近年(nian)來,和著貫徹落實科(ke)學(xue)發展觀的(de)時代(dai)步伐,乘著《全民科(ke)學(xue)素質行動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)計劃綱要》頒布的(de)春風,青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)科(ke)技(ji)館以開展形式多樣、內(nei)容(rong)豐(feng)富(fu)的(de)科(ke)學(xue)普(pu)及活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)為(wei)依托,大膽探索,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)創新,為(wei)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)我省(sheng)的(de)科(ke)學(xue)普(pu)及事業(ye)做出了應有的(de)貢獻。2006年(nian),經省(sheng)編(bian)制委(wei)員會(hui)辦公(gong)室批(pi)準,省(sheng)科(ke)技(ji)館增掛青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少年(nian)科(ke)技(ji)中心牌(pai)(pai)子,負(fu)責(ze)青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少年(nian)科(ke)技(ji)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)組織與管理。我們(men)更是充(chong)分發揮(hui)兩塊牌(pai)(pai)子一套人(ren)馬的(de)優(you)勢,把(ba)(ba)未成年(nian)人(ren)列(lie)為(wei)科(ke)普(pu)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)主要對象,把(ba)(ba)科(ke)普(pu)教(jiao)育(yu)同(tong)未成年(nian)人(ren)思想(xiang)道(dao)德建(jian)設(she)緊密結合(he)起來,為(wei)提高未成年(nian)人(ren)的(de)思想(xiang)道(dao)德素質發揮(hui)著不(bu)(bu)可替(ti)代(dai)的(de)作(zuo)用。先(xian)后被國家有關(guan)部門(men)命名(ming)為(wei)“全國青(qing)(qing)(qing)少年(nian)科(ke)技(ji)教(jiao)育(yu)基(ji)地(di)(di)”、“全國科(ke)普(pu)教(jiao)育(yu)基(ji)地(di)(di)”、“全國青(qing)(qing)(qing)少年(nian)校外(wai)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)示范基(ji)地(di)(di)”、“小公(gong)民道(dao)德建(jian)設(she)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)實踐基(ji)地(di)(di)”、“少年(nian)兒童科(ke)技(ji)發明示范基(ji)地(di)(di)”;青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)有關(guan)部門(men)命名(ming)為(wei)“青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)科(ke)普(pu)教(jiao)育(yu)基(ji)地(di)(di)”、“青(qing)(qing)(qing)海(hai)(hai)省(sheng)小公(gong)民思想(xiang)道(dao)德建(jian)設(she)基(ji)地(di)(di)”。
青海省(sheng)科(ke)(ke)技館(guan)始終把(ba)社會(hui)效益(yi)放在首位,面向社會(hui)公眾(zhong)普及科(ke)(ke)學知(zhi)識、弘揚科(ke)(ke)學精神、傳(chuan)播科(ke)(ke)學思想和(he)科(ke)(ke)學方(fang)法,為提(ti)高廣(guang)大人(ren)民的科(ke)(ke)學文化素質,促進我省(sheng)科(ke)(ke)普事業的健康發展服(fu)務。
