鴨池河(he)(he)大橋2016年5月20日,貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)(yang)至黔(qian)西高(gao)(gao)(gao)速公路鴨池河(he)(he)大橋順利合龍。這座主(zhu)跨長達800米(mi)(mi)、全長1450米(mi)(mi)的大橋是(shi)世界上(shang)較大跨徑的鋼桁梁(liang)斜拉橋,也是(shi)世界山區斜拉橋之最。鴨池河(he)(he)大橋是(shi)貴(gui)(gui)黔(qian)高(gao)(gao)(gao)速的控制(zhi)性工(gong)程,位(wei)于烏江源百里畫廊,跨越(yue)鴨池河(he)(he),距貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)(yang)觀(guan)山湖區45千(qian)米(mi)(mi),距畢節(jie)市黔(qian)西縣(xian)25千(qian)米(mi)(mi)。大橋橋面寬(kuan)28米(mi)(mi),全長1450米(mi)(mi),主(zhu)塔采用H型(xing)索塔,貴(gui)(gui)陽(yang)(yang)岸(an)塔高(gao)(gao)(gao)243.2米(mi)(mi)、黔(qian)西岸(an)塔高(gao)(gao)(gao)258.2米(mi)(mi)。總投資達到7.8億元。
大橋位于貴(gui)黔(qian)高速上,貴(gui)陽清鎮市(shi)和(he)畢(bi)節黔(qian)西縣交(jiao)界處。
鴨池河(he)特大(da)(da)橋是一座雙(shuang)(shuang)塔(ta)雙(shuang)(shuang)索面(mian)半漂浮體系的(de)(de)(de)混(hun)合梁(liang)斜(xie)拉橋,中(zhong)(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)為鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou),邊(bian)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)為220米預應力混(hun)凝土雙(shuang)(shuang)邊(bian)箱PC箱梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou),是目前采用鋼(gang)絞(jiao)線斜(xie)拉索的(de)(de)(de)較大(da)(da)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)徑(jing)(jing)斜(xie)拉橋,橋址深(shen)(shen)切(qie)“U”型(xing)峽谷之中(zhong)(zhong),橋面(mian)至(zhi)水面(mian)高差360m,地質條件(jian)復雜,河(he)谷之間的(de)(de)(de)通風(feng)口(kou)上較大(da)(da)風(feng)力可達到(dao)8級,典型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)山區大(da)(da)跨(kua)(kua)(kua)徑(jing)(jing)橋梁(liang)施工(gong),具有“高、特、難(nan)、新”等(deng)特點(dian)。項(xiang)目位(wei)于(yu)貴州偏西北的(de)(de)(de)崇山峻嶺之中(zhong)(zhong),交通不便,惡劣(lie)天(tian)氣(qi)出(chu)行極為困難(nan),且(qie)施工(gong)場(chang)地極其狹窄(zhai),自(zi)然(ran)地面(mian)坡度大(da)(da)、陡傾,施工(gong)便道彎(wan)多路(lu)窄(zhai),最小轉彎(wan)半徑(jing)(jing)不到(dao)10m,臨(lin)邊(bian)則多是高山深(shen)(shen)崖,雨雪(xue)、大(da)(da)風(feng)、大(da)(da)霧、凝凍(dong)等(deng)天(tian)氣(qi)占全年總(zong)天(tian)數的(de)(de)(de)57.2%。面(mian)對眾多結(jie)(jie)構(gou)(gou)型(xing)式、地質、自(zi)然(ran)環(huan)境、地理(li)環(huan)境、高塔(ta)施工(gong)作業、構(gou)(gou)件(jian)吊裝、交叉(cha)作業等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)程技(ji)術特點(dian)、風(feng)險(xian)源、關鍵控(kong)制點(dian)等(deng),全體監(jian)理(li)人員團結(jie)(jie)協作,總(zong)會走(zou)在解決(jue)問題的(de)(de)(de)最前方(fang),在工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)特別強(qiang)調為業主、為施工(gong)單位(wei)服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)思想意識(shi),并把監(jian)理(li)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)事前、事中(zhong)(zhong)、事后控(kong)制與(yu)為工(gong)程提供(gong)優質服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)思想牢牢相(xiang)結(jie)(jie)合,樹立責(ze)任意識(shi),同參建(jian)各方(fang)克服(fu)困難(nan),對每個施工(gong)環(huan)節認真(zhen)負責(ze)地把好關。截至(zhi)目前鴨池河(he)特大(da)(da)橋工(gong)程進展順利(li),取得了質量安(an)全零事故的(de)(de)(de)優益成(cheng)績。
