鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)2016年5月20日(ri),貴陽(yang)至(zhi)黔(qian)西(xi)高(gao)速(su)公路鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)順利(li)合(he)龍。這座主跨長(chang)達800米(mi)、全(quan)長(chang)1450米(mi)的(de)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)是世界上較大(da)跨徑的(de)鋼桁梁(liang)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao),也是世界山(shan)區斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao)之最。鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)是貴黔(qian)高(gao)速(su)的(de)控制(zhi)性工程,位于(yu)烏江源(yuan)百里畫廊(lang),跨越鴨池(chi)(chi)河,距貴陽(yang)觀(guan)山(shan)湖區45千米(mi),距畢節(jie)市黔(qian)西(xi)縣25千米(mi)。大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)面寬28米(mi),全(quan)長(chang)1450米(mi),主塔(ta)(ta)(ta)采用H型索塔(ta)(ta)(ta),貴陽(yang)岸塔(ta)(ta)(ta)高(gao)243.2米(mi)、黔(qian)西(xi)岸塔(ta)(ta)(ta)高(gao)258.2米(mi)。總投資達到7.8億元(yuan)。
大橋位于貴黔高(gao)速上,貴陽清鎮市和畢節(jie)黔西縣交界處(chu)。
鴨池河(he)特(te)(te)大橋(qiao)(qiao)是一座雙(shuang)塔雙(shuang)索面半(ban)(ban)漂浮體系的混合梁(liang)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao),中(zhong)(zhong)跨為(wei)鋼桁梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構,邊(bian)(bian)跨為(wei)220米預應力混凝土(tu)雙(shuang)邊(bian)(bian)箱PC箱梁(liang)結(jie)(jie)構,是目前采用鋼絞線斜(xie)拉索的較大跨徑(jing)(jing)斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)(qiao),橋(qiao)(qiao)址深切“U”型(xing)(xing)峽谷(gu)之中(zhong)(zhong),橋(qiao)(qiao)面至水面高(gao)(gao)差(cha)360m,地(di)質條(tiao)件復(fu)雜,河(he)谷(gu)之間的通風(feng)口(kou)上較大風(feng)力可達到8級,典型(xing)(xing)的山區大跨徑(jing)(jing)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)施工,具有(you)“高(gao)(gao)、特(te)(te)、難、新”等(deng)特(te)(te)點。項目位(wei)于貴州偏西北(bei)的崇山峻嶺之中(zhong)(zhong),交通不便,惡劣天(tian)氣出(chu)行極為(wei)困難,且(qie)施工場地(di)極其(qi)狹窄,自然(ran)地(di)面坡度(du)大、陡(dou)傾,施工便道(dao)彎多路窄,最小轉彎半(ban)(ban)徑(jing)(jing)不到10m,臨邊(bian)(bian)則多是高(gao)(gao)山深崖,雨雪、大風(feng)、大霧、凝凍等(deng)天(tian)氣占全(quan)(quan)年總天(tian)數的57.2%。面對眾(zhong)多結(jie)(jie)構型(xing)(xing)式(shi)、地(di)質、自然(ran)環境、地(di)理(li)環境、高(gao)(gao)塔施工作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)、構件吊裝、交叉(cha)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)等(deng)方(fang)面的工程技術特(te)(te)點、風(feng)險源、關(guan)鍵控制點等(deng),全(quan)(quan)體監理(li)人(ren)員團(tuan)結(jie)(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),總會走在解決問題的最前方(fang),在工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)特(te)(te)別(bie)強調(diao)為(wei)業(ye)主(zhu)、為(wei)施工單位(wei)服務(wu)的思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)意識,并(bing)把監理(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)的事(shi)前、事(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)、事(shi)后控制與為(wei)工程提供優質服務(wu)的思(si)(si)想(xiang)(xiang)牢牢相結(jie)(jie)合,樹(shu)立責任(ren)意識,同(tong)參(can)建各(ge)方(fang)克服困難,對每(mei)個施工環節認真負責地(di)把好關(guan)。截至目前鴨池河(he)特(te)(te)大橋(qiao)(qiao)工程進展順利,取(qu)得了質量安全(quan)(quan)零事(shi)故的優益成績。
項(xiang)目總(zong)監趙(zhao)瑞明介(jie)紹,該項(xiang)目建(jian)設主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有(you)著(zhu)四(si)個(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)點(dian)和(he)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),第(di)一,不利氣(qi)候條件。大(da)橋地(di)處烏蒙山區,四(si)季(ji)(ji)氣(qi)溫(wen)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)差異(yi)較(jiao)大(da),每年5~10月為(wei)(wei)雨季(ji)(ji),加之該地(di)區雨雪霧、大(da)風等惡劣天氣(qi)較(jiao)多,嚴重影響并(bing)(bing)對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)測量(liang)、鋼桁梁吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)等施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)作業及(ji)(ji)生產(chan)效率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)提高都(dou)(dou)有(you)很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風險控(kong)制要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求高。