布(bu)勒(le)橋(qiao)(qiao)(英(ying)語:Burrard Bridge)是加拿大(da)卑詩省溫哥(ge)華市內一條桁架橋(qiao)(qiao),橫越福溪的西端,連接溫哥(ge)華市中心及基斯蘭奴(nu)區(qu)。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)現(xian)時有5條行車(che)線,貫通兩(liang)岸的布(bu)勒(le)街,并設于(yu)行車(che)線兩(liang)旁設有行人(ren)及自行車(che)通道。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的裝飾藝術(shu)風格令其成(cheng)為溫市的主要地(di)標之一。
1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)布勒橋(qiao)(qiao)溫哥華市(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)于(yu)(yu)1920年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)代委托顧問(wen)公司為(wei)(wei)市(shi)(shi)(shi)內規劃進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)。研(yan)究(jiu)報(bao)告(gao)倡(chang)議市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)在(zai)福溪的(de)西端興建一(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)大橋(qiao)(qiao)連接市(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)基斯蘭(lan)奴,而工(gong)程(cheng)師約翰(han)·格蘭(lan)特亦(yi)(yi)于(yu)(yu)1927年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)完成大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)初步(bu)設計(ji)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)于(yu)(yu)1929年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)15日(ri)就(jiu)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)集資事務舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)公投;過(guo)(guo)半數選(xuan)民支持市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)的(de)300萬元(yuan)集資方案(an)(an),但方案(an)(an)卻未(wei)達致60%門檻而被否(fou)決。格蘭(lan)特其(qi)后(hou)更(geng)改大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)設計(ji),在(zai)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)線(xian)的(de)下方預留空間待日(ri)后(hou)興建鐵路(lu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)層(ceng)。新(xin)方案(an)(an)在(zai)同年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)11日(ri)舉行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)第二次公投中(zhong)獲超過(guo)(guo)60%選(xuan)民支持而被通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)。大橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)(yu)1930年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)8日(ri)展開,而大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)上(shang)層(ceng)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)線(xian)則(ze)(ze)于(yu)(yu)1932年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)1日(ri)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)本來打算利(li)用聯邦(bang)(bang)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)提供的(de)撥(bo)款興建下層(ceng)鐵路(lu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao),但聯邦(bang)(bang)政(zheng)(zheng)府(fu)一(yi)直沒有(you)提供該(gai)項撥(bo)款,此(ci)計(ji)劃因(yin)(yin)而告(gao)吹。大橋(qiao)(qiao)貫通(tong)(tong)(tong)了福溪北岸的(de)布勒街(jie)和(he)南(nan)岸的(de)雪松(song)街(jie)(Cedar Street),而市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)亦(yi)(yi)于(yu)(yu)1938年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)將(jiang)(jiang)雪松(song)街(jie)更(geng)名為(wei)(wei)布勒街(jie)。市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)從(cong)1996年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)26日(ri)起試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)將(jiang)(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)其(qi)中(zhong)一(yi)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)線(xian)改為(wei)(wei)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)線(xian)。試(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)計(ji)劃原定為(wei)(wei)期(qi)六個(ge)月(yue),但因(yin)(yin)市(shi)(shi)(shi)內駕(jia)駛(shi)人(ren)士大力反對而于(yu)(yu)一(yi)星期(qi)后(hou)結束。 市(shi)(shi)(shi)議會(hui)于(yu)(yu)2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)7日(ri)通(tong)(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)方案(an)(an),將(jiang)(jiang)大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)慢(man)線(xian)改為(wei)(wei)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)專線(xian)、北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和(he)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)改為(wei)(wei)北行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)專線(xian)、以及(ji)將(jiang)(jiang)南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)和(he)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)改為(wei)(wei)來回(hui)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)專線(xian);南(nan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)汽車(che)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)因(yin)(yin)此(ci)由(you)三(san)條行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)線(xian)減(jian)少(shao)(shao)至兩條。計(ji)劃實施兩星期(qi)后(hou),市(shi)(shi)(shi)府(fu)稱橋(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)的(de)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)車(che)流量上(shang)升(sheng)約30%,汽車(che)流量則(ze)(ze)略為(wei)(wei)減(jian)少(shao)(shao)。區(qu)內商戶則(ze)(ze)指(zhi)出計(ji)劃實施以來,他們的(de)營業額大幅減(jian)少(shao)(shao)。
