太陽雨太陽能熱水器的原理
1、吸熱過程
太陽雨真(zhen)空(kong)管式(shi)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)吸熱(re)(re)時,太陽輻射(she)透過真(zhen)空(kong)管的(de)外管,被集熱(re)(re)鍍膜吸收后沿(yan)內(nei)管壁傳遞到(dao)管內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。管內(nei)的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)吸熱(re)(re)后溫(wen)度升(sheng)高,比重減(jian)小而上升(sheng),形成(cheng)一個向上的(de)動力,構成(cheng)一個熱(re)(re)虹吸系統。隨著熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)上移并儲存在儲水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱上部,同時溫(wen)度較低的(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沿(yan)管的(de)另一側不(bu)斷(duan)補充如此循環往復,最終整箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)都升(sheng)高至一定的(de)溫(wen)度。
太(tai)陽雨(yu)平板(ban)式熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)器,一(yi)般為分體(ti)式熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)器,介(jie)質則在集熱板(ban)內(nei)因(yin)熱虹吸(xi)自然循環(huan),將(jiang)太(tai)陽輻射在集熱板(ban)的熱量及(ji)時傳送到水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱內(nei),水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱內(nei)通(tong)過熱交換(夾(jia)套或盤(pan)管)將(jiang)熱量傳送給冷(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。介(jie)質也(ye)可通(tong)過泵循環(huan)實現熱量傳遞(di)。
2、循環管路
太陽雨太陽能熱水器通(tong)(tong)常(chang)按自(zi)然循環(huan)(huan)(huan)方式(shi)(shi)工作(zuo),沒有外在(zai)的動(dong)力(li)。真空(kong)管(guan)式(shi)(shi)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)為(wei)直(zhi)插(cha)式(shi)(shi)結構,熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)(tong)過重(zhong)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)提供(gong)動(dong)力(li)。平(ping)板(ban)式(shi)(shi)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)通(tong)(tong)過自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)的壓(ya)力(li)(稱(cheng)為(wei)頂水(shui)(shui)(shui))提供(gong)動(dong)力(li)。而太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)集中供(gong)熱(re)(re)系統均采(cai)用(yong)泵循環(huan)(huan)(huan)。由于(yu)太陽(yang)(yang)能(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)集熱(re)(re)面積不大,考慮到熱(re)(re)能(neng)損失(shi),一(yi)般不采(cai)用(yong)管(guan)道循環(huan)(huan)(huan)。
3、使用過程
簡述流程:
聚(ju)能(neng)南極管集熱(re)>微循環>太陽能(neng)熱(re)水(shui)器(qi)水(shui)箱>專用管路>出熱(re)水(shui)
具體實現過程:
通過(guo)全(quan)自動智(zhi)能(neng)控制儀的(de)(de)控制系(xi)統,將自來水(shui)通過(guo)電磁閥(fa)送(song)至太陽能(neng)真空管(guan),利用聚能(neng)南(nan)極管(guan)集(ji)熱(re)(re),將光(guang)能(neng)最大程度地(di)轉換成熱(re)(re)能(neng),再經由微循環將熱(re)(re)水(shui)傳送(song)至太陽能(neng)熱(re)(re)水(shui)器水(shui)箱內,最后通過(guo)專用管(guan)路到達用戶。值得一提的(de)(de)是(shi),安裝在(zai)水(shui)箱內的(de)(de)電輔熱(re)(re)系(xi)統在(zai)光(guang)照充(chong)足的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候是(shi)不會(hui)啟動的(de)(de),只(zhi)有在(zai)遇上雨雪天氣的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)候才(cai)會(hui)發揮作(zuo)用,在(zai)節能(neng)的(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi),也保證(zheng)了無(wu)論在(zai)何時(shi)(shi)都有充(chong)足的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)水(shui)以供(gong)洗澡。
