學(xue)校堅持走“科研(yan)(yan)先導,特(te)(te)(te)色(se)興校”之路(lu)(lu),注重特(te)(te)(te)色(se)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)(yu)開(kai)發(fa)(fa),大力開(kai)展(zhan)“高效教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)”和“養成(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”的(de)(de)(de)課題研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),整合國家(jia)級、市區(qu)級多項研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)范疇(chou),引(yin)(yin)領教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)努力探(tan)索(suo)省時高效的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)模式與(yu)(yu)策(ce)略,使課題研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)有(you)利于指導課堂教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue),有(you)利于教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)業化成(cheng)長(chang),有(you)利于學(xue)生(sheng)綜合素質的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高。學(xue)校制(zhi)定并實施了名師(shi)(shi)(shi)培養和教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)略,圍繞“發(fa)(fa)揮成(cheng)長(chang)記錄簿(bu)載(zai)體功能,促進(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)業成(cheng)長(chang)”教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)特(te)(te)(te)色(se)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)目標,建立《教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)長(chang)記錄簿(bu)》、《個人成(cheng)果子集》、繪制(zhi)《教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)長(chang)軌跡》,引(yin)(yin)領教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)走上了自(zi)主發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)、內涵發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)之路(lu)(lu),全面提(ti)升了學(xue)校的(de)(de)(de)辦學(xue)品質,形成(cheng)學(xue)校特(te)(te)(te)色(se)。
