東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)即東(dong)方(fang)火(huo)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、東(dong)方(fang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)址(zhi)在海南(nan)省東(dong)方(fang)市八所(suo)鎮(zhen)解放東(dong)路向東(dong)盡頭,是(shi)廣(guang)州鐵路(集團)公(gong)司(現中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵路廣(guang)州局集團有(you)限公(gong)司)粵海鐵路有(you)限責任公(gong)司新(xin)(xin)建海南(nan)西(xi)環(huan)(huan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵途徑(jing)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點之一(yi),與(yu)海南(nan)東(dong)環(huan)(huan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵、粵海鐵路海南(nan)島西(xi)環(huan)(huan)線(xian)形成兩場一(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)二等(deng)客(ke)運動車(che)樞紐站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),并和新(xin)(xin)建海南(nan)東(dong)方(fang)汽車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)無(wu)縫(feng)對接。東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)海南(nan)西(xi)環(huan)(huan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵除了海口站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三(san)亞站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)外在市區設立的站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點的高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵火(huo)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房面積(ji)東(dong)西(xi)長115.2m,南(nan)北(bei)寬(kuan)30m,高(gao)(gao)(gao)20m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房面積(ji)5000m2,是(shi)環(huan)(huan)島高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵沿線(xian)中(zhong)(zhong),除海口站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三(san)亞站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)外較(jiao)大的高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵火(huo)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。東(dong)方(fang)火(huo)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)除接發(fa)動車(che)組列(lie)(lie)車(che)外,還接發(fa)兩對普速列(lie)(lie)車(che)。海南(nan)西(xi)環(huan)(huan)線(xian)上行鐵路車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)昌感站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),下行鐵路車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)感城(cheng)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。環(huan)(huan)島高(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵上行車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)棋(qi)子(zi)灣站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),下行車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)金月灣站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
規劃(hua)范(fan)圍(wei):規劃(hua)區呈“矩(ju)形”,南北(bei)向(xiang)平行于粵海(hai)鐵路海(hai)南西(xi)環(huan)線,東西(xi)向(xiang)長約(yue)1.3公里(li),南北(bei)向(xiang)寬度(du)約(yue)0.4公里(li),規劃(hua)范(fan)圍(wei)面積約(yue)為0.5平方公里(li),距八所高(gao)速公路立交出入口約(yue)5.0公里(li)。
功(gong)能(neng)定位:在(zai)西環高(gao)鐵的系統設計(ji)中,東方(fang)站(zhan)被確定為(wei)二等(deng)站(zhan),站(zhan)場(chang)規模為(wei)3站(zhan)臺8股道,其中5條(tiao)高(gao)鐵到發線(xian)(xian),含(han)正線(xian)(xian)2條(tiao),貨運到發線(xian)(xian)1條(tiao);3條(tiao)既(ji)有(you)到發線(xian)(xian),含(han)正線(xian)(xian)1條(tiao),旅客(ke)(ke)通(tong)道下進下出穿(chuan)過既(ji)有(you)線(xian)(xian),是東方(fang)市東部重要的交通(tong)樞(shu)紐(niu)和城(cheng)市門戶(hu)區,項目建成后(hou)主(zhu)(zhu)要以(yi)海口(kou)至三亞的沿(yan)線(xian)(xian)客(ke)(ke)運為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)、兼顧各城(cheng)市軌道交通(tong)和少量輕快貨運的高(gao)速鐵路,并兼有(you)休閑娛樂等(deng)功(gong)能(neng)。
功(gong)能分區(qu):規劃(hua)基于現狀場(chang)地特(te)征、高鐵站(zhan)功(gong)能及流線要求,將站(zhan)房、配套服務設(she)施、站(zhan)前平臺、站(zhan)前廣場(chang)、公共汽車(che)(che)首末站(zhan)和(he)大巴車(che)(che)停(ting)車(che)(che)場(chang)、出租汽車(che)(che)場(chang)站(zhan)、社(she)會停(ting)車(che)(che)場(chang)和(he)鐵路貨(huo)運站(zhan)等(deng)合理布置,形成五(wu)個區(qu)域,包(bao)括商業服務區(qu)、客運功(gong)能區(qu)、貨(huo)場(chang)作業區(qu)、停(ting)車(che)(che)服務區(qu)和(he)游(you)憩休閑區(qu)。
規模容量(liang)(liang):根據(ju)東方(fang)站站前(qian)區域職(zhi)能、發(fa)展定位和城市空(kong)間(jian)的拓(tuo)展需要,本(ben)次規劃建設面積(ji)約為(wei)49.5公頃。采(cai)用(yong)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)測算人(ren)(ren)(ren)口指標:建筑(zhu)面積(ji)法是根據(ju)用(yong)地開發(fa)強(qiang)度,人(ren)(ren)(ren)均(jun)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)來(lai)計(ji)算用(yong)地的人(ren)(ren)(ren)口容量(liang)(liang),旅館業(ye)用(yong)地100平方(fang)米/客房(fang)、每客房(fang)2人(ren)(ren)(ren)計(ji)算。本(ben)次規劃人(ren)(ren)(ren)口為(wei)350人(ren)(ren)(ren)。
