天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市第二(er)十(shi)(shi)四中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),原(yuan)名天(tian)津(jin)(jin)木(mu)(mu)齋中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),是愛國教(jiao)育家(jia)盧木(mu)(mu)齋先生創辦的(de)。1952年(nian)9月天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市人民政府接管木(mu)(mu)齋中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),改稱天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市第二(er)十(shi)(shi)四中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue).天(tian)津(jin)(jin)市第二(er)十(shi)(shi)四中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)現所在地(di)即木(mu)(mu)齋中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)舊址。現為(wei)河北(bei)區(qu)重點中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue).學(xue)(xue)校設有高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)部和(he)初中(zhong)(zhong)部。
由于(yu)所(suo)處(chu)地(di)理位(wei)置距天津火車站僅1公里(li),學(xue)(xue)校的發展(zhan)受到了一定限制,無法新(xin)建新(xin)的教學(xue)(xue)場所(suo)。目前學(xue)(xue)校占地(di)6250平(ping)方米(mi),建筑(zhu)面(mian)積9600平(ping)方米(mi),教學(xue)(xue)設備條件相(xiang)對落(luo)后,三座教學(xue)(xue)樓均為10年以上的老舊建筑(zhu),圖書室藏書老舊,面(mian)積約300平(ping)米(mi)。
天津木齋中學(xue)(xue)(xue)特(te)別注(zhu)重(zhong)創設文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)的環(huan)境。因為(wei)(wei),環(huan)境是(shi)無聲(sheng)的語言,環(huan)境的育人(ren)功能總(zong)是(shi)在(zai)潤無聲(sheng)中發(fa)揮著潛移(yi)默(mo)化(hua)(hua)的作用。木齋中學(xue)(xue)(xue)力(li)(li)求營造濃郁的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)氛(fen)圍,為(wei)(wei)師生(sheng)的成(cheng)(cheng)長形成(cheng)(cheng)無聲(sheng)的動力(li)(li)。為(wei)(wei)此,木齋中學(xue)(xue)(xue)于2012年(nian)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)了頗具(ju)規模(mo)的校(xiao)史(shi)館(guan),并于2015年(nian)增設了實物館(guan)和(he)于敏(min)專題館(guan)。木齋中學(xue)(xue)(xue)利用校(xiao)史(shi)館(guan),開展(zhan)新生(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教育,培(pei)訓(xun)木齋講解(jie)(jie)員,讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)通(tong)過自(zi)己(ji)的了解(jie)(jie)和(he)講解(jie)(jie),更好的理(li)解(jie)(jie)木齋文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的真正內(nei)涵(han)。
木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)也形成了(le)具(ju)有學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色的品(pin)牌文化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)先(xian)后在學(xue)(xue)生中(zhong)(zhong)開展了(le)“我(wo)愛木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)園(yuan)”演講比賽、校(xiao)(xiao)史知識競(jing)賽等教(jiao)育(yu)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。每(mei)兩年(nian),舉(ju)辦“感動(dong)(dong)木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)園(yuan)優秀人物(集(ji)體)評選表彰活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。讓學(xue)(xue)生自覺發現身邊(bian)先(xian)進(jin)典(dian)型,自覺學(xue)(xue)習身邊(bian)榜(bang)樣。與(yu)此(ci)同(tong)時(shi),木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)也認真(zhen)舉(ju)辦好(hao)每(mei)年(nian)一屆的藝(yi)術(shu)節(jie)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),使學(xue)(xue)生充分感受藝(yi)術(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)的魅力,在藝(yi)術(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)增(zeng)強(qiang)自信心,自我(wo)認同(tong)感。每(mei)年(nian)的4月份,木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)利用知名校(xiao)(xiao)友的品(pin)牌效應(ying),開展“于敏讀書(shu)月”活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。讓學(xue)(xue)生養成良好(hao)讀書(shu)習慣的同(tong)時(shi),分享讀書(shu)的成果。于敏先(xian)生還(huan)親自為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)送(song)來書(shu)籍和贈(zeng)言,今年(nian)盧木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)先(xian)生的孫女劉源(yuan)博士及社會各(ge)界人士也紛紛參與(yu)木(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)讀書(shu)月活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。
木(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)學(xue)借助學(xue)校(xiao)文化(hua)的(de)力量(liang),助推學(xue)校(xiao)教育教學(xue)質量(liang)的(de)提(ti)升,使學(xue)生在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)功的(de)體驗中(zhong)健康(kang)成(cheng)(cheng)長(chang)。并逐步使學(xue)校(xiao)成(cheng)(cheng)為既(ji)彰顯濃郁歷史文化(hua)氣息,又極具時代發展精神的(de)現代化(hua)學(xue)校(xiao)。
