云天化(hua)國際在云天化(hua)集團“十二五”期(qi)間(jian)“肥為(wei)基礎、肥化(hua)并舉、相(xiang)關多元、轉型升級”產(chan)業(ye)發(fa)展戰略思路指(zhi)導(dao)下,堅持(chi)把服(fu)務三(san)農作為(wei)出發(fa)點,專注(zhu)于(yu)成為(wei)專注(zhu)于(yu)磷復肥的重要生產(chan)商(shang)和供應商(shang)。
云(yun)(yun)天化國(guo)(guo)際(ji)目前(qian)擁有高濃度(du)磷復(fu)肥(fei)(fei)年產(chan)能為(wei)(wei)730萬噸,化肥(fei)(fei)經營(ying)(ying)規模近1000萬噸。目前(qian)已形(xing)成了以5家(jia)(jia)分(fen)(fen)公司(si)為(wei)(wei)核(he)心,9家(jia)(jia)控股(gu)(gu)公司(si)為(wei)(wei)重要支(zhi)撐,8家(jia)(jia)參股(gu)(gu)公司(si)為(wei)(wei)補充(chong)的(de)生產(chan)經營(ying)(ying)組織(zhi)體系,生產(chan)經營(ying)(ying)主要集中在云(yun)(yun)南(nan)、山東、青海、吉林、河北等地,市(shi)場(chang)覆蓋全國(guo)(guo)大(da)部分(fen)(fen)地區,并在東南(nan)亞、拉美和澳洲(zhou)等有廣闊的(de)國(guo)(guo)際(ji)市(shi)場(chang)。2010年云(yun)(yun)天化國(guo)(guo)際(ji)總資(zi)產(chan)197.5億元(yuan)(yuan),凈資(zi)產(chan)13.6億元(yuan)(yuan),營(ying)(ying)業總收入176.7億元(yuan)(yuan),利(li)潤總額7.4億元(yuan)(yuan)。
