中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)是適應出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)業改革(ge)發展的需(xu)要(yao),經中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、國(guo)務院批(pi)準(zhun),于2002年4月9日成立的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)級出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)機構。2004年3月25日,國(guo)務院授(shou)權成立中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)司(si)(si),在國(guo)家相應計劃中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)單(dan)列,對原中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)所屬成員單(dan)位行(xing)使出(chu)(chu)(chu)資(zi)人(ren)權利,承(cheng)擔國(guo)有資(zi)產保(bao)值增值責(ze)任。2011年12月19日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)(chuan)媒(mei)股(gu)份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si)(si)成立。2017年8月21日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)(chuan)媒(mei)股(gu)份(fen)公(gong)司(si)(si)成功(gong)在上海證(zheng)券(quan)交(jiao)所公(gong)開發行(xing)股(gu)票(piao),股(gu)票(piao)名稱“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)出(chu)(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)”,股(gu)票(piao)代碼(ma)601949。

集團(tuan)在中國的國家出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)規(gui)(gui)劃、國家出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)獎勵、圖(tu)書零售市場占有率(lv)、大眾出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)物(wu)銷售收入(ru)、出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)物(wu)進出(chu)(chu)口規(gui)(gui)模(mo)、版(ban)(ban)權貿易及輸出(chu)(chu)規(gui)(gui)模(mo)等方(fang)面均占有大份額,擁(yong)有龐大的作者資源和讀者群體,擁(yong)有豐(feng)厚(hou)的出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)和文化積累,在中國具有強(qiang)大、深(shen)遠的文化影響力。
集團每(mei)年(nian)出版(ban)(ban)圖書(shu)2萬(wan)余種(zhong),在全國(guo)圖書(shu)零售市(shi)場占有(you)率為7.5%左右;出版(ban)(ban)期刊(kan)報(bao)紙58種(zhong);每(mei)年(nian)音像、電子、網(wang)絡等出版(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)2000余種(zhong)。每(mei)年(nian)實現版(ban)(ban)權貿易(yi)1000多(duo)種(zhong);進(jin)出口各類出版(ban)(ban)物(wu)(wu)70多(duo)萬(wan)種(zhong),書(shu)報(bao)刊(kan)進(jin)口和出口分(fen)別占據(ju)全國(guo)市(shi)場份額的62%和30%。擁有(you)海外(wai)出版(ban)(ban)社、連(lian)鎖(suo)書(shu)店(dian)和辦(ban)事(shi)機(ji)構29家(jia),海外(wai)業務遍及130多(duo)個國(guo)家(jia)和地區。
“十二五”期間(jian),集團逐步成為世界關注中(zhong)國(guo)出版(ban)的標志(zhi)性企業。每(mei)年(nian)年(nian)銷量10萬冊以上的圖書140多種,其中(zhong)當(dang)年(nian)新書10多種,《老(lao)生》《布谷鳥的呼喚》《中(zhong)國(guo)經濟(ji)改(gai)革二十講》《牛(niu)津高階英漢(han)雙解詞典(第8版(ban))》《古代(dai)漢(han)語詞典(第2版(ban))》等在市場(chang)大賣。
2017年(nian),集(ji)團資產總(zong)(zong)額近200億(yi)元(yuan),凈(jing)資產和營業總(zong)(zong)收入均(jun)逾100億(yi)元(yuan),邁上(shang)“三百億(yi)集(ji)團”臺階。
