二、整流二極管有哪些重要參數
整(zheng)流二(er)極管一(yi)般(ban)為(wei)平面(mian)型硅二(er)極管,用于各種電(dian)(dian)源整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)路中。選(xuan)用整(zheng)流二(er)極管時(shi),主(zhu)要應考慮其最大整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)流、最大反向(xiang)工作電(dian)(dian)流、截止頻率及(ji)反向(xiang)恢復時(shi)間(jian)等參數。
1、最大整流電流
是指(zhi)MDD二極管(guan)長期連續工作時允(yun)許(xu)通過(guo)(guo)的(de)最大正(zheng)向電(dian)流值(zhi)(zhi),其值(zhi)(zhi)與PN結面積及外部散熱(re)(re)條件(jian)等有關。因(yin)為電(dian)流通過(guo)(guo)管(guan)子時會使(shi)管(guan)芯(xin)(xin)發熱(re)(re),溫度(du)上升,溫度(du)超過(guo)(guo)容(rong)許(xu)限(xian)度(du)(硅管(guan)為141左右,鍺(zang)(zang)管(guan)為90左右)時,就會使(shi)管(guan)芯(xin)(xin)過(guo)(guo)熱(re)(re)而損壞。所以在規定(ding)散熱(re)(re)條件(jian)下,MDD二極管(guan)使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)不要超過(guo)(guo)MDD二極管(guan)最大整流電(dian)流值(zhi)(zhi)。例如,常用(yong)的(de)IN4001-4007型鍺(zang)(zang)二極管(guan)的(de)額定(ding)正(zheng)向工作電(dian)流為1A。
2、最高反向工作電壓
加在MDD二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)兩端的反(fan)向(xiang)電壓高到一(yi)定值(zhi)時,會將管(guan)(guan)子擊穿,失去單向(xiang)導電能力。為了(le)保證使用(yong)安全(quan),規(gui)定了(le)最高反(fan)向(xiang)工作電壓值(zhi)。例如(ru),IN4001二極(ji)管(guan)(guan)反(fan)向(xiang)耐(nai)壓為50V,IN4007反(fan)向(xiang)耐(nai)壓為1000V。
3、反向電流

4、反向恢復時間
整流(liu)二極管(guan)反向恢復時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)是(shi)指(zhi)(zhi):電流(liu)通過零點(dian)由正向轉換到(dao)規定(ding)低(di)值的時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)隔(ge)。它是(shi)衡(heng)量高頻續流(liu)及整流(liu)器件性能的重(zhong)要技術指(zhi)(zhi)標。正常快(kuai)/特快(kuai)/MDD超快(kuai)恢復二極管(guan)會體(ti)現出(chu)恢復時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)參數(shu),單位(wei)為納稍(ns),恢復時(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)越快(kuai)越好效率相對越高。
