Joyseph Sy（洪(hong)約瑟），1951年生(sheng)于(yu)馬(ma)尼拉(la)，73年在當地University of Santo Tam'as取得 Bachelor of Science in Architects，72年代表(biao)學校參加國際設(she)計比賽(sai)時亦獲頒十大條出學生(sheng)的殊榮·畢業后曾于(yu)香(xiang)港Eric Cummine Associates、Yung's Engineering Ltd.、Architects Hawaii Far East 等公司任職。

自1988年成立Joseph Sy & Associate Ltd.后，屢獲獎項，包括98年的APIDA Awards商業組別冠軍、同年的HKDA Awards住(zhu)宅(zhai)組別的Certificate of Excellence 及(ji)商業組別的金獎等(deng)。
