河南電(dian)子(zi)(zi)音像出(chu)版(ban)(ban)社(she)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司隸屬(shu)于(yu)中原出(chu)版(ban)(ban)傳媒集團,1996年5月正(zheng)式成立(li),2008年轉制后,更名(ming)為河南電(dian)子(zi)(zi)音像出(chu)版(ban)(ban)社(she)有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司。公(gong)司以編(bian)輯出(chu)版(ban)(ban)文化、科技、教(jiao)育類出(chu)版(ban)(ban)物為主,是一家(jia)集音像、電(dian)子(zi)(zi)、圖書(shu)(shu)、期刊、網絡出(chu)版(ban)(ban)為一體的融(rong)合(he)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)單(dan)位(wei)(wei),曾先(xian)后被國(guo)家(jia)新聞出(chu)版(ban)(ban)局評為“國(guo)家(jia)盤配書(shu)(shu)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)試點(dian)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)”和“國(guo)家(jia)數字(zi)出(chu)版(ban)(ban)轉型示范單(dan)位(wei)(wei)”。
