普(pu)定(ding)水電(dian)站位于烏江上游(you)南(nan)源(yuan)三岔河的中游(you)、貴州(zhou)省(sheng)普(pu)定(ding)縣境(jing)內,距貴陽市131km。本工(gong)程以 發(fa)電(dian)為主,兼有供水、灌溉(gai)、養殖及旅游(you)等(deng)綜(zong)合(he)效(xiao)益。電(dian)站裝(zhuang)機(ji)容(rong)量7.5萬kW(3×2.5),保(bao)證(zheng)出力1.5萬kW,年平均發(fa)電(dian)量3.4億(yi)kW·h,主要滿足普(pu)定(ding)、織金等(deng)地區用電(dian),還(huan)可(ke)增加(jia)下游(you)東(dong)風(feng)、烏江渡等(deng)電(dian)站保(bao)證(zheng)出力約(yue)4萬kW。

介紹
普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)于1995年(nian)建成發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),裝有3臺(tai)25MW水(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組。設計多年(nian)平均發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量3.16kW.h,年(nian)利(li)用(yong)小時約4,213h。從普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)1996年(nian)至2003年(nian)運行(xing)情況(kuang)看(kan),8年(nian)間(jian)水(shui)(shui)庫(ku)累計來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量327.8億(yi)立方(fang)(fang)米,其中發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)195.66億(yi)立方(fang)(fang)米,占總來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量的(de)59.7%,泄(xie)洪棄水(shui)(shui)132.14億(yi)立方(fang)(fang)米,占總來(lai)(lai)水(shui)(shui)量的(de)40.3%。為提高水(shui)(shui)能資源的(de)利(li)用(yong)率(lv),有利(li)于上下游電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)協調運行(xing),董事會建議,開展普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)擴機(ji)1臺(tai)50MW發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組的(de)前期準備工作(zuo)。
發展
普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)下游為引(yin)子渡(du)(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)裝有3臺(tai)120MW水(shui)(shui)(shui)輪(lun)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動機(ji),已于(yu)2003年(nian)實現投產發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。引(yin)子渡(du)(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)具有季調節(jie)性能(neng),正常(chang)蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,086m,死水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)1,052m,裝機(ji)容量(liang)(liang)360MW,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大引(yin)用流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)435立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒。普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)最(zui)大引(yin)用流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)為188立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,兩者(zhe)相(xiang)差(cha)247立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒,而普(pu)定至引(yin)子渡(du)(du)(du)的區(qu)間流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)僅18.8立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi)/秒。 普(pu)定水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)擴機(ji)后,將增加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的引(yin)用流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang),提高引(yin)子渡(du)(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭和發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效益,有利(li)于(yu)引(yin)子渡(du)(du)(du)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的日運(yun)行方(fang)(fang)(fang)式,同時有利(li)于(yu)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。