玉米收割機是針對新(xin)型能源開(kai)發和(he)減輕農民(min)朋友勞動強度而研究開(kai)發的(de)一種新(xin)型農業機(ji)械(xie),在(zai)當代農業生產中應用越來越廣泛,玉米收割(ge)機(ji)在(zai)經(jing)歷了長(chang)期的(de)田間作(zuo)業,加上機(ji)器保(bao)養情況的(de)好壞與操作(zuo)人員(yuan)技術熟練程度的(de)不(bu)同等因(yin)素的(de)影響,機(ji)器難免(mian)會出現一些(xie)故(gu)障,其中就包括機(ji)器配(pei)件的(de)損壞。這就要(yao)(yao)求機(ji)手及時(shi)發現,隨時(shi)修復更換配(pei)件。下(xia)面講解一下(xia)玉米收割(ge)機(ji)主要(yao)(yao)配(pei)件的(de)更換及檢修方(fang)法。
一、動刀片的更換
更換動(dong)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)前,應先拆下(xia)刀(dao)(dao)桿與搖臂焊(han)合上球頭(tou)銷(xiao)的(de)鎖緊(jin)螺母,使球頭(tou)與搖臂焊(han)合分(fen)開,拆下(xia)壓(ya)刃(ren)器,拆下(xia)刀(dao)(dao)桿壓(ya)板,將刀(dao)(dao)籽抽出。用(yong)鏨(zan)子先剔(ti)去需更換的(de)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian),再鉚(liu)(liu)上新(xin)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)。鉚(liu)(liu)接時,應注意(yi)將整個(ge)刀(dao)(dao)桿墊平,把(ba)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)頂在鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)底模上,然后(hou)用(yong)錘子把(ba)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)鐓粗,將刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)鉚(liu)(liu)緊(jin),再用(yong)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)沖打(da)出鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)圓帽。刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)锪接后(hou)應檢(jian)查刀(dao)(dao)桿是否變形。如發現個(ge)別(bie)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)松(song)動(dong),一般可在玉米(mi)收割機的(de)割臺上直接鉚(liu)(liu)固,將需鉚(liu)(liu)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)移(yi)到兩定刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)之間,在松(song)動(dong)的(de)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)下(xia)墊上墊鐵,再用(yong)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)沖把(ba)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)重新(xin)鉚(liu)(liu)緊(jin)。必要時剔(ti)去松(song)動(dong)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),換上新(xin)鉚(liu)(liu)釘(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)后(hou)鉚(liu)(liu)緊(jin)動(dong)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)。
二、定刀片的更換
更換(huan)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)時,先拆下護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)方頸(jing)螺栓,拆下護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi),用鏨(zan)子剔(ti)去報(bao)廢刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),再(zai)鉚(liu)上(shang)(shang)新(xin)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)。鉚(liu)接中(zhong)應注(zhu)意釘頭(tou)應低于定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)工作面。如(ru)果護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)變形或損壞(huai),則換(huan)上(shang)(shang)鉚(liu)有定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)新(xin)護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)或護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)更換(huan)以后,要進行檢(jian)查。要求所(suo)有定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)在(zai)同一平面內(nei),其偏(pian)差不超(chao)過0.5毫米。調整方法:在(zai)左右兩端(duan)的(de)護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),拉緊一根細(xi)線(xian),細(xi)線(xian)放(fang)在(zai)每個(ge)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)工作面上(shang)(shang)。如(ru)果其中(zhong)某(mou)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)工作面與(yu)細(xi)線(xian)偏(pian)移(yi)太大,則拆下該定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)所(suo)在(zai)護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)方頸(jing)螺栓,刀(dao)(dao)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)工作面向下偏(pian)移(yi),應抽去護(hu)(hu)刃器(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)切割器(qi)(qi)(qi)梁之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)的(de)墊片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)(或以薄墊片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)換(huan)厚(hou)墊片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian))。反(fan)(fan)之(zhi)(zhi)則調整方法相反(fan)(fan)。
三、刀桿的校正
⑴刀(dao)桿彎曲(qu)時校正(zheng):刀(dao)桿彎曲(qu)時,可用(yong)木錘敲(qiao)擊(ji)校正(zheng)。先校正(zheng)最(zui)彎處,注(zhu)意(yi)不可用(yong)鐵錘直(zhi)接校正(zheng)刀(dao)籽,不能在刀(dao)桿上留(liu)下凹(ao)陷、毛(mao)刺和改變(bian)刀(dao)桿斷(duan)面形狀。
