規劃(hua)范圍:規劃(hua)區呈“矩形(xing)”,南北向平行于粵海鐵(tie)路海南西(xi)環線,東西(xi)向長約(yue)1.3公(gong)(gong)里,南北向寬度約(yue)0.4公(gong)(gong)里,規劃(hua)范圍面積約(yue)為0.5平方公(gong)(gong)里,距八所高速公(gong)(gong)路立交出入口(kou)約(yue)5.0公(gong)(gong)里。
功(gong)能定(ding)位:在西環高(gao)鐵(tie)的系統設計中,東(dong)(dong)方站被確(que)定(ding)為(wei)二等站,站場規模為(wei)3站臺(tai)8股道,其中5條高(gao)鐵(tie)到發(fa)線(xian)(xian)(xian),含(han)正線(xian)(xian)(xian)2條,貨運(yun)到發(fa)線(xian)(xian)(xian)1條;3條既有(you)到發(fa)線(xian)(xian)(xian),含(han)正線(xian)(xian)(xian)1條,旅客通道下進下出穿過既有(you)線(xian)(xian)(xian),是東(dong)(dong)方市(shi)(shi)東(dong)(dong)部重要的交通樞紐和城市(shi)(shi)門(men)戶區,項目建(jian)成后主(zhu)要以海口(kou)至三亞的沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)客運(yun)為(wei)主(zhu)、兼顧各(ge)城市(shi)(shi)軌道交通和少量輕快貨運(yun)的高(gao)速鐵(tie)路,并兼有(you)休閑娛樂(le)等功(gong)能。
功能(neng)(neng)(neng)分區(qu)(qu)(qu):規劃(hua)基于現狀場地特征、高鐵站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)及流線要(yao)求,將站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房、配套服(fu)務(wu)(wu)設施、站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前(qian)平臺、站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)前(qian)廣場、公(gong)共汽車(che)首(shou)末站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和大巴車(che)停車(che)場、出(chu)租汽車(che)場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、社會停車(che)場和鐵路貨運站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)等合理布置,形成(cheng)五個區(qu)(qu)(qu)域,包括商業服(fu)務(wu)(wu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)、客運功能(neng)(neng)(neng)區(qu)(qu)(qu)、貨場作業區(qu)(qu)(qu)、停車(che)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)區(qu)(qu)(qu)和游憩休閑(xian)區(qu)(qu)(qu)。
規(gui)模容量(liang)(liang):根據東方(fang)站(zhan)站(zhan)前區域(yu)職能、發展(zhan)定位和城市空(kong)間的(de)拓展(zhan)需要,本次(ci)規(gui)劃建設面積(ji)(ji)約為49.5公(gong)頃。采用(yong)(yong)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)(ji)測(ce)算(suan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)口(kou)指標:建筑(zhu)面積(ji)(ji)法是(shi)根據用(yong)(yong)地開(kai)發強(qiang)度,人(ren)(ren)(ren)均(jun)建筑(zhu)面積(ji)(ji)來計(ji)算(suan)用(yong)(yong)地的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)口(kou)容量(liang)(liang),旅館業用(yong)(yong)地100平(ping)方(fang)米/客(ke)房、每(mei)客(ke)房2人(ren)(ren)(ren)計(ji)算(suan)。本次(ci)規(gui)劃人(ren)(ren)(ren)口(kou)為350人(ren)(ren)(ren)。
東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)前廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)建(jian)設內(nei)容及(ji)規模(mo):西(xi)環(huan)高(gao)鐵東(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)及(ji)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)配(pei)套(tao)工(gong)程占地面積共278.46畝(mu)(mu)(mu),其中(zhong)(zhong)站(zhan)(zhan)前廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)25.5畝(mu)(mu)(mu),綠地公(gong)園56.57畝(mu)(mu)(mu),社會停車(che)場(chang)(chang)27.17畝(mu)(mu)(mu),出租(zu)車(che)停車(che)場(chang)(chang)23.06畝(mu)(mu)(mu),公(gong)交(jiao)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)(chang)23.54畝(mu)(mu)(mu),大巴車(che)停車(che)場(chang)(chang)16.82畝(mu)(mu)(mu)。另配(pei)套(tao)東(dong)方(fang)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)區(qu)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)網工(gong)程總長(chang)2424米(mi),其中(zhong)(zhong):廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)1094m,站(zhan)(zhan)前路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)長(chang)1193m,解放東(dong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)延長(chang)線(xian)(xian)137m。廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)紅(hong)線(xian)(xian)寬度30m,站(zhan)(zhan)前路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)1、2、3道(dao)(dao)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)紅(hong)線(xian)(xian)寬度24m,解放東(dong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)延長(chang)線(xian)(xian)50m。
