五龍口(kou)酒(jiu)業成立(li)于(yu)1999年(nian),生產過程(cheng)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)傳統(tong)(tong)工(gong)藝,老五甑(zeng)工(gong)作(zuo)法,純糧固(gu)態發酵。主(zhu)要原料有(you)(you)紅高糧、小麥、大米、糯米等。加(jia)漿、潑(po)涼、調配(pei)等用(yong)(yong)(yong)水全程(cheng)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)諸市地(di)下天然(ran)(ran)淡水湖(hu)優(you)質水。水中含鋅、鉀(jia)、鈣、鈉、鎂、偏硅酸等多種人體所(suo)需要的(de)天然(ran)(ran)礦物質元素,是一(yi)處優(you)質飲用(yong)(yong)(yong)水水源地(di)。后期勾調采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)傳統(tong)(tong)與(yu)現(xian)代科學相結合、精雕細琢(zhuo),使產品具有(you)(you)濃頭醬尾、綿甜(tian)凈爽的(de)特(te)點。