⑵刀桿(gan)扭曲(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)校正(zheng):將刀桿(gan)沒扭曲(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)部位固定在虎鉗上,用大活動板手夾住扭曲(qu)(qu)(qu)部位,緩慢地用力,將刀桿(gan)扭曲(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)反方向扳轉(zhuan)直到(dao)刀桿(gan)子直為止。校正(zheng)時(shi),扳手夾持刀桿(gan)的(de)位置(zhi)盡可能靠近虎鉗,避免校正(zheng)刀桿(gan)扭曲(qu)(qu)(qu)時(shi)引起刀桿(gan)彎曲(qu)(qu)(qu)。
⑶刀桿斷裂后應更(geng)換:因(yin)為刀桿撕裂的(de)(de)(de)修(xiu)復工藝較復雜,而(er)且修(xiu)復后的(de)(de)(de)刀桿很難(nan)保證(zheng)其平直度及有關動刀片間的(de)(de)(de)距離,如果使用斷裂的(de)(de)(de)修(xiu)復的(de)(de)(de)刀桿,常會加(jia)劇相鄰(lin)零(ling)部件的(de)(de)(de)損壞(huai)和(he)產(chan)生(sheng)卡(ka)滯現象。
四、螺旋葉片的修復
玉(yu)米收(shou)獲機割臺攪龍和(he)出谷攪龍都是螺旋輸(shu)送結構,螺旋葉片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)損壞形式通常(chang)是皺折(zhe)、脫焊和(he)邊(bian)緣磨損。葉片(pian)(pian)皺折(zhe)變(bian)(bian)形時,可(ke)在(zai)其(qi)一(yi)邊(bian)墊上枕木(mu),另一(yi)邊(bian)用(yong)錘子(zi)錘,葉片(pian)(pian)邊(bian)緣磨損不嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)可(ke)暫(zan)不修,磨損嚴(yan)重(zhong)的(de)(de)應新做葉片(pian)(pian)用(yong)氣焊焊牢,脫焊部件用(yong)氣焊焊補,在(zai)葉片(pian)(pian)易變(bian)(bian)形處,可(ke)在(zai)適當位置添加強(qiang)筋。
五、脫粒滾筒修復后的平衡校正
用(yong)戶(hu)一(yi)般是對(dui)脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)釘(ding)齒(chi)(chi)進(jin)(jin)行修(xiu)復(fu)(fu),脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒其(qi)它部分的(de)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)應送修(xiu)理廠進(jin)(jin)行。脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒釘(ding)齒(chi)(chi)的(de)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)可(ke)根據釘(ding)齒(chi)(chi)的(de)損壞(huai)情(qing)況(kuang),采用(yong)個別(bie)釘(ding)齒(chi)(chi)或整根脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)齒(chi)(chi)樣蔓(man)新(xin)。由于(yu)脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒直徑大(da)、轉(zhuan)速(su)高(gao),在修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)后如(ru)(ru)不平(ping)衡,運轉(zhuan)時將產生很大(da)的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),因此(ci)脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒在修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)后必須進(jin)(jin)行平(ping)衡試驗。經(jing)修(xiu)理后的(de)脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒如(ru)(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)有進(jin)(jin)行動(dong)平(ping)衡試驗,必須進(jin)(jin)行靜(jing)平(ping)衡試驗,否則不能安裝使用(yong)。靜(jing)平(ping)衡試驗的(de)簡(jian)易方法:拆涂滾(gun)筒與其(qi)他部件的(de)傳動(dong)帶,輕(qing)輕(qing)轉(zhuan)動(dong)滾(gun)筒,如(ru)(ru)果(guo)滾(gun)筒在轉(zhuan)速(su)降低并停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)前無反轉(zhuan)現象,滾(gun)筒的(de)任一(yi)部位(wei)均能在最上(shang)方停(ting)(ting)止(zhi),說(shuo)明滾(gun)筒重(zhong)量得到了(le)平(ping)均分配,滾(gun)筒基(ji)本平(ping)穩(wen);如(ru)(ru)果(guo)滾(gun)筒靜(jing)止(zhi)前要(yao)正(zheng)、反轉(zhuan)反復(fu)(fu)幾次(ci),且(qie)經(jing)2-3次(ci)停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)轉(zhuan)動(dong),都是同一(yi)根脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)齒(chi)(chi)桿處于(yu)上(shang)方,說(shuo)明該脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)齒(chi)(chi)桿相對(dui)較輕(qing),應在該齒(chi)(chi)桿上(shang)加一(yi)些墊片(pian)或螺母,且(qie)所加重(zhong)量盡可(ke)能均衡分配在整根齒(chi)(chi)桿上(shang),反復(fu)(fu)幾次(ci)校(xiao)正(zheng),直至脫(tuo)(tuo)粒(li)(li)(li)(li)滾(gun)筒停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)時的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)符合(he)平(ping)衡校(xiao)正(zheng)要(yao)求。
六、軸頸磨損的修復
小型玉米收割機各傳動軸的軸頸(jing),使用較長(chang)時間(jian)后(hou),常出現較大的磨損或鍵槽損壞,常用表面焊補法修復(fu)。
修復方法:
⑴拆下需修(xiu)的軸,有(you)條件最好將需焊(han)補(bu)的軸頸車(che)圓,以使焊(han)層厚度均勻。
⑵用振(zhen)動(dong)堆焊(han)最好,振(zhen)動(dong)堆焊(han)焊(han)層均勻細密,焊(han)后變形小、硬(ying)度高。焊(han)補后的(de)軸頸,一(yi)般應比原(yuan)來需要的(de)尺(chi)寸大5.8毫米,以備機械加工(gong)。
⑶焊補后(hou)的(de)軸如有變形(xing),應先校正(zheng),再車削(xue)加工。若(ruo)軸頸雖(sui)有彎曲但焊層余量較大,只需修整轱端(duan)酌中心孔,就可進(jin)行車削(xue)加工,恢復(fu)應有的(de)配合性質。
⑷有鍵槽的應用銑床加(jia)工(gong)(gong)出鍵槽,也可以(yi)手工(gong)(gong)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。