海南西環高(gao)鐵東(dong)(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)位于東(dong)(dong)方(fang)市(shi)八所(suo)鎮境內,距(ju)東(dong)(dong)方(fang)市(shi)區約1.5km,站(zhan)(zhan)址(zhi)地(di)勢(shi)較(jiao)為(wei)平(ping)(ping)坦。車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)建筑層(ceng)(ceng)數為(wei)候(hou)車(che)(che)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)部(bu)(bu)分1層(ceng)(ceng),設(she)(she)備(bei)及辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)2層(ceng)(ceng)。東(dong)(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)主要功能分為(wei)客(ke)(ke)運用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、公(gong)安用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)等。站(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建筑面寬115.2m,站(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建筑進深30.0m,站(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建筑中部(bu)(bu)檐口高(gao)度20.0m。1-6.000標高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)為(wei)地(di)下(xia)消防(fang)(fang)水(shui)泵房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。±0.000m標高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)中部(bu)(bu)圍繞(rao)集(ji)散廳(ting)(ting)(ting)布置(zhi)公(gong)共衛生間(jian)、旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)服務用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、開水(shui)間(jian)、VIP候(hou)車(che)(che)室(shi)、公(gong)安值班室(shi)、客(ke)(ke)運值班室(shi)等;候(hou)車(che)(che)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)右側為(wei)售(shou)票(piao)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)、售(shou)票(piao)室(shi)及售(shou)票(piao)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、綜合控制(zhi)和(he)(he)消防(fang)(fang)控制(zhi)室(shi);候(hou)車(che)(che)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)左側為(wei)變電(dian)(dian)所(suo)及電(dian)(dian)力設(she)(she)備(bei)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)等。+6.000m標高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)右側為(wei)通(tong)(tong)信、信號(hao)、信息等弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang);左側主要布置(zhi)車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)辦(ban)(ban)公(gong)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)和(he)(he)部(bu)(bu)分弱(ruo)電(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。結合建筑平(ping)(ping)面布局,東(dong)(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)(zhan)客(ke)(ke)流(liu)組織采取“下(xia)進下(xia)出(chu)”流(liu)線(xian)模式(shi)。進站(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)線(xian)為(wei)旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)購票(piao)后(hou)(hou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)安檢(jian)(jian)進入(ru)(ru)候(hou)車(che)(che)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)候(hou)車(che)(che),后(hou)(hou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)自動檢(jian)(jian)票(piao)機或人工(gong)檢(jian)(jian)票(piao)后(hou)(hou)進站(zhan)(zhan),基(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)直接(jie)進到基(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai),2、3站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)地(di)道(dao)進入(ru)(ru)2、3站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)。出(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)線(xian)為(wei)基(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)由基(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)直接(jie)至(zhi)出(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)檢(jian)(jian)票(piao)后(hou)(hou)出(chu)站(zhan)(zhan),中間(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的旅(lv)客(ke)(ke)經過(guo)地(di)道(dao)到達出(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)檢(jian)(jian)票(piao)后(hou)(hou)出(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)。
海南(nan)西(xi)環鐵路(lu)(普(pu)速線(xian))自2005年10月(yue)起(qi)動工改造,線(xian)路(lu)總投資23億元,2006年12月(yue)13日(ri)(ri)全線(xian)鋪(pu)通,2007年3月(yue)20日(ri)(ri)通過驗收,原粵(yue)海鐵路(lu)東(dong)方(fang)(fang)站正式(shi)(shi)履行職能(neng)。2013年海南(nan)西(xi)環快(kuai)速鐵路(lu)正式(shi)(shi)開工建設,東(dong)方(fang)(fang)站改建,原站房被拆除,新建現東(dong)方(fang)(fang)火車站。2015年12月(yue)30日(ri)(ri),東(dong)方(fang)(fang)高鐵站正式(shi)(shi)啟用(yong)。