第(di)二,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)受限。橋址處于峽谷(gu)中(zhong),場地(di)極為(wei)(wei)狹窄,給鋼桁梁拼(pin)(pin)裝(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)運輸等施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)組織(zhi)(zhi)協(xie)調帶來極大(da)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),鋼桁梁采用纜索吊(diao)(diao)吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang),起吊(diao)(diao)噸(dun)位(wei)達350噸(dun)以(yi)(yi)上,在(zai)(zai)國內鋼桁梁施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)屬(shu)于首例。第(di)三(san),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求高。鋼桁梁采用大(da)節(jie)段(duan)、長懸臂(bei)拼(pin)(pin)裝(zhuang),最大(da)拼(pin)(pin)裝(zhuang)長度(du)400米,線(xian)型控(kong)制尤為(wei)(wei)關鍵,長懸臂(bei)拼(pin)(pin)裝(zhuang)狀態軸線(xian)與(yu)標(biao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)度(du)控(kong)制和(he)調整(zheng)都(dou)(dou)十分困難,軸線(xian)偏差精(jing)度(du)標(biao)高控(kong)制在(zai)(zai)10毫(hao)米以(yi)(yi)內,對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)控(kong)制要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求很高。第(di)四(si)、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)風險大(da)。基(ji)于本工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)特(te)點(dian),我們十分重視(shi)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)管(guan)控(kong)與(yu)監理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作,并(bing)(bing)積(ji)極組織(zhi)(zhi)召開(kai)有(you)關加強質量(liang)、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)技術交底(di)和(he)培訓教育的(de)(de)(de)(de)會議,使(shi)全(quan)(quan)體人員安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)思想從“要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)我安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”自覺的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉變(bian)(bian)成“我要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)”,養成變(bian)(bian)被動(dong)為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)質量(liang)意識(shi)。多種管(guan)理(li)(li)方式相結合(he),每個(ge)人都(dou)(dou)應及(ji)(ji)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)發現并(bing)(bing)排查(cha)自身周邊的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患(huan),并(bing)(bing)予以(yi)(yi)排除,從而使(shi)整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)和(he)工(gong)(gong)程質量(liang)得以(yi)(yi)保持在(zai)(zai)一個(ge)可控(kong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)狀態。
為解決技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)難(nan)題、保(bao)(bao)證鴨池河大橋建(jian)成(cheng)優質工(gong)(gong)程,大橋建(jian)設(she)者們以“中國建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)程魯班獎”為目標,積極(ji)開展(zhan)科技(ji)攻關,在“索塔節(jie)段鋼(gang)(gang)筋整體(ti)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)施工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“冬季高(gao)塔蒸(zheng)養成(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“350噸大跨(kua)徑纜索吊(diao)工(gong)(gong)程應用技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“鋼(gang)(gang)桁(heng)梁(liang)組(zu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)與(yu)整體(ti)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)合施工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“連(lian)體(ti)掛籃(lan)懸臂與(yu)落地大鋼(gang)(gang)管支架施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝”五個方(fang)面取得(de)重大突破,實現了(le)重大創新,保(bao)(bao)證了(le)大橋建(jian)設(she)順利推(tui)進。
