周樂明副教授(shou)介紹了國(guo)家電(dian)能變(bian)換與控制(zhi)工程技術研究(jiu)(jiu)中心的發展歷(li)程和研究(jiu)(jiu)成果。
據(ju)周副教(jiao)授介紹,國(guo)(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(下稱“研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”)于(yu)2013年,經科(ke)技(ji)部(bu)批復(fu),依(yi)托湖南大(da)學(xue)組建(jian),由教(jiao)育部(bu)主管。研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)主要圍(wei)繞我(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的關鍵(jian)共性理(li)論(lun)與(yu)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難題(ti),開展技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究、成(cheng)果轉化(hua)(hua)、應用(yong)(yong)推廣、科(ke)技(ji)服務(wu)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作。在(zai)羅(luo)安(an)院士率(lv)領(ling)下,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)在(zai)“用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)(qi)業(ye)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)(qi)業(ye)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)優化(hua)(hua)與(yu)協(xie)調控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”三個研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究方向取(qu)得重大(da)突(tu)破,首創了世(shi)界(jie)領(ling)先的寬厚板坯(pi)高密度磁場電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁攪拌系統(tong)、我(wo)國(guo)(guo)首臺50kA銅箔電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統(tong)、兆瓦級海島(dao)特種電(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統(tong)等(deng)核(he)心(xin)裝備(bei),并在(zai)國(guo)(guo)內外(wai)200多(duo)家(jia)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)與(yu)國(guo)(guo)防單(dan)位中(zhong)(zhong)應用(yong)(yong),累計產生直接經濟效益過(guo)150億元(yuan)。通過(guo)和多(duo)家(jia)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)建(jian)立了“產、學(xue)、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、用(yong)(yong)”聯盟(meng),研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)的20余種電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)裝備(bei)廣泛應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)鋼鐵、冶金、石化(hua)(hua)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力等(deng)行(xing)業(ye),引(yin)領(ling)并帶動(dong)了我(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)領(ling)域相關產業(ye)鏈(lian)的發展。
