2017年(nian)2月(yue)23日,上市(shi)公(gong)司(si)西安(an)民生集(ji)(ji)(ji)團股(gu)(gu)(gu)份有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)發布公(gong)告,正(zheng)式更名為“供(gong)(gong)銷大(da)(da)集(ji)(ji)(ji)集(ji)(ji)(ji)團股(gu)(gu)(gu)份有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)”(股(gu)(gu)(gu)票代碼:000564)。此(ci)前,西安(an)民生于2016年(nian)9月(yue)27日完成重(zhong)大(da)(da)資(zi)(zi)產重(zhong)組,收購海(hai)南(nan)供(gong)(gong)銷大(da)(da)集(ji)(ji)(ji)控(kong)股(gu)(gu)(gu)有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(海(hai)航集(ji)(ji)(ji)團與中華全國供(gong)(gong)銷合作總社合作成立,注冊(ce)資(zi)(zi)本269億元(yuan)(yuan))。2018年(nian),公(gong)司(si)實現總資(zi)(zi)產554.75億元(yuan)(yuan),營業(ye)收入163.16億元(yuan)(yuan),凈利潤7.59億元(yuan)(yuan),歸屬于上市(shi)公(gong)司(si)股(gu)(gu)(gu)東凈利潤7.62億元(yuan)(yuan);在(zai)陜西、湖南(nan)、上海(hai)、廣東、海(hai)南(nan)等地,百貨、商超等直營門店近200家(jia),已拓展(zhan)加盟店4700余家(jia);線(xian)下供(gong)(gong)應鏈倉(cang)儲物流業(ye)務(wu)累(lei)計拓展(zhan)云倉(cang)40余個。
