中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團是適應(ying)(ying)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)業改革(ge)發(fa)展的需(xu)要(yao),經中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央、國(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)批準,于(yu)2002年4月(yue)9日成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央級出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)機構(gou)。2004年3月(yue)25日,國(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)授權(quan)成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團公司,在國(guo)(guo)家相應(ying)(ying)計劃中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)單列(lie),對原中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團所(suo)屬成(cheng)(cheng)員單位行使出(chu)資人權(quan)利,承擔國(guo)(guo)有資產(chan)保值增值責任。2011年12月(yue)19日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)傳媒股(gu)份(fen)有限公司成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)。2017年8月(yue)21日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)傳媒股(gu)份(fen)公司成(cheng)(cheng)功在上海證券交所(suo)公開發(fa)行股(gu)票,股(gu)票名稱“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)”,股(gu)票代碼601949。

集團每年(nian)出(chu)版圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)2萬余種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),在全(quan)國(guo)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)零售(shou)市場占(zhan)有率為7.5%左右;出(chu)版期刊報(bao)紙58種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);每年(nian)音像、電子、網絡(luo)等出(chu)版物(wu)2000余種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。每年(nian)實現版權(quan)貿易1000多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong);進出(chu)口(kou)各類出(chu)版物(wu)70多萬種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),書(shu)報(bao)刊進口(kou)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)分別占(zhan)據全(quan)國(guo)市場份額的62%和(he)30%。擁(yong)有海外(wai)出(chu)版社、連鎖書(shu)店和(he)辦(ban)事機構(gou)29家,海外(wai)業務(wu)遍(bian)及130多個國(guo)家和(he)地區。
“十二五”期(qi)間,集團逐步成為世界(jie)關注(zhu)中(zhong)國出版的標志性企業(ye)。每年年銷(xiao)量10萬冊以(yi)上的圖書140多種,其中(zhong)當年新書10多種,《老生(sheng)》《布谷鳥的呼(hu)喚》《中(zhong)國經(jing)濟(ji)改革二十講》《牛津高階英漢雙(shuang)解詞(ci)典(dian)(第8版)》《古代漢語詞(ci)典(dian)(第2版)》等在市場大賣。
2017年,集團資(zi)(zi)產(chan)總額(e)近200億(yi)元,凈資(zi)(zi)產(chan)和營業總收入均逾(yu)100億(yi)元,邁上“三百(bai)億(yi)集團”臺階。
