由于部分電(dian)器(qi)(qi)中含(han)有線(xian)圈(quan)組件,在通(tong)(tong)電(dian)初期會產生(sheng)(sheng)阻(zu)礙電(dian)流的(de)(de)渦(wo)流,渦(wo)流的(de)(de)產生(sheng)(sheng)既會削弱到電(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong)時(shi)的(de)(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)壓(ya),導(dao)致啟動(dong)緩(huan)慢,又會加強(qiang)斷路后產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)瞬(shun)時(shi)電(dian)壓(ya),可(ke)能產生(sheng)(sheng)火花損壞電(dian)路。此時(shi)便(bian)需(xu)要一個穩壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)來保護電(dian)路的(de)(de)正常運行。穩壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)由調壓(ya)電(dian)路、控制(zhi)電(dian)路、及伺服電(dian)機等組成,當輸入(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)或負載變化時(shi),控制(zhi)電(dian)路進行取樣、比較、放大(da),然后驅動(dong)伺服電(dian)機轉動(dong),使調壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)碳刷(shua)的(de)(de)位置(zhi)改變,通(tong)(tong)過自動(dong)調整線(xian)圈(quan)匝(za)數比,從(cong)而保持輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)穩定。容量較大(da)的(de)(de)穩壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),還(huan)采用電(dian)壓(ya)補償的(de)(de)原理工作。
穩壓器的作用
穩壓(ya)器(qi)是(shi)一種(zhong)能(neng)自動(dong)調(diao)整輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路或(huo)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)(bei),其(qi)作用是(shi)將波動(dong)較(jiao)大和(he)達(da)不到電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)要求(qiu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定在它的(de)設(she)定值(zhi)范圍內,使(shi)各種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)能(neng)在額定工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下正常工(gong)(gong)作。
最初的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力穩壓器(qi)是靠繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)(de)跳動(dong)穩定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓出現(xian)波動(dong)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力穩壓器(qi)的(de)(de)自動(dong)糾正電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)啟(qi)動(dong),使內部繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)動(dong)作。迫(po)使輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保持在設定值附(fu)近(jin),這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)優點是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)簡單,缺點是穩壓精度不高并且(qie)每一次繼(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)跳動(dong)換擋,都會使供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源發(fa)生一次瞬時(shi)的(de)(de)中斷并產生火花干擾。
這對電腦(nao)(nao)設備的讀寫工作干(gan)擾很(hen)大,容易造成電腦(nao)(nao)出現錯誤信號,嚴重(zhong)時還會使(shi)硬盤損壞。
高(gao)質(zhi)量的(de)小(xiao)型穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器,大多采用(yong)電(dian)機拖動碳(tan)刷的(de)方法穩(wen)(wen)定電(dian)壓(ya),這(zhe)種穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)器對電(dian)器設備產生的(de)干擾(rao)很小(xiao)穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)精度(du)相對較高(gao)。
安全事宜
⒈穩壓電(dian)源在(zai)通(tong)電(dian)啟動時,請勿隨(sui)意(yi)拆開穩壓電(dian)源或撥拉穩壓電(dian)源輸入(ru)輸出連線,以防觸(chu)電(dian)或其它電(dian)氣安全(quan)事故。
⒉穩壓電源輸(shu)入輸(shu)出連線一定要布置合(he)理,防止踩踏磨破,造成漏電事(shi)故。
⒊穩壓電源一定要可靠接地,因不接地線運(yun)行而(er)造成的觸電或(huo)人(ren)體傷害,由用(yong)戶自行負責。
⒋穩(wen)壓電源的(de)地線不能接在暖氣管(guan)(guan)道、供水管(guan)(guan)道、燃氣管(guan)(guan)道等公益設(she)施(shi)上(shang),以免侵(qin)犯第三方(fang)權利或造成危害。
⒌應定期檢查穩壓電源的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)和(he)輸(shu)出(chu)連線,以免松動或脫落,從而影響穩壓電源的(de)正常使用和(he)用電安全。
⒍穩壓器的連接(jie)線的選配必(bi)須達到規定能承載足夠的電流容(rong)量的連接(jie)線。
⒎.穩(wen)壓器應輕拿輕放,在工作的時候避免劇烈振動;
⒏、保證穩壓器(qi)的(de)碳刷(shua)彈簧有足夠的(de)壓力,以免碳刷(shua)和(he)線圈(quan)接觸面跳火;
⒐、非專業(ye)人(ren)員請不要(yao)拆開穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)電源或對穩(wen)(wen)壓(ya)電源進行維(wei)修。
