劉江黃河(he)(he)大(da)橋位(wei)于中國(guo)河(he)(he)南省鄭州(zhou)市(shi)(shi)、新(xin)鄉市(shi)(shi)境內,位(wei)于黃河(he)(he)南岸惠(hui)金大(da)堤26+109.9千米之間;大(da)橋南起(qi)鄭州(zhou)市(shi)(shi)惠(hui)濟區,北至新(xin)鄉市(shi)(shi)原陽縣蔣莊,據上游鄭州(zhou)黃河(he)(he)公路大(da)橋約13千米。途經(jing)大(da)橋公路為北京(jing)—港澳高速公路(國(guo)家高速G4)。
整體布局
劉江黃河大橋主(zhu)(zhu)橋設計(ji)為連續八跨下承式鋼管混凝土桿拱橋。大橋由主(zhu)(zhu)橋、南(nan)(nan)北(bei)引橋組成(cheng);主(zhu)(zhu)橋呈南(nan)(nan)北(bei)方向布置。
設計特點
劉江黃河大橋主橋上(shang)(shang)部(bu)采用上(shang)(shang)下(xia)行分(fen)(fen)離的下(xia)承(cheng)式四(si)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)鋼管(guan)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)簡支系(xi)桿拱(gong)(gong)(gong)(剛性系(xi)桿)下(xia)部(bu)為(wei)(wei)空(kong)心墩,群(qun)樁(zhuang)基礎。南引(yin)橋橋型為(wei)(wei)簡支空(kong)心板(ban)梁橋。主橋上(shang)(shang)部(bu)結(jie)構上(shang)(shang)下(xia)行為(wei)(wei)分(fen)(fen)離式的兩座橋,每座橋兩片(pian)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei),每片(pian)拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)由(you)2根鋼管(guan)和(he)腹板(ban)組成啞(ya)鈴型斷面(mian)(mian)結(jie)構,拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)內填(tian)筑混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu),支座與第一根吊桿間的拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)腹腔內澆筑混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu),其余(yu)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)腹腔內不填(tian)充(chong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)。兩拱(gong)(gong)(gong)肋(lei)由(you)中間一道(dao)一字形和(he)兩邊各(ge)一道(dao)K字橫(heng)撐(cheng)聯接。橫(heng)撐(cheng)鋼管(guan)組成的啞(ya)鈴形斷面(mian)(mian),管(guan)內不填(tian)充(chong)混(hun)(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)。每個(ge)主墩承(cheng)臺分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)三個(ge)分(fen)(fen)離式承(cheng)臺,左(zuo)右幅(fu)共用中承(cheng)臺。
截至2004年10月(yue),劉(liu)江(jiang)黃(huang)河(he)大橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)橋(qiao)跨布置(zhi)從北向南依(yi)次為(wei)(wei):1聯(5×35)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)T梁(liang)+16聯(7×35)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)T梁(liang)+2聯(5×35)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)T梁(liang)+13聯(5×50)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)T梁(liang)+4聯(4×50)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)T梁(liang)+4聯(2×100)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)系桿拱(gong)+3聯(9×20)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)空心(xin)(xin)板梁(liang),全橋(qiao)共長9848.16米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)。主橋(qiao)上部(bu)采(cai)用8孔100米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)簡(jian)支(zhi)(zhi)系桿拱(gong),矢跨比(bi)1/4.5,矢高21.222米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi),拱(gong)軸(zhou)線采(cai)用拱(gong)軸(zhou)系數為(wei)(wei)1.347的(de)懸鏈線。下部(bu)為(wei)(wei)空心(xin)(xin)墩共計采(cai)用直徑(jing)2.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)(mi)鉆孔樁142根。南引橋(qiao)橋(qiao)型為(wei)(wei)27孔簡(jian)支(zhi)(zhi)空心(xin)(xin)板梁(liang)橋(qiao)。
劉江黃(huang)河大(da)橋(qiao)施工(gong)(gong)技術復雜,制(zhi)造和(he)安裝(zhuang)精度(du)要求高,施工(gong)(gong)難度(du)較大(da)。主橋(qiao)上部結構端橫梁(liang)(liang)和(he)拱(gong)(gong)腳段系桿采(cai)用(yong)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)現(xian)澆,系桿箱梁(liang)(liang)采(cai)用(yong)少支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)方法(fa)安裝(zhuang),一根系桿橫橋(qiao)向分(fen)為兩(liang)片工(gong)(gong)字型梁(liang)(liang),縱(zong)橋(qiao)向再(zai)分(fen)為四(si)段預(yu)制(zhi)吊裝(zhuang)。鋼(gang)管拱(gong)(gong)肋分(fen)為五段,拱(gong)(gong)腳預(yu)埋段在端橫梁(liang)(liang)現(xian)澆時(shi)埋入(ru),其余段為吊裝(zhuang)。管內混凝土采(cai)用(yong)泵送(song)頂升法(fa)施工(gong)(gong)。吊桿橫粱(liang)和(he)橋(qiao)面板采(cai)用(yong)預(yu)制(zhi)后(hou)運至現(xian)場安裝(zhuang)。根據施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)和(he)施工(gong)(gong)組(zu)織設計,可(ke)逐孔(kong)施工(gong)(gong)或同(tong)時(shi)平行(xing)施工(gong)(gong)。每一孔(kong)中的上下(xia)行(xing)分(fen)離兩(liang)座橋(qiao)可(ke)同(tong)時(shi)施工(gong)(gong)也可(ke)先后(hou)施工(gong)(gong)。
劉江黃(huang)河(he)大橋正式通車,這標志著(zhu)中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)規(gui)劃(hua)的(de)“五縱七橫”國(guo)道主(zhu)干(gan)線(xian)中(zhong)的(de)重要(yao)一縱——北京(jing)—港澳(ao)高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)(國(guo)家(jia)高(gao)速(su)G4),以高(gao)速(su)公路(lu)標準實現了全線(xian)貫通。(《大河(he)報》評)
劉江黃(huang)河(he)大(da)橋的通(tong)車一方面緩解了鄭州黃(huang)河(he)公路大(da)橋的壓力(li),另一方面,它的經營也給(gei)眾(zhong)多在(zai)建(jian)和即將建(jian)設的大(da)橋提供一個可資(zi)借鑒(jian)的范本。(《大(da)河(he)報》評)
2002年4月1日,鄭(zheng)州黃河二橋開(kai)工建設。
2003年3月14日,鄭州(zhou)黃河二(er)橋基礎工程完工,進入上部施工階段(duan)。
2004年4月10日,鄭州黃(huang)河二橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)面施工完(wan)成。5月18日,鄭州黃(huang)河二橋(qiao)(qiao)主體工程完(wan)工。10月1日,鄭州黃(huang)河二橋(qiao)(qiao)建(jian)成通車。
2008年4月10日,鄭州黃河二橋更名(ming)為“劉江黃河大橋”。
