千斤頂分類
1、齒條千斤頂
由人力通(tong)過杠桿和齒輪帶動齒條頂(ding)舉重物(wu)。起重量(liang)一(yi)般不超(chao)過20噸,可長(chang)期支持(chi)重物(wu),主要(yao)用在作(zuo)業條件不方便(bian)的地方或需要(yao)利用下部的托爪(zhua)提升重物(wu)的場合,如鐵路(lu)起軌作(zuo)業。
2、螺旋千斤頂
由(you)人力通過螺(luo)(luo)旋副傳(chuan)(chuan)動,螺(luo)(luo)桿或螺(luo)(luo)母套筒作(zuo)為頂(ding)(ding)舉件。普通螺(luo)(luo)旋千斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)靠螺(luo)(luo)紋自鎖(suo)作(zuo)用(yong)支持(chi)重(zhong)(zhong)物,構造簡單,但(dan)傳(chuan)(chuan)動效率低(di),返程慢。自降螺(luo)(luo)旋千斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)的螺(luo)(luo)紋無自鎖(suo)作(zuo)用(yong),但(dan)裝有制(zhi)動器。放松制(zhi)動器,重(zhong)(zhong)物即可自行(xing)快(kuai)速(su)下(xia)降,縮短(duan)返程時間,但(dan)這種千斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)構造較復雜。螺(luo)(luo)旋千斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)能(neng)(neng)長期支持(chi)重(zhong)(zhong)物,最大起重(zhong)(zhong)量已達100噸,應用(yong)較廣。下(xia)部裝上水平螺(luo)(luo)桿后,還能(neng)(neng)使重(zhong)(zhong)物做(zuo)小(xiao)距離橫移。
3、液壓千斤頂
由(you)人力或電力驅(qu)動液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵(beng),通(tong)過液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)傳動,用(yong)缸體或活塞作為頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)舉(ju)件。液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)可分為整體式(shi)(shi)和(he)分離式(shi)(shi)。整體式(shi)(shi)的(de)泵(beng)與液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸聯成(cheng)(cheng)一體;分離式(shi)(shi)的(de)泵(beng)與液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸分離,中(zhong)間用(yong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)軟管相聯。液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)結構緊湊,能平穩(wen)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)升(sheng)重(zhong)物,起重(zhong)量最大(da)(da)達1000噸(dun),行程(cheng)1米,傳動效(xiao)率較(jiao)高(gao),故應用(yong)較(jiao)廣;但易漏油,不宜長期支持重(zhong)物。 如長期支撐需選用(yong)自鎖千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding),螺旋千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)和(he)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)為進(jin)一步降低外形高(gao)度或增(zeng)大(da)(da)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)舉(ju)距離,可做(zuo)成(cheng)(cheng)多級伸縮式(shi)(shi)。 液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)除上述基本型式(shi)(shi)外,按同(tong)樣(yang)原理可改裝成(cheng)(cheng)滑(hua)升(sheng)模板千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)(jin)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)、液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)降臺(tai)、張拉機等(deng),用(yong)于各種特殊(shu)施(shi)工場合。
4、氣囊式氣動千斤頂
氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)千(qian)斤頂,全稱叫做氣(qi)囊式(shi)氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)千(qian)斤頂,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)由3層、兩層或者單層氣(qi)囊組(zu)成,主(zhu)要工作(zuo)原(yuan)理是利用(yong)5-8KG壓(ya)力空壓(ya)機充氣(qi),將車(che)頂起。氣(qi)動(dong)(dong)液(ye)壓(ya)千(qian)斤頂產品是利用(yong)壓(ya)縮氣(qi)體(ti)作(zuo)為動(dong)(dong)力,液(ye)體(ti)增壓(ya)與伸(shen)縮式(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸組(zu)合而成的一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)新型舉(ju)升(sheng)設備(bei),它具有設計精巧、體(ti)積小、重量輕(qing)、易(yi)操作(zuo)、省時、省力、舉(ju)升(sheng)噸(dun)位大等(deng)特點,廣(guang)泛用(yong)于流動(dong)(dong)性起重,特別適用(yong)于汽車(che)、拖拉(la)機等(deng)交通(tong)運(yun)輸業(ye)的修理行業(ye)。
5、剪式千斤頂
剪式千斤頂又叫支架千斤頂,使用輕便快捷,是國內各大汽車廠隨(sui)車產品。其(qi)由金屬(shu)(shu)板(ban)材制成的(de)(de)上支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)和(he)下支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)組成,工作原理各有不(bu)同。上支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)的(de)(de)橫(heng)截面與下支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)在齒部及其(qi)附近(jin)部分的(de)(de)橫(heng)截面是一邊開(kai)(kai)口的(de)(de)矩形(xing),開(kai)(kai)口兩邊的(de)(de)金屬(shu)(shu)板(ban)向內(nei)彎折(zhe)。上支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)和(he)下支(zhi)(zhi)桿(gan)上的(de)(de)齒是由開(kai)(kai)口兩邊彎折(zhe)的(de)(de)金屬(shu)(shu)板(ban)上制成,齒寬大于金屬(shu)(shu)板(ban)厚。
