如果不(bu)是周(zhou)末或節假日,而你又偏偏選(xuan)擇了(le)一個(ge)不(bu)顯眼的(de)入(ru)口進入(ru)家(jia)(jia)居賣(mai)(mai)場,你極有可能會看到(dao)一幅(fu)奇特(te)的(de)景象:賣(mai)(mai)場內,店(dian)(dian)鋪的(de)門開著、燈也亮(liang)著,但放眼望去,卻看不(bu)到(dao)一個(ge)店(dian)(dian)員。家(jia)(jia)居賣(mai)(mai)場“無人店(dian)(dian)鋪”盛行(xing)究竟為(wei)何?
家居(ju)賣場“無人(ren)店鋪(pu)”盛行,這樣(yang)的“無人(ren)店鋪(pu)”大致可(ke)分為三(san)種(zhong)類(lei)型:
一、牧羊店
賣(mai)場(chang)內幾乎看(kan)不到店員(yuan),如果你(ni)呆的(de)時間(jian)夠(gou)長,可能有(you)機會看(kan)到店員(yuan)帶著客人(ren)過來(lai)。看(kan)到你(ni),店員(yuan)大(da)多會熱(re)情(qing)地跟你(ni)打(da)招呼,問你(ni)有(you)什(shen)么需要,大(da)多數時候,她(ta)還會熱(re)情(qing)地帶你(ni)全(quan)場(chang)巡(xun)視(shi)一(yi)番(fan)。她(ta)只是某個品牌的(de)店員(yuan),但卻看(kan)管整片(pian)區域,盡管這(zhe)個品牌在(zai)這(zhe)片(pian)區域只有(you)一(yi)個店鋪。
這么做的原(yuan)因(yin)是客流量實在是太小(xiao),好不容易(yi)來了一(yi)撥客人,如果大家都出動,可能會嚇(xia)跑顧(gu)客。所以,派出一(yi)個店員帶領顧(gu)客巡場,是最合理的選(xuan)擇。既不會把客人嚇(xia)跑,也節省力氣。
二、候鳥店
幾家相(xiang)鄰(lin)(lin)或是店主關系好(hao)的(de)店鋪(pu)(pu)約定,周(zhou)一(yi)到周(zhou)五,每家店鋪(pu)(pu)只有(you)(you)一(yi)天派人去,其他4天交(jiao)由(you)其他店鋪(pu)(pu)派出的(de)人代為照(zhao)看(kan)。但他們往往沒有(you)(you)正式的(de)約定,是一(yi)種彼此(ci)之間(jian)的(de)默(mo)契(qi)。家居(ju)賣場一(yi)般都是周(zhou)六周(zhou)日或節假日的(de)生意好(hao),一(yi)來(lai)大多(duo)數顧客(ke)不用(yong)上班,想(xiang)買(mai)家居(ju)的(de)一(yi)般都會(hui)(hui)趁這個時(shi)間(jian);二來(lai)賣場搞活動也都在這個時(shi)間(jian),多(duo)少能帶動點(dian)人氣。候鳥型店主往往是工作日對店鋪(pu)(pu)不管不顧,委托(tuo)鄰(lin)(lin)居(ju)或賣場的(de)物業人員幫開(kai)門開(kai)燈,就算真有(you)(you)客(ke)人想(xiang)買(mai)東西,也都交(jiao)由(you)鄰(lin)(lin)居(ju)代為處(chu)理。只有(you)(you)到了周(zhou)六周(zhou)日或節假日,才會(hui)(hui)來(lai)到店鋪(pu)(pu)里自己做生意。
三、僵尸店
顧名思義,就(jiu)(jiu)像僵尸(shi)一樣(yang),徒(tu)具店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)的(de)(de)軀殼,卻完全(quan)沒(mei)有店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)的(de)(de)實質和靈魂。看起(qi)來,僵尸(shi)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)沒(mei)有關門,場(chang)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)燈多(duo)少(shao)也(ye)會打開(kai)一些(xie)(xie),但(dan)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)內(nei)(nei)不會有店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)員(yuan)(yuan),甚(shen)(shen)至連衛生都(dou)沒(mei)人管,往往樣(yang)品上都(dou)積了(le)一層灰。這些(xie)(xie)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)的(de)(de)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)主,要么早就(jiu)(jiu)完全(quan)不要這些(xie)(xie)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)了(le),要么把(ba)這些(xie)(xie)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)當倉(cang)庫用。至于僵尸(shi)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)成因,大多(duo)是(shi)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)主想撤(che)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),但(dan)賣場(chang)不讓,這些(xie)(xie)店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)撤(che)走了(le)賣場(chang)往往也(ye)招不到接替(ti)的(de)(de)商(shang)家。尤其是(shi)在一些(xie)(xie)顯眼位置(zhi),撤(che)場(chang)后空蕩(dang)蕩(dang)的(de)(de)或長期圍蔽起(qi)來不裝修施(shi)工重新開(kai)業(ye),不僅影(ying)響觀瞻,也(ye)影(ying)響店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)內(nei)(nei)其他商(shang)鋪(pu)(pu)的(de)(de)經營信心(xin)。于是(shi),賣場(chang)就(jiu)(jiu)會千方(fang)百計不讓店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)主撤(che)場(chang)。就(jiu)(jiu)讓門店(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)先在那(nei)放著,由賣場(chang)的(de)(de)物業(ye)人員(yuan)(yuan)幫(bang)開(kai)門開(kai)燈,甚(shen)(shen)至幫(bang)忙處理樣(yang)品。
