天津(jin)(jin)市(shi)第(di)二(er)(er)十(shi)四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),原名天津(jin)(jin)木(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),是(shi)愛國教育家盧(lu)木(mu)齋(zhai)先生創(chuang)辦的。1952年(nian)9月(yue)天津(jin)(jin)市(shi)人(ren)民政府接(jie)管(guan)木(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue),改(gai)稱(cheng)天津(jin)(jin)市(shi)第(di)二(er)(er)十(shi)四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue).天津(jin)(jin)市(shi)第(di)二(er)(er)十(shi)四(si)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)現所在地即木(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)舊址。現為河北區重(zhong)點中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue).學(xue)(xue)校設有高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)和初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)。
由(you)于(yu)所(suo)(suo)處地理位(wei)置距天津火車站僅1公里,學(xue)校的發展受(shou)到了(le)一(yi)定限制(zhi),無法新(xin)建(jian)新(xin)的教(jiao)學(xue)場所(suo)(suo)。目前(qian)學(xue)校占地6250平方米(mi),建(jian)筑面積(ji)9600平方米(mi),教(jiao)學(xue)設備條(tiao)件相對落后,三座教(jiao)學(xue)樓均為10年以上的老(lao)舊(jiu)建(jian)筑,圖書(shu)室藏(zang)書(shu)老(lao)舊(jiu),面積(ji)約300平米(mi)。
天(tian)津木齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)特別注重(zhong)創設文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人的(de)(de)環(huan)(huan)境。因為(wei),環(huan)(huan)境是(shi)無(wu)(wu)聲的(de)(de)語言,環(huan)(huan)境的(de)(de)育(yu)人功能總(zong)是(shi)在潤無(wu)(wu)聲中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)發揮著潛移默(mo)化(hua)的(de)(de)作用。木齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)力求營造濃郁的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)氛圍,為(wei)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)成長形成無(wu)(wu)聲的(de)(de)動力。為(wei)此,木齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)于2012年建(jian)成了頗具(ju)規模的(de)(de)校史(shi)館(guan)(guan),并于2015年增(zeng)設了實物館(guan)(guan)和于敏專題館(guan)(guan)。木齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)利用校史(shi)館(guan)(guan),開展新生(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)教育(yu),培訓木齋(zhai)講(jiang)解員(yuan),讓學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)通過自己的(de)(de)了解和講(jiang)解,更好(hao)的(de)(de)理解木齋(zhai)文(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)真正內涵。
木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)也(ye)形成了具有學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色(se)的(de)(de)(de)品牌(pai)文化活動(dong)。木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)先(xian)后(hou)在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)開展了“我(wo)愛木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)園”演(yan)講比賽、校(xiao)(xiao)史知識競賽等(deng)教(jiao)育活動(dong)。每兩年(nian),舉(ju)辦“感(gan)(gan)動(dong)木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)園優秀(xiu)人(ren)物(集體)評(ping)選表彰活動(dong)。讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自(zi)(zi)覺(jue)發現身邊(bian)先(xian)進典型,自(zi)(zi)覺(jue)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)身邊(bian)榜樣。與(yu)此同(tong)時(shi),木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)也(ye)認真舉(ju)辦好每年(nian)一屆的(de)(de)(de)藝(yi)術節活動(dong),使(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)充分感(gan)(gan)受藝(yi)術教(jiao)育的(de)(de)(de)魅力,在藝(yi)術教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)增強自(zi)(zi)信心(xin),自(zi)(zi)我(wo)認同(tong)感(gan)(gan)。每年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)4月份,木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)利(li)用(yong)知名校(xiao)(xiao)友的(de)(de)(de)品牌(pai)效應(ying),開展“于敏(min)讀(du)(du)書(shu)月”活動(dong)。讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)養成良好讀(du)(du)書(shu)習(xi)(xi)慣的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),分享讀(du)(du)書(shu)的(de)(de)(de)成果。于敏(min)先(xian)生(sheng)還親自(zi)(zi)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)送來書(shu)籍和贈言,今年(nian)盧木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)先(xian)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)孫女劉(liu)源博士(shi)及社會各(ge)界(jie)人(ren)士(shi)也(ye)紛(fen)紛(fen)參(can)與(yu)木(mu)(mu)(mu)(mu)齋(zhai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)讀(du)(du)書(shu)月活動(dong)。
木(mu)齋(zhai)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)借助(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)文化的(de)力量,助(zhu)推(tui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量的(de)提升(sheng),使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在成(cheng)功的(de)體驗中健康成(cheng)長。并逐步使(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)成(cheng)為既彰顯濃郁歷史文化氣息,又極具時代(dai)發展精神的(de)現代(dai)化學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)。
