在“五一”國(guo)際勞動節即將來臨之際,2022年4月27日,青(qing)海(hai)(hai)省委常(chang)(chang)委、省人大常(chang)(chang)委會副主(zhu)任(ren)、省政府黨組成(cheng)員王黎明一行(xing)到青(qing)海(hai)(hai)宜化,為青(qing)海(hai)(hai)高原“工(gong)人先鋒(feng)號”獲獎(jiang)單位PVC分(fen)廠(chang)聚合一班頒(ban)獎(jiang)。
PVC分廠聚(ju)合(he)一班始終堅持安(an)全第(di)一的(de)原則,以(yi)問題、效益、目標為(wei)導向,以(yi)創(chuang)建“五好”班組為(wei)目標,持續踐(jian)行“5831”標準化(hua)管(guan)理模式,不(bu)斷促進班組向制度化(hua)、規范化(hua)、標準化(hua)發(fa)展。
從嚴管理(li),打造安(an)全(quan)(quan)型班組。聚合一班在(zai)(zai)嚴格執(zhi)行安(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)的同(tong)時,從“人的不安(an)全(quan)(quan)行為”和“物(wu)的不安(an)全(quan)(quan)狀態”著手,嚴格落實(shi)“一崗一策(ce)”安(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)要(yao)求,定(ding)期開展(zhan)現(xian)身說(shuo)法、事故(gu)預(yu)想(xiang)、安(an)全(quan)(quan)分享等(deng)活動(dong),提升全(quan)(quan)員安(an)全(quan)(quan)意(yi)識(shi)。針對工(gong)作(zuo)中可能(neng)存在(zai)(zai)的風險,提前進行分析(xi)及(ji)危險源辨(bian)識(shi)防(fang)控,及(ji)時進行各(ge)類(lei)設備設施的隱患排(pai)查(cha)及(ji)跟蹤,確保設備本質安(an)全(quan)(quan)。始終堅持從實(shi)際出發(fa),做到安(an)全(quan)(quan)學習常抓(zhua)不懈,專(zhuan)業技術學習并駕齊驅(qu),安(an)全(quan)(quan)管理(li)制度熟記于心。在(zai)(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)中充分發(fa)揮互(hu)保作(zuo)用,真正做到相互(hu)監督、相互(hu)制約、,相互(hu)提醒(xing),增(zeng)強自我保護意(yi)識(shi),增(zeng)強職(zhi)工(gong)的安(an)全(quan)(quan)意(yi)識(shi),把“要(yao)我安(an)全(quan)(quan)”轉變為“我要(yao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)”,真正做到“四不傷害”、事故(gu)率為零。
多(duo)(duo)措并舉(ju),打造學習(xi)型班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)。聚合一班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)持(chi)(chi)續對(dui)標“5831”班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)管理模式中的17要素,堅持(chi)(chi)在強(qiang)化班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)基礎管理、職工培訓(xun)上(shang)(shang)下功夫,不斷(duan)增強(qiang)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)執行力(li)(li)、戰斗力(li)(li)和凝聚力(li)(li)。壓緊壓實“一長四辦(ban)”工作職責,開(kai)好(hao)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)前會(hui)(hui)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)會(hui)(hui)、班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)委會(hui)(hui),每月開(kai)展班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)標準化審(shen)核,積(ji)極推進班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)標準化建設。定期舉(ju)辦(ban)安全(quan)知(zhi)識競賽(sai)(sai)、技(ji)術比武等班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)競賽(sai)(sai)活動,加(jia)強(qiang)技(ji)能(neng)培訓(xun)學習(xi),積(ji)極落實宜化公司考(kao)證復證政策,目前班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)超半數以上(shang)(shang)人員復證津貼已拿(na)到300元以上(shang)(shang),全(quan)員持(chi)(chi)證率達到100%。制定獎懲措施,開(kai)展新進職工一對(dui)一幫扶和一崗(gang)多(duo)(duo)能(neng)培訓(xun),掌握(wo)“第二(er)崗(gang)位”技(ji)能(neng),實現(xian)“全(quan)能(neng)型班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)”的運作,提升班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組(zu)(zu)全(quan)員技(ji)能(neng)水平。
統一思(si)想,打造和諧型班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組。班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組始終堅持抓好思(si)想建(jian)設(she)和民主管理(li),在(zai)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組三會(hui)(hui)上實行班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)務(wu)公(gong)開,定(ding)期開展座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)(hui),廣泛聽取(qu)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員意見(jian)建(jian)議,針(zhen)對需要幫助的職(zhi)工進(jin)行輔導(dao)溝通(tong),及時幫助大家解決生活上的困難,增(zeng)強班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員歸(gui)屬感。定(ding)期組織班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組活動(dong),豐(feng)富業務(wu)生活,增(zeng)強班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)員凝(ning)聚(ju)力(li)。堅持在(zai)班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組文化墻上公(gong)布(bu)職(zhi)工競(jing)賽積分,形(xing)成比學趕幫超的良(liang)好氛圍,促進(jin)職(zhi)工綜合素(su)質提升,使班(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)組真正成為職(zhi)工展示自(zi)我(wo)業績、展現自(zi)我(wo)風(feng)采的舞臺。
青海(hai)宜化(hua)PVC分廠(chang)聚合(he)一班將緊(jin)緊(jin)圍繞“團(tuan)(tuan)結一心(xin)、和(he)諧向上、團(tuan)(tuan)結一致、發揚(yang)優點(dian)、改進不足”的班組創(chuang)建思路,進一步(bu)夯實管(guan)理(li)基礎,持續推進班組標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)建設,總結管(guan)理(li)經驗,創(chuang)新(xin)管(guan)理(li)方式,奮力(li)完成各(ge)項目(mu)標(biao)(biao)任(ren)務,為(wei)推動青海(hai)宜化(hua)成為(wei)“高原明珠、行業先進、集團(tuan)(tuan)標(biao)(biao)桿”而(er)不懈努力(li)。
