山東省(sheng)長島中學(xue)(xue)是山東省(sheng)省(sheng)級規范化學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),市級重點學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),新校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區位(wei)于風光秀麗,素有(you)海(hai)上仙山之稱的蓬萊區城東端。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)占地(di)85畝,建筑(zhu)面(mian)積12288平方米,17個班(ban)級。

長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)始建于1956年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),全稱(cheng)山(shan)東(dong)省立長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。1958年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)蓬(peng)萊區(qu)(qu)并于蓬(peng)萊區(qu)(qu)后(hou)(hou),稱(cheng)蓬(peng)萊七(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。1963年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)恢復縣制(zhi)后(hou)(hou),稱(cheng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。1975年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)更名為長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)“五、七(qi)”大學(xue)(xue),1978年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)又(you)恢復原名。2000年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)10月,蓬(peng)萊區(qu)(qu)實驗(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)并入(ru)長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)分東(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)(qu)(初(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部),西校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區(qu)(qu)(高(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部)合(he)稱(cheng)為山(shan)東(dong)省長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)8月,長(chang)(chang)(chang)島(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)與蓬(peng)萊區(qu)(qu)高(gao)級職業學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)合(he)并,成立蓬(peng)萊區(qu)(qu)高(gao)級學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)4月,兩所學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)又(you)各(ge)自(zi)獨立。
