劉江(jiang)黃河大(da)橋(qiao)位于(yu)中國(guo)河南(nan)(nan)省鄭州市、新(xin)鄉市境內,位于(yu)黃河南(nan)(nan)岸惠金大(da)堤26+109.9千(qian)米(mi)之間;大(da)橋(qiao)南(nan)(nan)起(qi)鄭州市惠濟區,北(bei)至新(xin)鄉市原陽縣蔣莊,據上(shang)游鄭州黃河公(gong)路大(da)橋(qiao)約13千(qian)米(mi)。途經大(da)橋(qiao)公(gong)路為北(bei)京—港澳高(gao)速(su)公(gong)路(國(guo)家高(gao)速(su)G4)。
整體布局
劉江黃河大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)設計為連續八跨下承式鋼管混凝(ning)土桿拱橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)。大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)由主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、南北引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)組成;主橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)呈南北方向布(bu)置。
設計特點
劉江黃河大橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)上部(bu)(bu)采(cai)用(yong)上下行分(fen)(fen)離的(de)下承(cheng)式四(si)拱(gong)肋(lei)鋼管(guan)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土簡支(zhi)系桿拱(gong)(剛性(xing)系桿)下部(bu)(bu)為(wei)空心(xin)墩(dun),群樁基礎。南引橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)型為(wei)簡支(zhi)空心(xin)板梁橋(qiao)(qiao)。主橋(qiao)(qiao)上部(bu)(bu)結構上下行為(wei)分(fen)(fen)離式的(de)兩(liang)座(zuo)橋(qiao)(qiao),每座(zuo)橋(qiao)(qiao)兩(liang)片(pian)拱(gong)肋(lei),每片(pian)拱(gong)肋(lei)由(you)2根鋼管(guan)和(he)腹(fu)板組成(cheng)啞鈴(ling)型斷面(mian)結構,拱(gong)肋(lei)內(nei)填(tian)筑混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土,支(zhi)座(zuo)與(yu)第一(yi)(yi)根吊桿間的(de)拱(gong)肋(lei)腹(fu)腔內(nei)澆筑混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土,其余部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)腹(fu)腔內(nei)不(bu)填(tian)充混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土。兩(liang)拱(gong)肋(lei)由(you)中間一(yi)(yi)道一(yi)(yi)字形(xing)和(he)兩(liang)邊各(ge)一(yi)(yi)道K字橫撐聯接。橫撐鋼管(guan)組成(cheng)的(de)啞鈴(ling)形(xing)斷面(mian),管(guan)內(nei)不(bu)填(tian)充混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土。每個(ge)主墩(dun)承(cheng)臺分(fen)(fen)為(wei)三個(ge)分(fen)(fen)離式承(cheng)臺,左右(you)幅共用(yong)中承(cheng)臺。
截至2004年(nian)10月,劉(liu)江(jiang)黃河大橋主(zhu)橋橋跨布置從北(bei)向南依次為(wei):1聯(lian)(5×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+16聯(lian)(7×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+2聯(lian)(5×35)米(mi)(mi)T梁+13聯(lian)(5×50)米(mi)(mi)T梁+4聯(lian)(4×50)米(mi)(mi)T梁+4聯(lian)(2×100)米(mi)(mi)系桿拱(gong)+3聯(lian)(9×20)米(mi)(mi)空(kong)心板梁,全橋共長9848.16米(mi)(mi)。主(zhu)橋上(shang)部采用8孔(kong)100米(mi)(mi)簡支系桿拱(gong),矢(shi)跨比1/4.5,矢(shi)高21.222米(mi)(mi),拱(gong)軸線采用拱(gong)軸系數為(wei)1.347的懸(xuan)鏈(lian)線。下部為(wei)空(kong)心墩共計(ji)采用直徑2.0米(mi)(mi)鉆孔(kong)樁142根。南引(yin)橋橋型(xing)為(wei)27孔(kong)簡支空(kong)心板梁橋。
劉江黃(huang)河大橋施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技術復(fu)雜,制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)安裝(zhuang)精度(du)要求高,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)較(jiao)大。主(zhu)橋上(shang)部結(jie)構端(duan)橫(heng)梁和(he)拱腳(jiao)(jiao)段(duan)系(xi)桿(gan)(gan)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)支架(jia)現(xian)澆(jiao),系(xi)桿(gan)(gan)箱梁采用(yong)(yong)(yong)少支架(jia)方(fang)法(fa)安裝(zhuang),一根系(xi)桿(gan)(gan)橫(heng)橋向分為兩(liang)片工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)字型梁,縱橋向再分為四(si)段(duan)預(yu)制(zhi)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)。鋼管拱肋分為五段(duan),拱腳(jiao)(jiao)預(yu)埋段(duan)在端(duan)橫(heng)梁現(xian)澆(jiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)埋入,其余段(duan)為吊(diao)裝(zhuang)。管內混凝土采用(yong)(yong)(yong)泵送頂(ding)升法(fa)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。吊(diao)桿(gan)(gan)橫(heng)粱(liang)和(he)橋面板采用(yong)(yong)(yong)預(yu)制(zhi)后(hou)運至現(xian)場安裝(zhuang)。根據施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期和(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組織設計,可(ke)(ke)逐孔施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)或同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)平行施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。每一孔中的上(shang)下行分離兩(liang)座(zuo)橋可(ke)(ke)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)也可(ke)(ke)先后(hou)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
劉(liu)江黃河(he)大橋正式通(tong)(tong)車,這標志著中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)家規劃的“五縱七橫”國(guo)道主干線(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)的重要一縱——北京—港(gang)澳高速公(gong)路(國(guo)家高速G4),以高速公(gong)路標準實現了(le)全線(xian)貫通(tong)(tong)。(《大河(he)報》評)
劉江(jiang)黃河(he)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)通車一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)緩解了鄭(zheng)州(zhou)黃河(he)公路大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)力,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian),它的(de)(de)(de)經營也(ye)給眾多(duo)在建和(he)即(ji)將建設的(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)提供一(yi)個可資借鑒的(de)(de)(de)范本。(《大(da)(da)河(he)報》評)
2002年4月(yue)1日(ri),鄭州黃河二橋開工建設。
2003年3月14日,鄭州黃河(he)二橋基礎工程完工,進(jin)入上部施工階段。
2004年4月10日,鄭州黃河二(er)(er)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)橋(qiao)面施工完成。5月18日,鄭州黃河二(er)(er)橋(qiao)主體工程完工。10月1日,鄭州黃河二(er)(er)橋(qiao)建(jian)成通車。
2008年(nian)4月10日(ri),鄭州黃河二橋更名為“劉江黃河大橋”。
