南(nan)宋(song)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝糕(gao)始于宋(song)代,千百(bai)年(nian)來一直為杭城人民所(suo)喜愛。南(nan)宋(song)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝糕(gao)外層是(shi)精制(zhi)的香米(mi)(mi)(mi)和(he)糯米(mi)(mi)(mi)粉,米(mi)(mi)(mi)粉細而均勻,里面是(shi)豆沙(sha)餡(xian),中間(jian)混有少(shao)量(liang)白糖和(he)桂花,定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝糕(gao)的顏(yan)色緋紅(hong),象征著戰爭的凱旋(xuan)。定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝糕(gao)是(shi)浙(zhe)江傳統(tong)的特色名(ming)點(dian)(dian),屬(shu)于杭州菜系,具有春(chun)季養生調理,術后調理的功效(xiao)。有甜味,色呈淡紅(hong),松軟(ruan)清(qing)香,入(ru)口甜糯。將(jiang)(jiang)配置好的米(mi)(mi)(mi)粉放(fang)進特制(zhi)的印版(ban)里,中間(jian)再放(fang)入(ru)紅(hong)豆沙(sha),蒸少(shao)許時(shi)(shi)間(jian)就可(ke)以了。糕(gao)點(dian)(dian)比較(jiao)軟(ruan),有點(dian)(dian)松,帶甜甜的豆沙(sha)味。傳說是(shi)南(nan)宋(song)時(shi)(shi)百(bai)姓為韓(han)家軍(jun)出征鼓舞將(jiang)(jiang)士(shi)而特制(zhi)的,糕(gao)上有“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝”二字(zi),后就被(bei)稱“定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)勝糕(gao)”。
定勝糕的味道香糯(nuo)可口,甜而(er)不膩,而(er)且只要一(yi)塊錢一(yi)份,是物(wu)美價廉的特(te)色小吃。
