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)、光能(neng)(neng)(neng)、熱能(neng)(neng)(neng)以(yi)及電(dian)(dian)磁能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)出(chu)去,電(dian)(dian)氣擊(ji)穿(chuan)發生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)空氣間隙,瞬(shun)間就可以(yi)完成(cheng)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),此時電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)也會(hui)(hui)在(zai)一(yi)瞬(shun)間轉(zhuan)化為(wei)熱能(neng)(neng)(neng),放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)受到熱能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)會(hui)(hui)發生(sheng)(sheng)膨脹(zhang),通過聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)(bo)(bo)向(xiang)外傳播(bo),傳播(bo)區(qu)域內氣體(ti)被(bei)加熱后形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)等溫(wen)區(qu),其(qi)溫(wen)度(du)超出(chu)環境溫(wen)度(du);等到這(zhe)些氣體(ti)冷卻后開始收縮,則會(hui)(hui)產生(sheng)(sheng)后續波(bo)(bo)(bo),后續波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv)以(yi)及強(qiang)度(du)均比較低,包含各種頻率(lv)分量,有很寬的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻帶,超聲(sheng)(sheng)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率(lv)大于(yu)20kHz。因為(wei)局部放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)區(qu)域相對較小,所以(yi)局放(fang)(fang)聲(sheng)(sheng)源即為(wei)點聲(sheng)(sheng)源。

其實無(wu)(wu)論(lun)哪種(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)方(fang)法均(jun)有一定的(de)(de)(de)局限(xian)性(xing),無(wu)(wu)法將(jiang)開(kai)關柜的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)行狀態客觀、全面、真實的(de)(de)(de)反(fan)映出來(lai),還會(hui)出現誤判的(de)(de)(de)可能。由于放電類型能量的(de)(de)(de)釋放形式不同、各種(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)方(fang)法的(de)(de)(de)實用性(xing)與靈敏度也存在差異,所以(yi)(yi)在對開(kai)關柜局部(bu)放電檢(jian)測(ce)過程中,要(yao)將(jiang)上述檢(jian)測(ce)手段綜合應用,以(yi)(yi)地電波檢(jian)測(ce)為(wei)主、超聲波檢(jian)測(ce)及(ji)超高頻檢(jian)測(ce)為(wei)輔來(lai)進行。
三、開關柜局放檢測周期
開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)的局(ju)部(bu)放電檢(jian)測(ce)對開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)正常(chang)運(yun)行至(zhi)關(guan)重要(yao),至(zhi)于檢(jian)測(ce)周期方面(mian),傳統上(shang),通(tong)常(chang)每年定期兩次(ci)通(tong)過開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)局(ju)部(bu)放電檢(jian)測(ce)儀進行在(zai)線或離線局(ju)部(bu)放電測(ce)試;現在(zai)更多的是使用開(kai)關(guan)柜(ju)局(ju)放測(ce)試儀進行連續(xu)監測(ce)。
