一、電子膨脹閥的結構組成
空調系統設計(ji)中,電(dian)子膨脹(zhang)閥作為(wei)電(dian)子控制元件,因其精(jing)度高,動作快速、準確、節能效果明(ming)顯等優點(dian),應用廣泛,那么(me)電(dian)子膨脹(zhang)閥由什么(me)組成呢?
電子膨脹閥有步(bu)(bu)進(jin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)型(xing)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線圈型(xing)兩種結構(gou)(gou)形(xing)式,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線圈型(xing)嚴格(ge)地說(shuo)是一種電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)膨(peng)脹閥(fa)(fa),家(jia)用空調、冰箱等(deng)制冷設備中常說(shuo)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)膨(peng)脹閥(fa)(fa)通常指的(de)(de)是步(bu)(bu)進(jin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)型(xing),由閥(fa)(fa)體、閥(fa)(fa)芯、波紋(wen)管、脈沖步(bu)(bu)進(jin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)和傳動機(ji)構(gou)(gou)等(deng)部(bu)分組成:
1、閥體(ti)是指膨(peng)脹閥本身,由針(zhen)(zhen)閥、磁(ci)體(ti)及上下蓋等(deng)部件組成,針(zhen)(zhen)閥的開度大(da)(da)小靠回氣過熱度(通過回氣溫度和壓力檢(jian)測得到)控制(zhi),過熱度越大(da)(da)開度越大(da)(da),過熱度越小開度也就越小。
2、波紋管將制冷劑(ji)通道與運動部件隔開,以(yi)防制冷劑(ji)泄(xie)漏(lou)。
3、脈沖步進(jin)電機(ji)是驅動機(ji)構,主要由線圈(quan)、支架(jia)、連接件等組成(cheng)。
4、傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)作用(yong)是將電機(ji)(ji)的(de)旋轉(zhuan)運動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為閥芯的(de)往復運動(dong)(dong)。傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)有兩種,減速式(shi)(shi)傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)包括齒輪副(兩個(ge)相(xiang)嚙合的(de)齒輪組成的(de)基(ji)本(ben)結構(gou)(gou)(gou))、羅紋副(利用(yong)螺(luo)紋旋合實(shi)現連接(jie)作用(yong)的(de)機(ji)(ji)械組合)、傳動(dong)(dong)桿等。直動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)傳動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)(gou)沒有齒輪副。
二、電子膨脹閥的工作原理是什么
電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)膨(peng)脹閥(fa)是按(an)照預(yu)設(she)程序(xu)調(diao)節蒸發(fa)(fa)器(qi)供液量,因屬于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)式調(diao)節模式,故稱為電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)膨(peng)脹閥(fa),它適應了(le)制冷機電(dian)(dian)(dian)一體(ti)化(hua)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)要(yao)求,是一種(zhong)很有發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)前途的(de)自控節能元件。目前電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)膨(peng)脹閥(fa)主要(yao)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁式膨(peng)脹閥(fa)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)動式膨(peng)脹閥(fa)兩(liang)種(zhong),兩(liang)者的(de)工作原理有些不(bu)同:
1、電磁式電子膨脹閥內部具有電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan),通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)作為(wei)媒(mei)介來控(kong)制系統(tong)流量。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)之(zhi)前,閥(fa)針處于開(kai)啟(qi)狀態,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)之(zhi)后,閥(fa)針的(de)(de)開(kai)啟(qi)程度由電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓來控(kong)制,由此,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓就控(kong)制了膨脹閥(fa)的(de)(de)流量。
2、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)式電(dian)子膨脹閥(fa)就(jiu)是利用(yong)步(bu)進(jin)(jin)電(dian)機驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)的,該裝(zhuang)置通過給步(bu)進(jin)(jin)電(dian)機提供的邏輯(ji)數字信號來控(kong)制(zhi)進(jin)(jin)內(nei)部的螺紋驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)閥(fa)針運動(dong)(dong),由此實現閥(fa)門流量與(yu)面積(ji)的控(kong)制(zhi)。
