中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)是(shi)適應出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)業改(gai)革發展的需(xu)要,經中共(gong)中央(yang)、國(guo)(guo)(guo)務(wu)院批準(zhun),于2002年4月(yue)9日成立(li)的中央(yang)級(ji)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)機構。2004年3月(yue)25日,國(guo)(guo)(guo)務(wu)院授權成立(li)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)司,在國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)相應計劃中單列(lie),對原(yuan)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)所屬成員(yuan)單位行(xing)使出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)資人權利,承擔國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資產保(bao)值(zhi)增值(zhi)責任。2011年12月(yue)19日,中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒(mei)股(gu)(gu)份有限公(gong)司成立(li)。2017年8月(yue)21日,中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒(mei)股(gu)(gu)份公(gong)司成功在上海證券交所公(gong)開發行(xing)股(gu)(gu)票,股(gu)(gu)票名稱“中國(guo)(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)”,股(gu)(gu)票代碼601949。

集(ji)團每(mei)年(nian)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版圖書2萬余種(zhong),在全國圖書零(ling)售市場占有率為(wei)7.5%左右;出(chu)(chu)(chu)版期刊報紙(zhi)58種(zhong);每(mei)年(nian)音像、電子、網絡等出(chu)(chu)(chu)版物(wu)2000余種(zhong)。每(mei)年(nian)實現(xian)版權貿易1000多(duo)種(zhong);進(jin)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)各類出(chu)(chu)(chu)版物(wu)70多(duo)萬種(zhong),書報刊進(jin)口(kou)和出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)分別占據(ju)全國市場份額的62%和30%。擁有海外(wai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版社(she)、連鎖書店(dian)和辦事機構(gou)29家(jia),海外(wai)業務遍及130多(duo)個國家(jia)和地區。

2017年,集團資產(chan)總(zong)額近200億元,凈資產(chan)和營業總(zong)收入均逾100億元,邁上“三百(bai)億集團”臺階。
