陳(chen)義漢教(jiao)授(shou)長期(qi)從事(shi)心(xin)(xin)(xin)血管疾病臨(lin)床(chuang)工作和(he)基(ji)礎研究(jiu),臨(lin)床(chuang)特(te)長為心(xin)(xin)(xin)律失常和(he)心(xin)(xin)(xin)力衰竭(jie)的診斷和(he)治療,研究(jiu)方向為心(xin)(xin)(xin)律失常和(he)心(xin)(xin)(xin)力衰竭(jie)的發生機制和(he)干預。在心(xin)(xin)(xin)律失常和(he)心(xin)(xin)(xin)力衰竭(jie)研究(jiu)領域(yu)取得了一些重(zhong)要的科學(xue)發現。
以通(tong)訊作者身份在(zai)中(zhong)國(guo)本(ben)土上發(fa)表SCI論文近(jin)50篇,被SCI他(ta)(ta)引1000多(duo)次,單篇SCI他(ta)(ta)引近(jin)500次。標志性成果發(fa)表在(zai)《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)《Circulation Research》等(deng)權威刊物上。他(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)科(ke)學(xue)發(fa)現(xian)已經被寫(xie)進(jin)(jin)(jin)了(le)50多(duo)本(ben)國(guo)外教(jiao)科(ke)書和(he)專著,國(guo)際診療指南(nan)多(duo)次引用他(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)工作,多(duo)種遺傳性心(xin)律失常是依(yi)據他(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)發(fa)現(xian)而(er)分類(lei)。他(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)科(ke)學(xue)發(fa)現(xian)也曾經被評為國(guo)際心(xin)臟電生(sheng)理學(xue)領域年度突破性進(jin)(jin)(jin)展(zhan)和(he)中(zhong)國(guo)高等(deng)學(xue)校十大科(ke)技進(jin)(jin)(jin)展(zhan)等(deng)。
2003年,陳義漢在國際(ji)上首次(ci)發現人類心(xin)(xin)(xin)房顫動致(zhi)病基因,鑒定出人類心(xin)(xin)(xin)房顫動的部分遺傳學和(he)電生理(li)學機(ji)制,成(cheng)果(guo)發表(biao)于《科學》雜志。此(ci)后他帶領(ling)團隊在心(xin)(xin)(xin)房顫動等心(xin)(xin)(xin)律失常的機(ji)制和(he)干預研(yan)究(jiu)方向上取得(de)一系列重要發現,為(wei)中國在國際(ji)心(xin)(xin)(xin)律失常研(yan)究(jiu)領(ling)域(yu)贏得(de)了(le)一席之地(di)。
