廣(guang)野集團公(gong)司(si)走出了(le)一(yi)(yi)條(tiao)“公(gong)司(si)+合作社+農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)”的(de)(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)業產(chan)業化(hua)(hua)經營之路,探索出了(le)“公(gong)司(si)+基地+農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)+市場(chang)”和(he)“研發中(zhong)心+培訓中(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)“4+2”農(nong)(nong)業產(chan)業化(hua)(hua)科學(xue)發展模式。建基地2.2萬畝(mu),帶(dai)動農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)2萬戶(hu)。與農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)實行(xing)“訂單農(nong)(nong)業”,形成了(le)“利(li)益共沾、風險共擔”的(de)(de)(de)利(li)益共同體。廣(guang)野合作社對入社社員和(he)農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)實行(xing)“六統(tong)一(yi)(yi)”管理,統(tong)一(yi)(yi)安排(pai)種(zhong)植(zhi)計劃、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)供應種(zhong)子和(he)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)、化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)技(ji)術方案、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)技(ji)術培訓、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)制定收(shou)購質量標準、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)收(shou)購價(jia)格和(he)銷(xiao)售。為農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)提供產(chan)前、產(chan)中(zhong)、產(chan)后的(de)(de)(de)服務,以保底(di)價(jia)確保社員和(he)農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)農(nong)(nong)產(chan)品收(shou)購,讓利(li)于(yu)民,增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)農(nong)(nong)民收(shou)入。每(mei)年為農(nong)(nong)戶(hu)增(zeng)加(jia)收(shou)入7000萬元(yuan),累計為農(nong)(nong)民增(zeng)收(shou)7.5億元(yuan)。
