新華(hua)文(wen)(wen)軒出版(ban)傳(chuan)媒股份有限公司(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“新華(hua)文(wen)(wen)軒”)于2005年由四(si)川新華(hua)發行集團主(zhu)發起(qi)成立(li),2007年5月在香港聯交所主(zhu)板上市,2010年8月,新華(hua)文(wen)(wen)軒以市場化方式,整合四(si)川出版(ban)集團下(xia)屬(shu)15家(jia)出版(ban)單位,打通出版(ban)發行產業(ye)鏈。2016年8月,新華(hua)文(wen)(wen)軒成功回(hui)A,成為(wei)“A+H”出版(ban)傳(chuan)媒企(qi)業(ye)。
