集團公司(si)(si)投(tou)資1.5億元(yuan),建成了(le)(le)(le)占地50畝、建筑總面(mian)積2萬(wan)平方米(mi)的(de)大型蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)加工(gong)廠,新建了(le)(le)(le)生(sheng)(sheng)鮮蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)加工(gong)、脫水(shui)蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)加工(gong)、蜜(mi)餞(jian)加工(gong)三條生(sheng)(sheng)產線,于2012年8月(yue)正式投(tou)產,具備了(le)(le)(le)自動(dong)化分揀(jian)、清洗、加工(gong)、包裝流水(shui)作業的(de)現代化生(sheng)(sheng)產能力(li)。生(sheng)(sheng)產步入(ru)正軌(gui)后(hou),三條生(sheng)(sheng)產線每年可加工(gong)優質無公害(hai)蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)10萬(wan)噸,實(shi)現銷售(shou)收入(ru)1.5億元(yuan)。同時,公司(si)(si)還建成了(le)(le)(le)8000平方米(mi)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)和低溫加工(gong)車(che)間(jian),購置了(le)(le)(le)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)藏車(che),形(xing)成了(le)(le)(le)一套完整的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)鏈(lian)物流體系(xi)。公司(si)(si)對火燒坪鄉的(de)37家冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)進行了(le)(le)(le)資源整合,蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)已具有47000立方米(mi)的(de)庫(ku)容量,可年冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)藏30萬(wan)噸高山蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)。公司(si)(si)今(jin)年的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產目前主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)以(yi)鮮菜(cai)加工(gong)、銷售(shou)為主(zhu),脫水(shui)蔬(shu)(shu)菜(cai)加工(gong)已經拿到了(le)(le)(le)訂(ding)單,正在組織(zhi)采購原材料,馬上(shang)就要(yao)投(tou)入(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)產。
