陳義漢教(jiao)授長(chang)(chang)期從事(shi)心血管疾病(bing)臨(lin)床工(gong)作和(he)基(ji)礎(chu)研究,臨(lin)床特長(chang)(chang)為(wei)心律(lv)失(shi)常和(he)心力衰竭的(de)診(zhen)斷和(he)治(zhi)療(liao),研究方向(xiang)為(wei)心律(lv)失(shi)常和(he)心力衰竭的(de)發生機(ji)制和(he)干預。在(zai)心律(lv)失(shi)常和(he)心力衰竭研究領域取得了一些重要的(de)科(ke)學發現。
以(yi)通訊作者身(shen)份在(zai)中國(guo)本土上(shang)發(fa)表(biao)SCI論(lun)文近50篇,被(bei)SCI他(ta)(ta)引1000多(duo)(duo)次,單(dan)篇SCI他(ta)(ta)引近500次。標志性成(cheng)果發(fa)表(biao)在(zai)《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)《Circulation Research》等(deng)權(quan)威刊物上(shang)。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)發(fa)現已經被(bei)寫進(jin)(jin)了50多(duo)(duo)本國(guo)外教科(ke)書和(he)專著,國(guo)際診(zhen)療指南多(duo)(duo)次引用(yong)他(ta)(ta)的(de)工作,多(duo)(duo)種遺傳性心律失常是依(yi)據他(ta)(ta)的(de)發(fa)現而分類。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科(ke)學(xue)(xue)發(fa)現也曾經被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)國(guo)際心臟電生理學(xue)(xue)領域年(nian)度突破性進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)和(he)中國(guo)高等(deng)學(xue)(xue)校十大科(ke)技進(jin)(jin)展(zhan)等(deng)。
2003年,陳義(yi)漢在國(guo)際上(shang)首次發現人(ren)類(lei)心(xin)(xin)房顫(zhan)動(dong)致病基因(yin),鑒定出人(ren)類(lei)心(xin)(xin)房顫(zhan)動(dong)的部分遺傳學(xue)和電(dian)生理學(xue)機制,成果發表于(yu)《科學(xue)》雜志(zhi)。此(ci)后他帶領團隊在心(xin)(xin)房顫(zhan)動(dong)等(deng)心(xin)(xin)律(lv)失(shi)常的機制和干(gan)預研究(jiu)方向上(shang)取得(de)一系(xi)列重要發現,為中國(guo)在國(guo)際心(xin)(xin)律(lv)失(shi)常研究(jiu)領域贏得(de)了一席(xi)之(zhi)地。
