陳義漢教(jiao)授長期從事心(xin)血管疾病臨床工作和(he)基(ji)礎研(yan)究(jiu),臨床特(te)長為(wei)(wei)心(xin)律失常(chang)(chang)和(he)心(xin)力衰(shuai)(shuai)竭(jie)的(de)(de)診斷和(he)治療,研(yan)究(jiu)方(fang)向為(wei)(wei)心(xin)律失常(chang)(chang)和(he)心(xin)力衰(shuai)(shuai)竭(jie)的(de)(de)發(fa)生機制和(he)干預。在心(xin)律失常(chang)(chang)和(he)心(xin)力衰(shuai)(shuai)竭(jie)研(yan)究(jiu)領域(yu)取得了(le)一些重要的(de)(de)科學發(fa)現(xian)。
以通訊作者身份在中國(guo)(guo)本土上(shang)發(fa)表(biao)SCI論文(wen)近50篇,被(bei)(bei)SCI他引(yin)1000多次,單(dan)篇SCI他引(yin)近500次。標志性成(cheng)果發(fa)表(biao)在《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)《Circulation Research》等權威刊物上(shang)。他的(de)科(ke)學發(fa)現(xian)已經(jing)被(bei)(bei)寫進了50多本國(guo)(guo)外教科(ke)書和(he)專(zhuan)著,國(guo)(guo)際診療指南(nan)多次引(yin)用他的(de)工作,多種遺傳性心(xin)律失常是依據他的(de)發(fa)現(xian)而分類。他的(de)科(ke)學發(fa)現(xian)也曾(ceng)經(jing)被(bei)(bei)評為國(guo)(guo)際心(xin)臟電生(sheng)理學領域(yu)年度(du)突破性進展和(he)中國(guo)(guo)高等學校十大(da)科(ke)技進展等。
2003年,陳義漢在國(guo)際上首次發現(xian)人類心房(fang)顫(zhan)動致病基因,鑒定出人類心房(fang)顫(zhan)動的部(bu)分遺傳學和電(dian)生理(li)學機制,成果發表于《科學》雜志。此后他帶領團隊在心房(fang)顫(zhan)動等心律失常的機制和干預研究(jiu)(jiu)方向上取得(de)一系列(lie)重要發現(xian),為中國(guo)在國(guo)際心律失常研究(jiu)(jiu)領域(yu)贏得(de)了一席(xi)之(zhi)地(di)。
