甘肅天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)隸屬甘肅省天(tian)(tian)(tian)水昊峰集(ji)團控(kong)股有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si),其(qi)前身(shen)是創建(jian)于1952年(nian)的(de)國(guo)營天(tian)(tian)(tian)水市酒(jiu)(jiu)廠(chang)(后(hou)更名(ming)(ming)為甘肅天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)天(tian)(tian)(tian)水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si))和1980年(nian)建(jian)廠(chang)的(de)清水縣酒(jiu)(jiu)廠(chang)(后(hou)更名(ming)(ming)為甘肅天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si))。2006年(nian)初,昊峰集(ji)團根據有(you)(you)關企業(ye)改(gai)(gai)制政策(ce),改(gai)(gai)制了(le)甘肅天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)天(tian)(tian)(tian)水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si);2006年(nian)9月,又對(dui)甘肅天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)收購,實現了(le)天(tian)(tian)(tian)河酒(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)的(de)統一(yi)和資(zi)源整合(he)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)現有(you)(you)員工230名(ming)(ming),有(you)(you)大(da)中專學歷人員56名(ming)(ming),其(qi)中工程(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)人員36名(ming)(ming),國(guo)家品(pin)(pin)酒(jiu)(jiu)師(shi)2名(ming)(ming),一(yi)級(ji)品(pin)(pin)酒(jiu)(jiu)師(shi)5名(ming)(ming),省級(ji)白酒(jiu)(jiu)評委(wei)5名(ming)(ming),具有(you)(you)較強(qiang)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)研發能力和技術(shu)創新(xin)體系。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)占(zhan)(zhan)地(di)總(zong)面(mian)積247.23畝(mu)(mu)(其(qi)中清水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)占(zhan)(zhan)地(di)188.8畝(mu)(mu),天(tian)(tian)(tian)水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)58.43畝(mu)(mu)),現有(you)(you)建(jian)筑面(mian)積20600㎡(其(qi)中清水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)11800㎡,天(tian)(tian)(tian)水公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)8800㎡,),總(zong)資(zi)產(chan)2.07億元(yuan),不含在建(jian)工程(cheng)(cheng)3.6億元(yuan),目前原漿酒(jiu)(jiu)貯存能力達10000噸,年(nian)生產(chan)加工能力3000噸。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)(si)擁(yong)有(you)(you)“天(tian)(tian)(tian)河春”、“羲皇(huang)故里”、“充國(guo)酒(jiu)(jiu)”三大(da)系列地(di)域(yu)白酒(jiu)(jiu)品(pin)(pin)牌(pai)(pai)。
