在(zai)(zai)某意見征求稿中,提出(chu)了整個(ge)交通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸基(ji)礎設(she)施(shi)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)目(mu)標(biao):在(zai)(zai)年末,基(ji)本(ben)建(jian)成國(guo)家(jia)快(kuai)速(su)(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)網(wang)(wang)和(he)(he)國(guo)家(jia)高速(su)(su)公(gong)路(lu)網(wang)(wang),完善環渤海、長江三(san)角洲、東南沿海、珠江三(san)角洲和(he)(he)西南沿海港口群布局,加快(kuai)內(nei)河(he)航道網(wang)(wang)、民用機場、油氣(qi)管道和(he)(he)城市交通(tong)(tong)設(she)施(shi)建(jian)設(she),推(tui)進綜(zong)合交通(tong)(tong)樞紐發展,形成以“五縱五橫”為主骨架(jia)的(de)(de)綜(zong)合交通(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸網(wang)(wang)絡,總里程達(da)489萬公(gong)里。針對(dui)快(kuai)速(su)(su)鐵(tie)路(lu)網(wang)(wang),五年增長率達(da)438.4%,新線(xian)投產總規模控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)(zai)3萬公(gong)里以內(nei),鐵(tie)路(lu)投資的(de)(de)加大(da)勢必增強對(dui)機車電纜、通(tong)(tong)信(xin)和(he)(he)信(xin)號電纜的(de)(de)需(xu)求。
