藍田(tian)縣焦岱中學(xue)位于藍田(tian)西(xi)區(qu)終南(nan)山(shan)麓,鼎(ding)湖(hu)古鎮之(zhi)(zhi)東翼,占地54畝。其環(huan)境優雅(ya),人文淳厚。現有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)職工93名,在校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生1560名,設有(you)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)班26個,歷為藍田(tian)西(xi)區(qu)教(jiao)(jiao)育要府。校(xiao)(xiao)園坐落在高(gao)坪(ping)坦地之(zhi)(zhi)間,松竹(zhu)梅(mei)菊、桃李杏柳四季相映(ying),素有(you)“園林學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)”之(zhi)(zhi)美譽。
1956年建校后(hou)賦(fu)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“藍(lan)田二中(zhong)”,文革期間改名(ming)為(wei)(wei)“藍(lan)田縣(xian)(xian)代(dai)代(dai)紅中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)”,上世紀(ji)70年代(dai)初由初中(zhong)升格為(wei)(wei)高(gao)中(zhong)體制,同時更名(ming)為(wei)(wei)藍(lan)田縣(xian)(xian)焦(jiao)(jiao)岱中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)至今,2005年成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)市級(ji)標準化高(gao)中(zhong)。焦(jiao)(jiao)岱中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)在將(jiang)近(jin)半個世紀(ji)的風雨征程(cheng)中(zhong),歷(li)經幾(ji)代(dai)人的努力,為(wei)(wei)國家和(he)社會培育了大(da)(da)(da)批有用人才,其學(xue)(xue)有所成(cheng)(cheng)的莘莘學(xue)(xue)子(zi)遍布三秦大(da)(da)(da)地,創業于大(da)(da)(da)江南北。特(te)別(bie)是(shi)改革開放(fang)和(he)教育體制轉軌(gui)以來,焦(jiao)(jiao)岱中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)老樹枝榮,重煥豐姿(zi),揚“尊德、守紀(ji)、篤學(xue)(xue)、創新(xin)”的校訓(xun),勇闖“管理(li)關、質量關、發(fa)展關”,以其嚴謹的治學(xue)(xue)風格和(he)顯(xian)明的辦學(xue)(xue)效益贏得了社會的贊譽(yu),并多年來,在縣(xian)(xian)域(yu)農村普通高(gao)中(zhong)中(zhong)處于領先地位。

截(jie)止于2011年,焦岱(dai)中(zhong)學(xue)現有教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)108人,高級(ji)職稱12人,中(zhong)級(ji)職稱26人,大(da)學(xue)本科(ke)學(xue)歷(li)98人。在教(jiao)(jiao)研(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)改中(zhong),獲得(de)縣市級(ji)以上(shang)“教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)能手”榮譽稱號14人次(ci),“優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)課件制作”10人次(ci),科(ke)技競賽(sai)“優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)指導教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)”25人次(ci),“優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)教(jiao)(jiao)育工作者(zhe)”21人次(ci),獲獎優秀(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)論(lun)文(wen)69人次(ci)。

在(zai)硬件方面,學(xue)校通(tong)過開辟各種融資渠道(dao)(dao),建(jian)成了(le)造(zao)價(jia)為(wei)(wei)164萬(wan)元(yuan)的科技樓、造(zao)價(jia)為(wei)(wei)264萬(wan)元(yuan)的學(xue)生(sheng)公寓樓和(he)造(zao)價(jia)為(wei)(wei)192萬(wan)元(yuan)的中心教學(xue)大(da)樓。同時,學(xue)校新建(jian)了(le)微(wei)機室、理化生(sheng)實驗室、電(dian)教室、語音室、美術室、音樂(le)室和(he)藏(zang)書36萬(wan)冊的電(dian)子圖(tu)書館,建(jian)起了(le)“校校通(tong)”工程(cheng),并硬化道(dao)(dao)路300平方米(mi),修建(jian)小廣場1200平方米(mi),使學(xue)校基(ji)礎(chu)設(she)(she)施建(jian)設(she)(she)實現了(le)新突破,為(wei)(wei)廣大(da)師生(sheng)創造(zao)了(le)更加(jia)完美的學(xue)習、工作和(he)生(sheng)活空間。

攀登高考成績新梯度。在高考工作中,學校按照“全面復習,查漏補缺,穩定心態”的備考方針,有理、有度、有效地組織師生抓好高考模擬訓練、高考形勢研討和高考心理教育等項工作,要求考生努力做到保持良好心態,注意答卷技巧,避免無端失誤,發揮正常水平。近年來,學校考生的平均上線率一直保持在83%以上,平均錄取率保持在70%以上,本科平均上線率為15%,平均錄取率為16%。
