陳義漢教授長(chang)期從事心(xin)血(xue)管疾病(bing)臨(lin)床(chuang)工作和(he)(he)基礎研(yan)(yan)究,臨(lin)床(chuang)特(te)長(chang)為心(xin)律(lv)失常和(he)(he)心(xin)力(li)(li)衰竭的(de)診斷和(he)(he)治療,研(yan)(yan)究方(fang)向為心(xin)律(lv)失常和(he)(he)心(xin)力(li)(li)衰竭的(de)發生(sheng)機制和(he)(he)干預。在心(xin)律(lv)失常和(he)(he)心(xin)力(li)(li)衰竭研(yan)(yan)究領域取(qu)得了一些(xie)重(zhong)要的(de)科學發現。
以通訊作(zuo)者身份(fen)在中(zhong)(zhong)國本土上(shang)發(fa)表(biao)SCI論文近50篇(pian)(pian),被(bei)(bei)SCI他(ta)(ta)(ta)引1000多(duo)(duo)次(ci),單(dan)篇(pian)(pian)SCI他(ta)(ta)(ta)引近500次(ci)。標志性成果(guo)發(fa)表(biao)在《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和《Circulation Research》等(deng)權威(wei)刊物(wu)上(shang)。他(ta)(ta)(ta)的科學發(fa)現已經被(bei)(bei)寫進(jin)了(le)50多(duo)(duo)本國外教科書和專(zhuan)著(zhu),國際診療指南(nan)多(duo)(duo)次(ci)引用他(ta)(ta)(ta)的工作(zuo),多(duo)(duo)種遺傳性心律失(shi)常(chang)是依據他(ta)(ta)(ta)的發(fa)現而分類。他(ta)(ta)(ta)的科學發(fa)現也曾(ceng)經被(bei)(bei)評為國際心臟電生(sheng)理學領域年度突破性進(jin)展和中(zhong)(zhong)國高(gao)等(deng)學校十大科技(ji)進(jin)展等(deng)。
2003年,陳義漢在國際(ji)上(shang)首次(ci)發(fa)現人(ren)類(lei)心(xin)房(fang)(fang)顫動致病基因(yin),鑒定出人(ren)類(lei)心(xin)房(fang)(fang)顫動的(de)部分遺傳學和(he)(he)電生理學機制,成果發(fa)表于《科學》雜志。此后他帶領(ling)團隊在心(xin)房(fang)(fang)顫動等心(xin)律(lv)失(shi)常的(de)機制和(he)(he)干預(yu)研究方(fang)向上(shang)取得一系列重要發(fa)現,為(wei)中國在國際(ji)心(xin)律(lv)失(shi)常研究領(ling)域贏得了一席之(zhi)地。
