布(bu)勒(le)橋(qiao)(英語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿大卑詩省溫哥(ge)(ge)華市(shi)內(nei)一(yi)條(tiao)桁架橋(qiao),橫越(yue)福溪的(de)西(xi)端,連接溫哥(ge)(ge)華市(shi)中心及(ji)基斯蘭奴區。大橋(qiao)現時(shi)有5條(tiao)行車(che)線(xian),貫通兩(liang)岸的(de)布(bu)勒(le)街(jie),并(bing)設(she)于(yu)行車(che)線(xian)兩(liang)旁設(she)有行人及(ji)自行車(che)通道。大橋(qiao)的(de)裝飾藝(yi)術(shu)風(feng)格令其(qi)成(cheng)為溫市(shi)的(de)主(zhu)要地標之(zhi)一(yi)。
1932年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)勒橋(qiao)(qiao)溫哥華市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)(fu)(fu)于(yu)1920年(nian)(nian)代委托顧(gu)問(wen)公司(si)為(wei)(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)內規劃進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研究。研究報告(gao)倡議(yi)市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)在(zai)福溪(xi)的(de)(de)(de)西端興建(jian)一條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)連(lian)接市(shi)(shi)中心(xin)和基斯(si)蘭奴,而工程(cheng)師約翰·格(ge)蘭特(te)亦(yi)于(yu)1927年(nian)(nian)完成大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)步設(she)計(ji)(ji)。市(shi)(shi)政府(fu)(fu)(fu)于(yu)1929年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)15日(ri)就大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)集資(zi)事務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公投(tou);過半數(shu)選民支持(chi)市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)300萬元集資(zi)方(fang)案(an),但(dan)方(fang)案(an)卻(que)未達(da)致(zhi)60%門檻(jian)而被否決。格(ge)蘭特(te)其(qi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)更改(gai)(gai)(gai)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)(ji),在(zai)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)方(fang)預留空間待日(ri)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)興建(jian)鐵路通(tong)道(dao)層。新方(fang)案(an)在(zai)同年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)11日(ri)舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)第二次公投(tou)中獲超過60%選民支持(chi)而被通(tong)過。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)于(yu)1930年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)8日(ri)展開,而大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)上(shang)(shang)層行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)則于(yu)1932年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)1日(ri)通(tong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)本(ben)來打算利用聯邦(bang)政府(fu)(fu)(fu)提(ti)供(gong)的(de)(de)(de)撥款興建(jian)下(xia)層鐵路通(tong)道(dao),但(dan)聯邦(bang)政府(fu)(fu)(fu)一直沒(mei)有提(ti)供(gong)該項撥款,此計(ji)(ji)劃因而告(gao)吹。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)貫通(tong)了(le)福溪(xi)北岸(an)的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)勒街(jie)和南(nan)(nan)岸(an)的(de)(de)(de)雪松街(jie)(Cedar Street),而市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)亦(yi)于(yu)1938年(nian)(nian)將(jiang)(jiang)雪松街(jie)更名為(wei)(wei)(wei)布(bu)勒街(jie)。市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)從1996年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)26日(ri)起試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)其(qi)中一條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。試行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)(ji)劃原定為(wei)(wei)(wei)期(qi)(qi)六個(ge)月(yue),但(dan)因市(shi)(shi)內駕駛(shi)人(ren)士大(da)(da)力反(fan)對而于(yu)一星(xing)期(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou)結束。 市(shi)(shi)議(yi)會于(yu)2009年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)7日(ri)通(tong)過方(fang)案(an),將(jiang)(jiang)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)南(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢(man)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)南(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)通(tong)道(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)、以及將(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)通(tong)道(dao)改(gai)(gai)(gai)為(wei)(wei)(wei)來回行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian);南(nan)(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽車(che)(che)(che)(che)交通(tong)因此由三(san)條(tiao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)減少(shao)至兩條(tiao)。計(ji)(ji)劃實施兩星(xing)期(qi)(qi)后(hou)(hou)(hou)(hou),市(shi)(shi)府(fu)(fu)(fu)稱橋(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)(che)流量(liang)上(shang)(shang)升約30%,汽車(che)(che)(che)(che)流量(liang)則略為(wei)(wei)(wei)減少(shao)。區內商戶則指出(chu)計(ji)(ji)劃實施以來,他們的(de)(de)(de)營業額大(da)(da)幅(fu)減少(shao)。
