二、微調電位器在使用時的注意事項有哪些
1、各(ge)種(zhong)微(wei)調電位器可直接在印(yin)制電路板上安裝,但應注意相鄰元件的排列,以保證電位器調節方便而又(you)不(bu)影響相鄰元件。
2、.在(zai)可調電(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)端(duan)子腳焊接(jie)的時(shi)(shi)候,要(yao)注意(yi)焊接(jie)溫(wen)度(du)不要(yao)過(guo)高以(yi)及焊接(jie)時(shi)(shi)間不要(yao)過(guo)長,避免導致損(sun)壞電(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)。可調電(dian)位(wei)器(qi)(qi)在(zai)焊接(jie)時(shi)(shi)需要(yao)一塊1.6mm厚的單面覆銅板(ban)作為基(ji)板(ban),基(ji)板(ban)要(yao)用100℃左(zuo)右(you)溫(wen)度(du)預熱1分鐘。機器(qi)(qi)焊接(jie)溫(wen)度(du)在(zai)260±5℃,手工焊接(jie)溫(wen)度(du)在(zai)300±5℃,時(shi)(shi)間都是3秒。另外焊接(jie)時(shi)(shi)切忌(ji)使用焊錫(xi)流穿線路板(ban),并且不要(yao)讓端(duan)子腳受到重壓,以(yi)免引起端(duan)子腳受損(sun)。
3、焊(han)接時要調整好助(zhu)焊(han)劑(ji)進(jin)入機器(qi)的高度,要避(bi)免(mian)助(zhu)焊(han)劑(ji)流入到(dao)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)電位器(qi)內部,以免(mian)引起電刷和碳膜片之間(jian)運作時接觸不良(liang),產生電阻噪聲。
4、可(ke)調電(dian)(dian)位器(qi)在(zai)應用時最好放在(zai)電(dian)(dian)壓調節的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)結構中,且(qie)讓(rang)1腳接地(di),盡(jin)量不(bu)要用在(zai)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)調節的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)結構中,因為電(dian)(dian)刷和碳膜片之間的(de)(de)接觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)阻阻礙了大電(dian)(dian)流(liu)調節。
5、天冷的時候(hou)在使(shi)用和存(cun)放可調電位器時,要防止旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)電位器的表面結露(lu)結霜產生水滴,平(ping)時使(shi)用還要做好(hao)防潮措施,以免降(jiang)低(di)電位器的絕(jue)緣效(xiao)果,給(gei)電路(lu)(lu)造成短路(lu)(lu)影響。