東(dong)(dong)方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)建設(she)內容(rong)及規模(mo):西環(huan)高(gao)鐵東(dong)(dong)方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)區廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)及道路配(pei)套工(gong)程占地面(mian)積共278.46畝,其(qi)中(zhong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)25.5畝,綠(lv)地公園56.57畝,社會停車(che)場(chang)(chang)(chang)27.17畝,出租車(che)停車(che)場(chang)(chang)(chang)23.06畝,公交車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)(chang)23.54畝,大(da)巴車(che)停車(che)場(chang)(chang)(chang)16.82畝。另配(pei)套東(dong)(dong)方車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)區路網工(gong)程總長(chang)(chang)2424米,其(qi)中(zhong):廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)路長(chang)(chang)1094m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前路長(chang)(chang)1193m,解放東(dong)(dong)路延長(chang)(chang)線(xian)137m。廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)路道路紅(hong)線(xian)寬(kuan)度30m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前路1、2、3道路紅(hong)線(xian)寬(kuan)度24m,解放東(dong)(dong)路延長(chang)(chang)線(xian)50m。
海南西環高鐵(tie)東(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)位于(yu)東(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)市(shi)八所鎮境內,距東(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)市(shi)區約1.5km,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)址地(di)(di)(di)勢較為(wei)(wei)平坦(tan)。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)層數為(wei)(wei)候車(che)廳(ting)部(bu)分1層,設(she)(she)備(bei)及(ji)辦公用(yong)房(fang)2層。東(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)主要功(gong)能分為(wei)(wei)客(ke)運用(yong)房(fang)、公安用(yong)房(fang)、設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)房(fang)、辦公用(yong)房(fang)等。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)面(mian)寬115.2m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)進(jin)(jin)深(shen)30.0m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)中部(bu)檐口(kou)高度20.0m。1-6.000標高層為(wei)(wei)地(di)(di)(di)下消防水泵(beng)房(fang)。±0.000m標高層中部(bu)圍繞集散廳(ting)布(bu)(bu)置公共衛(wei)生(sheng)間(jian)、旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)服務用(yong)房(fang)、開水間(jian)、VIP候車(che)室(shi)、公安值(zhi)班(ban)室(shi)、客(ke)運值(zhi)班(ban)室(shi)等;候車(che)廳(ting)右(you)側(ce)為(wei)(wei)售票(piao)(piao)廳(ting)、售票(piao)(piao)室(shi)及(ji)售票(piao)(piao)用(yong)房(fang)、綜(zong)合控制和消防控制室(shi);候車(che)廳(ting)左(zuo)側(ce)為(wei)(wei)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)所及(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)設(she)(she)備(bei)房(fang)等。+6.000m標高層右(you)側(ce)為(wei)(wei)通信、信號、信息等弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)房(fang);左(zuo)側(ce)主要布(bu)(bu)置車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)辦公用(yong)房(fang)和部(bu)分弱電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)房(fang)。結合建(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)平面(mian)布(bu)(bu)局,東(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)(fang)(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)客(ke)流(liu)組織采取“下進(jin)(jin)下出”流(liu)線模(mo)式。進(jin)(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)線為(wei)(wei)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)購票(piao)(piao)后(hou)通過安檢(jian)進(jin)(jin)入候車(che)廳(ting)候車(che),后(hou)通過自動檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)機或人工檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后(hou)進(jin)(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),基(ji)本站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)直接(jie)進(jin)(jin)到基(ji)本站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai),2、3站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)通過地(di)(di)(di)道進(jin)(jin)入2、3站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)。出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)線為(wei)(wei)基(ji)本站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)由基(ji)本站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)直接(jie)至出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳(ting)檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后(hou)出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),中間(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)(tai)(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)旅(lv)(lv)(lv)客(ke)經過地(di)(di)(di)道到達出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳(ting)檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后(hou)出站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
海南西(xi)環鐵(tie)路(lu)(普速線(xian)(xian))自2005年10月起動工改(gai)造,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)總投資23億元,2006年12月13日全線(xian)(xian)鋪通,2007年3月20日通過驗收,原粵海鐵(tie)路(lu)東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)正式履行職能(neng)。2013年海南西(xi)環快速鐵(tie)路(lu)正式開工建(jian)設,東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)改(gai)建(jian),原站(zhan)房被拆除,新建(jian)現(xian)東(dong)方(fang)火車站(zhan)。2015年12月30日,東(dong)方(fang)高鐵(tie)站(zhan)正式啟用。
