布勒橋(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿(na)大(da)卑詩(shi)省(sheng)溫(wen)哥華市內(nei)一(yi)條桁(heng)架橋,橫越福溪的(de)西端,連接溫(wen)哥華市中心及(ji)基斯蘭(lan)奴區。大(da)橋現時(shi)有5條行(xing)車(che)線(xian)(xian),貫通(tong)(tong)兩岸的(de)布勒街(jie),并設(she)于行(xing)車(che)線(xian)(xian)兩旁設(she)有行(xing)人及(ji)自行(xing)車(che)通(tong)(tong)道。大(da)橋的(de)裝(zhuang)飾藝術風格令其成為(wei)溫(wen)市的(de)主(zhu)要地標(biao)之一(yi)。
1932年(nian)(nian)的(de)布(bu)勒橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)溫(wen)哥華(hua)市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)1920年(nian)(nian)代(dai)委托顧問(wen)公司為(wei)市(shi)(shi)內(nei)規劃(hua)(hua)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研究。研究報告倡議(yi)市(shi)(shi)府(fu)在福(fu)溪(xi)的(de)西端興(xing)建(jian)一(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)連(lian)接市(shi)(shi)中(zhong)心和基斯蘭(lan)(lan)奴,而(er)工程師約翰·格蘭(lan)(lan)特(te)(te)亦(yi)于(yu)(yu)(yu)1927年(nian)(nian)完成大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)初步(bu)設計(ji)。市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)1929年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)15日就(jiu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)集(ji)資事務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公投(tou);過(guo)半(ban)數選(xuan)民支持市(shi)(shi)府(fu)的(de)300萬元集(ji)資方案(an)(an),但方案(an)(an)卻未達(da)致60%門(men)檻而(er)被(bei)否(fou)決。格蘭(lan)(lan)特(te)(te)其后(hou)更改(gai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)設計(ji),在行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)的(de)下(xia)方預留(liu)空間待日后(hou)興(xing)建(jian)鐵(tie)路通(tong)道層。新方案(an)(an)在同年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)11日舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)第二次(ci)公投(tou)中(zhong)獲(huo)超(chao)過(guo)60%選(xuan)民支持而(er)被(bei)通(tong)過(guo)。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工程于(yu)(yu)(yu)1930年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)8日展開,而(er)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)上層行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)則(ze)于(yu)(yu)(yu)1932年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)1日通(tong)車(che)(che)。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)本(ben)來(lai)打算(suan)利用聯邦(bang)政府(fu)提(ti)供的(de)撥款(kuan)興(xing)建(jian)下(xia)層鐵(tie)路通(tong)道,但聯邦(bang)政府(fu)一(yi)直沒有提(ti)供該項撥款(kuan),此計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)因而(er)告吹。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)貫通(tong)了福(fu)溪(xi)北岸(an)的(de)布(bu)勒街(jie)和南岸(an)的(de)雪松街(jie)(Cedar Street),而(er)市(shi)(shi)府(fu)亦(yi)于(yu)(yu)(yu)1938年(nian)(nian)將雪松街(jie)更名為(wei)布(bu)勒街(jie)。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)從1996年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)26日起試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)其中(zhong)一(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)改(gai)為(wei)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)。試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)原定為(wei)期(qi)六個月(yue),但因市(shi)(shi)內(nei)駕駛人(ren)士大(da)(da)力反對而(er)于(yu)(yu)(yu)一(yi)星期(qi)后(hou)結(jie)束。 市(shi)(shi)議(yi)會于(yu)(yu)(yu)2009年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)7日通(tong)過(guo)方案(an)(an),將大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)的(de)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢線(xian)改(gai)為(wei)南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)、北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)道改(gai)為(wei)北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)、以及將南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)通(tong)道改(gai)為(wei)來(lai)回行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian);南行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽車(che)(che)交通(tong)因此由三條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)線(xian)減(jian)少至(zhi)兩(liang)條。計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)實(shi)施兩(liang)星期(qi)后(hou),市(shi)(shi)府(fu)稱(cheng)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)上的(de)自(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)流量(liang)上升約30%,汽車(che)(che)流量(liang)則(ze)略為(wei)減(jian)少。區內(nei)商戶則(ze)指出計(ji)劃(hua)(hua)實(shi)施以來(lai),他們的(de)營業額大(da)(da)幅減(jian)少。
