劉江(jiang)黃河(he)大橋(qiao)(qiao)位于中國河(he)南(nan)省鄭(zheng)(zheng)州(zhou)市、新鄉(xiang)市境內,位于黃河(he)南(nan)岸(an)惠金大堤(di)26+109.9千(qian)米(mi)之間(jian);大橋(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)起鄭(zheng)(zheng)州(zhou)市惠濟區,北至新鄉(xiang)市原陽縣蔣莊,據上游鄭(zheng)(zheng)州(zhou)黃河(he)公(gong)路大橋(qiao)(qiao)約13千(qian)米(mi)。途經大橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路為北京(jing)—港(gang)澳高速公(gong)路(國家高速G4)。
整體布局
劉江黃河大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)設計(ji)為連續(xu)八(ba)跨下承式鋼管混凝土(tu)桿拱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)由主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、南(nan)北引(yin)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)組成;主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)呈南(nan)北方(fang)向布置。
設計特點
劉江黃河(he)大(da)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)上部(bu)采用上下(xia)行分離(li)的下(xia)承(cheng)式(shi)四拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋鋼(gang)(gang)管混凝(ning)土(tu)簡支(zhi)系桿拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(剛性系桿)下(xia)部(bu)為(wei)空心墩,群樁基礎。南引橋(qiao)橋(qiao)型為(wei)簡支(zhi)空心板梁橋(qiao)。主橋(qiao)上部(bu)結構上下(xia)行為(wei)分離(li)式(shi)的兩座橋(qiao),每座橋(qiao)兩片拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋,每片拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋由(you)2根鋼(gang)(gang)管和腹(fu)板組(zu)成(cheng)啞鈴型斷面(mian)結構,拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋內填筑混凝(ning)土(tu),支(zhi)座與第(di)一根吊桿間的拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋腹(fu)腔內澆筑混凝(ning)土(tu),其(qi)余(yu)部(bu)分腹(fu)腔內不填充混凝(ning)土(tu)。兩拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)肋由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)間一道一字(zi)形和兩邊各(ge)一道K字(zi)橫撐聯接(jie)。橫撐鋼(gang)(gang)管組(zu)成(cheng)的啞鈴形斷面(mian),管內不填充混凝(ning)土(tu)。每個主墩承(cheng)臺分為(wei)三個分離(li)式(shi)承(cheng)臺,左右幅共用中(zhong)(zhong)承(cheng)臺。
截至2004年10月,劉江黃河大橋主(zhu)橋橋跨(kua)布置從(cong)北(bei)向南(nan)依次(ci)為(wei)(wei):1聯(lian)(5×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+16聯(lian)(7×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+2聯(lian)(5×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+13聯(lian)(5×50)米(mi)(mi)T梁+4聯(lian)(4×50)米(mi)(mi)T梁+4聯(lian)(2×100)米(mi)(mi)系(xi)(xi)桿拱(gong)+3聯(lian)(9×20)米(mi)(mi)空心板梁,全橋共長9848.16米(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)橋上部采(cai)(cai)用8孔(kong)100米(mi)(mi)簡支系(xi)(xi)桿拱(gong),矢跨(kua)比1/4.5,矢高21.222米(mi)(mi),拱(gong)軸(zhou)線(xian)采(cai)(cai)用拱(gong)軸(zhou)系(xi)(xi)數為(wei)(wei)1.347的懸鏈線(xian)。下部為(wei)(wei)空心墩共計采(cai)(cai)用直徑2.0米(mi)(mi)鉆孔(kong)樁142根。南(nan)引(yin)橋橋型為(wei)(wei)27孔(kong)簡支空心板梁橋。
劉江(jiang)黃河大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術復雜,制(zhi)造和安(an)裝精度(du)要求高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度(du)較大(da)。主橋(qiao)(qiao)上(shang)部結構(gou)端橫(heng)梁(liang)(liang)和拱腳段(duan)系桿采用支架(jia)現(xian)(xian)澆,系桿箱梁(liang)(liang)采用少(shao)支架(jia)方法安(an)裝,一根系桿橫(heng)橋(qiao)(qiao)向分(fen)為兩(liang)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)字型(xing)梁(liang)(liang),縱(zong)橋(qiao)(qiao)向再分(fen)為四段(duan)預制(zhi)吊裝。鋼管拱肋分(fen)為五(wu)段(duan),拱腳預埋段(duan)在端橫(heng)梁(liang)(liang)現(xian)(xian)澆時(shi)埋入(ru),其余段(duan)為吊裝。管內混凝(ning)土采用泵送頂(ding)升法施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。吊桿橫(heng)粱和橋(qiao)(qiao)面板(ban)采用預制(zhi)后(hou)運至現(xian)(xian)場安(an)裝。根據(ju)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)和施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計(ji),可逐孔施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)或同時(shi)平行(xing)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。每一孔中(zhong)的(de)上(shang)下行(xing)分(fen)離兩(liang)座(zuo)橋(qiao)(qiao)可同時(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)也(ye)可先(xian)后(hou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
劉江黃河(he)大橋正式(shi)通車,這標志著(zhu)中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家規(gui)劃的“五縱七橫”國(guo)道主干(gan)線(xian)中(zhong)的重要一縱——北(bei)京—港澳高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路(國(guo)家高(gao)(gao)速(su)G4),以高(gao)(gao)速(su)公路標準實(shi)現了全線(xian)貫通。(《大河(he)報》評)
劉(liu)江(jiang)黃(huang)河大(da)橋的(de)通車一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)緩解了鄭州(zhou)黃(huang)河公路大(da)橋的(de)壓力,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),它的(de)經(jing)營也給眾多(duo)在建(jian)(jian)和即將建(jian)(jian)設的(de)大(da)橋提(ti)供一(yi)個可(ke)資(zi)借鑒的(de)范本(ben)。(《大(da)河報》評)
2002年4月1日,鄭(zheng)州(zhou)黃(huang)河二橋(qiao)開工建設。
2003年(nian)3月14日,鄭(zheng)州黃河二橋基礎工程(cheng)完(wan)工,進(jin)入上部施工階段。
2004年4月(yue)10日(ri),鄭(zheng)州(zhou)黃(huang)(huang)河(he)二橋(qiao)主(zhu)橋(qiao)橋(qiao)面施工(gong)完(wan)(wan)成。5月(yue)18日(ri),鄭(zheng)州(zhou)黃(huang)(huang)河(he)二橋(qiao)主(zhu)體工(gong)程完(wan)(wan)工(gong)。10月(yue)1日(ri),鄭(zheng)州(zhou)黃(huang)(huang)河(he)二橋(qiao)建(jian)成通車。
2008年4月10日,鄭(zheng)州黃河二橋更名為“劉江黃河大橋”。