項(xiang)(xiang)目總監(jian)趙瑞(rui)明介紹,該項(xiang)(xiang)目建(jian)設主要(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)(you)著(zhu)四(si)個(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)和挑戰,第(di)一(yi)(yi),不利氣候條件(jian)。大(da)橋地(di)處(chu)烏蒙山區,四(si)季氣溫變化差異較大(da),每(mei)年(nian)5~10月為(wei)雨季,加之該地(di)區雨雪(xue)霧、大(da)風(feng)等惡劣天氣較多,嚴重(zhong)影響(xiang)并對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)測量(liang)、鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)吊裝(zhuang)等施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作業及(ji)生產效率的(de)(de)(de)提(ti)高都(dou)有(you)(you)很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)險(xian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高。第(di)二,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地(di)受限。橋址(zhi)處(chu)于峽谷中,場地(di)極(ji)為(wei)狹窄,給鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)拼裝(zhuang)及(ji)運輸等施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織(zhi)協調帶來(lai)極(ji)大(da)挑戰,鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)采用(yong)纜索吊吊裝(zhuang),起吊噸位達350噸以上,在(zai)國內鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中屬(shu)于首例(li)。第(di)三,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)高。鋼(gang)桁梁(liang)(liang)采用(yong)大(da)節(jie)段、長懸臂拼裝(zhuang),最(zui)大(da)拼裝(zhuang)長度(du)(du)400米,線(xian)型控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)尤為(wei)關鍵,長懸臂拼裝(zhuang)狀(zhuang)態(tai)軸線(xian)與(yu)標(biao)高的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和調整都(dou)十分困難(nan),軸線(xian)偏差精(jing)度(du)(du)標(biao)高控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)10毫米以內,對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)很高。第(di)四(si)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)風(feng)險(xian)大(da)。基于本工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)特(te)點(dian),我們十分重(zhong)視安(an)(an)全(quan)生產管控(kong)與(yu)監(jian)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,并積極(ji)組(zu)織(zhi)召開有(you)(you)關加強(qiang)質量(liang)、安(an)(an)全(quan)技(ji)術交(jiao)底(di)和培訓教育的(de)(de)(de)會議,使(shi)全(quan)體(ti)人員安(an)(an)全(quan)思想從“要(yao)(yao)(yao)我安(an)(an)全(quan)”自覺的(de)(de)(de)轉變成“我要(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)(an)全(quan)”,養成變被(bei)動(dong)為(wei)主動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)質量(liang)意(yi)識。多種管理方式相結合,每(mei)個(ge)人都(dou)應及(ji)時的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)現并排(pai)查自身周邊的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)隱(yin)患,并予以排(pai)除,從而使(shi)整個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)生產和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質量(liang)得以保持在(zai)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)可控(kong)的(de)(de)(de)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
為(wei)解(jie)決技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難(nan)題、保證鴨池河大(da)(da)(da)橋建(jian)成(cheng)優質(zhi)工(gong)程,大(da)(da)(da)橋建(jian)設者們(men)以“中國建(jian)設工(gong)程魯班獎”為(wei)目標,積(ji)極開(kai)展科技(ji)攻關(guan),在“索塔節段鋼(gang)筋整(zheng)體(ti)吊裝(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“冬季高塔蒸(zheng)養成(cheng)套技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“350噸大(da)(da)(da)跨徑纜索吊工(gong)程應用技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“鋼(gang)桁梁組裝(zhuang)與整(zheng)體(ti)吊裝(zhuang)聯合施(shi)工(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“連體(ti)掛籃(lan)懸臂與落(luo)地大(da)(da)(da)鋼(gang)管支架施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)藝”五個方(fang)面取得重大(da)(da)(da)突破,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)重大(da)(da)(da)創新(xin),保證了(le)大(da)(da)(da)橋建(jian)設順利推進。