擴機(ji)規模(mo)裝機(ji)1臺(tai)50MW,年(nian)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)約5,000萬(wan)(wan)kwh以上,單位(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)度(du)投資(zi)(zi)約1.6元/kwh左右。經初步(bu)測算,擴機(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)投資(zi)(zi)約10,000萬(wan)(wan)元,資(zi)(zi)金來(lai)源(yuan)于(yu)自有資(zi)(zi)金。工(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)1991年(nian)列入國家年(nian)度(du)基建計(ji)劃開工(gong)項(xiang)目(mu),工(gong)程(cheng)由(you)國家能(neng)源(yuan)投資(zi)(zi)公司與貴(gui)州省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局合資(zi)(zi)建設。由(you)貴(gui)州省電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力局負責(ze)工(gong)程(cheng)建設及(ji)籌(chou)集資(zi)(zi)金,并履行業主(zhu)職責(ze)。 主(zhu)體工(gong)程(cheng)量(liang)(liang):土石(shi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)開挖為27萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi),混凝土為21萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)立(li)方(fang)(fang)(fang)米(mi),總工(gong)期4年(nian),總投資(zi)(zi)1.93億(yi)元。
庫區地形地質
庫區地處灰巖地區,巖溶發育。庫區兩岸有相對隔水層包圍,且北與六沖河、南與北盤江均有地下分水嶺存在,水位高程均遠高于正常蓄水位,不會產生鄰谷滲漏。岸坡基巖成層分布,傾角平緩(huan),不(bu)存在岸(an)坡(po)坍滑問(wen)題。壩址位于(yu)灰巖(yan)(yan)和白云(yun)巖(yan)(yan)地段,兩岸(an)陡峻(jun),巖(yan)(yan)層走(zou)向N35°~40°E,傾向NW,傾(qing)角18°~20°。壩址主要斷層有20條(tiao),大多為高角度平移斷層,斷距(ju)小,影響帶窄,規(gui)模不(bu)大,延伸(shen)不(bu)遠(yuan),且大多膠結良好。大壩帷幕采用(yong)懸掛布(bu)置,處理深度(du)以單位吸水率小于3Alu(呂容)的界限為(wei)下限。壩區地震烈度(du)為(wei)6度(du)。
設計
壩址控(kong)制流(liu)(liu)域面積(ji)5871平方(fang)(fang)公里(li)。流(liu)(liu)域內(nei)雨量(liang)(liang)豐沛,多(duo)年(nian)平均年(nian)降水(shui)量(liang)(liang)1181mm。壩址實測(ce)最大(da)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang) 為3380立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒,實測(ce)最小流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)為8.8立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒,壩址多(duo)年(nian)平均年(nian)徑流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)為38.8億立(li)方(fang)(fang)米,多(duo)年(nian)平均流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)為 123立(li)方(fang)(fang)米/秒,多(duo)年(nian)平均年(nian)輸沙量(liang)(liang)為406萬t,多(duo)年(nian)平均懸沙量(liang)(liang)為1.042kg/立(li)方(fang)(fang)米。
庫(ku)區地(di)處灰巖(yan)地(di)區,巖(yan)溶發育。庫(ku)區兩岸有相對(dui)隔水層(ceng)(ceng)包(bao)圍,且北與(yu)六沖河(he)、南(nan)與(yu)北盤江均有 地(di)下分(fen)水嶺存在(zai),水位高程均遠高于(yu)正常蓄(xu)水位,不會產生鄰谷(gu)滲(shen)漏。岸坡基巖(yan)成層(ceng)(ceng)分(fen)布,傾(qing)(qing)角(jiao)平(ping)緩,不存在(zai)岸坡坍滑問題(ti)。壩(ba)址(zhi)位于(yu)灰巖(yan)和白云巖(yan)地(di)段,兩岸陡峻,巖(yan)層(ceng)(ceng)走向N35°-40°E,傾(qing)(qing)向NW,傾(qing)(qing)角(jiao)18°-20°。壩(ba)址(zhi)主要斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng)有20條,大(da)多為高角(jiao)度(du)(du)(du)平(ping)移(yi)斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng),斷(duan)距小,影響帶窄,規模不大(da),延伸(shen)不遠,且大(da)多膠(jiao)結良好(hao)。大(da)壩(ba)帷幕采用(yong)懸掛布置,處理深度(du)(du)(du)以(yi)單位吸(xi)水率小于(yu)3Alu(呂容(rong))的界限為下限。壩(ba)區地(di)震烈度(du)(du)(du)為6度(du)(du)(du)。
