二、微調電位器在使用時的注意事項有哪些
1、各種(zhong)微調(diao)(diao)電(dian)位器(qi)可直接在印(yin)制電(dian)路板上(shang)安(an)裝,但應注意相鄰元件的(de)排列,以保證電(dian)位器(qi)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)方便而(er)又不影響(xiang)相鄰元件。
2、.在(zai)(zai)(zai)可(ke)調電(dian)位器端(duan)子腳(jiao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)的時(shi)(shi)候,要注意焊(han)(han)接(jie)溫度(du)不(bu)要過高以及焊(han)(han)接(jie)時(shi)(shi)間不(bu)要過長,避免(mian)導(dao)致損(sun)壞(huai)電(dian)位器。可(ke)調電(dian)位器在(zai)(zai)(zai)焊(han)(han)接(jie)時(shi)(shi)需(xu)要一(yi)塊1.6mm厚(hou)的單面覆銅板(ban)(ban)作為基(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban),基(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)要用100℃左右(you)溫度(du)預熱1分鐘。機器焊(han)(han)接(jie)溫度(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)260±5℃,手工焊(han)(han)接(jie)溫度(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)300±5℃,時(shi)(shi)間都是(shi)3秒。另外焊(han)(han)接(jie)時(shi)(shi)切忌使用焊(han)(han)錫流(liu)穿線路板(ban)(ban),并且不(bu)要讓端(duan)子腳(jiao)受到重(zhong)壓,以免(mian)引(yin)起端(duan)子腳(jiao)受損(sun)。
3、焊(han)(han)接(jie)時要(yao)調整好助焊(han)(han)劑(ji)進入機(ji)器的高度,要(yao)避(bi)免助焊(han)(han)劑(ji)流入到旋轉(zhuan)電位器內部,以(yi)免引(yin)起(qi)電刷和碳膜片之間(jian)運(yun)作時接(jie)觸不良(liang),產生電阻噪聲(sheng)。
4、可調(diao)電(dian)位(wei)器在應用時最好放在電(dian)壓調(diao)節的電(dian)路(lu)結構中(zhong),且讓(rang)1腳接(jie)地,盡量(liang)不要用在電(dian)流調(diao)節的電(dian)路(lu)結構中(zhong),因為電(dian)刷和碳(tan)膜(mo)片(pian)之間的接(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)阻(zu)阻(zu)礙了(le)大電(dian)流調(diao)節。
5、天冷的(de)時候在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)和存放可(ke)調電位器(qi)時,要(yao)防止旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)電位器(qi)的(de)表面結(jie)露結(jie)霜(shuang)產生水滴(di),平(ping)時使用(yong)(yong)還(huan)要(yao)做(zuo)好防潮措施,以(yi)免(mian)降低電位器(qi)的(de)絕緣效果(guo),給電路(lu)造成短路(lu)影響。