水(shui)庫正常(chang)蓄水(shui)位為1145m,總(zong)庫容(rong)4.2億立方(fang)米(mi),庫區淹(yan)沒面積(ji)為14平方(fang)公里(li),遷移人口5466人,淹(yan)沒耕地(di)7600畝。整個樞紐由(you)碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)土拱壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)、壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂溢(yi)洪道、沖(chong)沙孔(kong)、右(you)岸引(yin)水(shui)式地(di)面廠房(fang)等(deng)建(jian)筑物組成。大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)采用(yong)(yong)單(dan)心圓拱壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba),呈不對(dui)稱布置(zhi),右(you)岸設有30m長的重力(li)墩(dun)。中部設有4孔(kong)寬12.5m、高(gao)16m的表孔(kong),采用(yong)(yong)高(gao)低(di)坎分流對(dui)撞(zhuang)消能。最大壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)高(gao)75m,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂弧長165.67,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂總(zong)長195.67,壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)頂寬6.3,厚高(gao)比為1∶0.386。筑壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)采用(yong)(yong)高(gao)摻粉煤灰(hui)低(di)水(shui)泥用(yong)(yong)量干硬(ying)性碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)土,并由(you)碾(nian)壓混凝(ning)土自身防滲。壩(ba)(ba)(ba)(ba)體混凝(ning)土量13萬余立方(fang)米(mi)。
右岸引水(shui)(shui)系統由進(jin)水(shui)(shui)塔、引水(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞、壓(ya)(ya)力斜(xie)井和壓(ya)(ya)力管(guan)(guan)道組成,全長290m,最大洞徑(jing)8m。岔管(guan)(guan)采用鋼筋混凝土岔管(guan)(guan)。廠房(fang)位(wei)于壩(ba)下游160m處,由主機間、安裝間、上游副廠房(fang)、左副廠房(fang),進(jin)廠交(jiao)通洞及電梯塔組成。
由于河谷狹窄,洪(hong)枯水位變幅(fu)大(da),廠房(fang)采用(yong)半封閉式(shi)布置。長76.6,最大(da)寬32.6。開(kai)關站布置在廠房(fang)后(hou)坡,長120m,寬38m。施工(gong)導(dao)流(liu)采用(yong)隧洞(dong)(dong)導(dao)流(liu)方(fang)案,導(dao)流(liu)設計(ji)流(liu)量為(wei)560立(li)方(fang)米/秒。上、下游圍(wei)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)為(wei)土石過水圍(wei)堰(yan)(yan)(yan),最大(da)堰(yan)(yan)(yan)高19.5。導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)全長470m,洞(dong)(dong)身不襯砌。
運行發電
由國電(dian)(dian)紅楓水(shui)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)廠代管的(de)普定水(shui)電(dian)(dian)站發(fa)電(dian)(dian)量已達到3.141548億(yi)千(qian)瓦時,提前67天(tian)圓滿(man)完成年計劃3.14億(yi)千(qian)瓦時的(de)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)任務。
三(san)岔河流域降雨(yu)相對平穩,來水(shui)基本接近正(zheng)常年份(fen),水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)運(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)正(zheng)常。水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)來水(shui)量共計320413.7萬(wan)立方(fang)米,比去年同期多(duo)75475.2萬(wan)立方(fang)米。汛期,電(dian)站與水(shui)工值(zhi)班人員(yuan)密切配合,合理(li)(li)調(diao)度水(shui)庫(ku)(ku),充分利(li)用發電(dian)“消水(shui)”,合理(li)(li)利(li)用沖沙底孔(kong)泄水(shui),采用“多(duo)開少放(fang)”的(de)方(fang)法,將水(shui)庫(ku)(ku)維(wei)持在(zai)較高水(shui)位運(yun)行(xing),在(zai)多(duo)蓄了(le)水(shui)的(de)同時,也提高了(le)水(shui)能利(li)用率,為電(dian)站多(duo)發電(dian)奠定了(le)基礎(chu)。
在總廠的(de)統一安(an)排(pai)和指導下,電站配合機電公司在汛前完成了1號機大(da)修、1號蝶閥大(da)修等大(da)型工作,消除了影響安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產的(de)重(zhong)大(da)缺陷,確保了主設備的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)可(ke)靠(kao)性;通過全(quan)(quan)(quan)站職工共同(tong)努力,認真開展以(yi)“加強管理(li)(li)、確保安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)、提高效(xiao)益”為目標的(de)“管理(li)(li)效(xiao)益年活動”,高度重(zhong)視安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生產及計量(liang)管理(li)(li)工作,加強設備消缺及運行維護管理(li)(li),為發電任務(wu)的(de)完成提供了有力的(de)保證。
技術維修
水電站對液壓啟(qi)閉(bi)機(ji)進行(xing)了(le)改造和(he)維修(xiu)(xiu)。有關專家結合普定(ding)水電站液壓啟(qi)閉(bi)機(ji)改造和(he)維修(xiu)(xiu)工作的經驗,解決了(le)液壓啟(qi)閉(bi)機(ji)閘(zha)(zha)門開啟(qi)至工作高位時(shi)啟(qi)閉(bi)機(ji)不能鎖(suo)定(ding)、閘(zha)(zha)門下(xia)滑量很大的原因,并(bing)介(jie)紹相應(ying)解決問(wen)題(ti)的措施。
