東營(ying)黃河公路大(da)橋(qiao)位于勝(sheng)利黃河公路大(da)橋(qiao)下游4.6km處(chu),是(shi)萬里(li)黃河最后(hou)一座橋(qiao)梁,南岸是(shi)東營(ying)市墾利縣左家莊(zhuang),北岸是(shi)東營(ying)市利津縣中古店。
該橋(qiao)全長2743.1m,由(you)北引(yin)橋(qiao)工(gong)程、主橋(qiao)工(gong)程、南引(yin)橋(qiao)工(gong)程三(san)部分組成,橋(qiao)面(mian)寬度26m。
該(gai)橋(qiao)(qiao)全長2743.1m,由(you)北引橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、主橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、南引橋(qiao)(qiao)工程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)三部分組(zu)成。主橋(qiao)(qiao)8個(ge)橋(qiao)(qiao)墩,最大跨(kua)(kua)度(du)為(wei)220m;南引橋(qiao)(qiao)跨(kua)(kua)徑組(zu)合(he)為(wei)2孔(kong)42m簡(jian)支箱型組(zu)合(he)梁(liang)+1聯(lian)5孔(kong)42m先簡(jian)支后連續(xu)箱形(xing)組(zu)合(he)梁(liang);北引橋(qiao)(qiao)為(wei)38孔(kong)42m箱型組(zu)合(he)梁(liang),主槽內橋(qiao)(qiao)跨(kua)(kua)組(zu)成為(wei)116m+200m+220m+200m+116m=852m,橋(qiao)(qiao)面寬度(du)26m。
該橋(qiao)采(cai)用平交(jiao)方式與黃河堤防(fang)交(jiao)叉(cha),并(bing)修(xiu)建繞行道路以保證(zheng)黃河防(fang)汛搶險的交(jiao)通暢(chang)通。
為充分(fen)發揮東(dong)紅(hong)高速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)這(zhe)一交(jiao)通(tong)大通(tong)道的(de)作用,適應東(dong)營市(shi)的(de)公路(lu)(lu)(lu)交(jiao)通(tong)與(yu)經濟發需要,解決勝利(li)黃河大橋的(de)“瓶頸”狀況,促進環渤海高速公路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)順利(li)實施(shi),東(dong)營市(shi)委(wei)、市(shi)政(zheng)府決定(ding)新(xin)建東(dong)紅(hong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)東(dong)營黃河公路(lu)(lu)(lu)大橋。
該大橋(qiao)南接(jie)東(dong)(dong)(營)青(島(dao)(dao))高速公(gong)路墾利(li)主線,北與東(dong)(dong)(營)港(口)高速公(gong)路立體交叉,西(xi)與辛(xin)河路、永館路相連,是(shi)環(huan)渤海高速公(gong)路及(ji)國家重要干線公(gong)路的(de)樞紐工程,也是(shi)膠(jiao)東(dong)(dong)半島(dao)(dao)、黃河三角(jiao)洲與京津唐(tang)地區(qu)聯系的(de)重要通道。它的(de)建成,加快了黃河三角(jiao)洲融入山東(dong)(dong)環(huan)渤海經(jing)濟(ji)帶的(de)步伐,對(dui)包括墾利(li)縣(xian)在(zai)內的(de)整個(ge)東(dong)(dong)營市的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)發(fa)展和勝利(li)油田的(de)開發(fa)建設,將起到積極的(de)推動作用。
2000年7月(yue)11日(ri)(ri),山東省(sheng)計(ji)委以(yi)魯計(ji)交能(neng)字(zi)[2000]682號和魯計(ji)交能(neng)字(zi)[2000]683號文件批準(zhun)東營黃河(he)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)項目立項并(bing)報國家計(ji)委備案。2001年8月(yue)28日(ri)(ri),東營黃河(he)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)項目辦(ban)公(gong)(gong)室(shi)正式掛牌成立。10月(yue)11日(ri)(ri)~13日(ri)(ri),東紅公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)東營黃河(he)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)及接(jie)線工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有限(xian)責任公(gong)(gong)司(si)成立。12月(yue)10日(ri)(ri),確(que)定施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)組織方(fang)案。2002年6月(yue)18日(ri)(ri),召(zhao)開東營黃河(he)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)大(da)(da)橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)開標會議,首次在(zai)山東省(sheng)基(ji)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)招標中采用無標底投(tou)標法擇優選擇了(le)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、監理單位。7月(yue)18日(ri)(ri),舉行(xing)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)簽約儀式。該大(da)(da)橋(qiao)設(she)計(ji)行(xing)車速(su)度100公(gong)(gong)里/小時,設(she)計(ji)荷載為汽—超20,掛—120。橋(qiao)面最大(da)(da)縱坡4.0%,橋(qiao)面橫坡2.0%;設(she)計(ji)洪(hong)水(shui)頻(pin)率(lv)三百(bai)年一遇。
東(dong)(dong)營黃(huang)河公(gong)路(lu)大橋(qiao)位(wei)于墾(ken)利(li)區左家莊東(dong)(dong)側,在勝利(li)黃(huang)河大橋(qiao)下(xia)游約5公(gong)里處,南北跨越墾(ken)利(li)縣和利(li)津縣,是東(dong)(dong)營市境(jing)內唯一一座預應力混(hun)凝土剛構—連續(xu)組合梁橋(qiao)。
由(you)山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)廳公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)局、科達集團(tuan)股份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)分別投資(zi)50%,按BOT模式建(jian)(jian)設;鐵道部第(di)一勘(kan)察(cha)設計院(yuan)設計,中(zhong)鐵十(shi)四(si)局集團(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)和山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)公(gong)(gong)(gong)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程總公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)濟(ji)寧分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)承建(jian)(jian);濰坊市交(jiao)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程監理中(zhong)心(xin)監理,交(jiao)通(tong)部科研所(suo)、山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)橋梁檢測中(zhong)心(xin)、中(zhong)國太平洋財產保險股份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)濰坊中(zhong)心(xin)支(zhi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(si)、清(qing)華(hua)大學、同濟(ji)大學、哈爾濱工(gong)(gong)業(ye)大學、長沙(sha)交(jiao)通(tong)學院(yuan)等單位擔任技術服務;是山(shan)(shan)(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)首家采用BOT模式合資(zi)建(jian)(jian)設、經營(ying)的(de)黃河特(te)大橋。
內河IV級航道,2個通(tong)航孔(kong),最高通(tong)航水位11.42米(mi)(mi)(mi)(相應(ying)洪(hong)峰流量9000立方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)/秒(miao)),通(tong)航凈高8米(mi)(mi)(mi),航道凈寬為(wei)(wei)80米(mi)(mi)(mi),抗(kang)震(zhen)烈度(du)按VIII度(du)設(she)防。橋(qiao)(qiao)梁總長(chang)(chang)(chang)2743.1米(mi)(mi)(mi),主橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)852.0米(mi)(mi)(mi),引橋(qiao)(qiao)長(chang)(chang)(chang)1890米(mi)(mi)(mi)。橋(qiao)(qiao)寬組合為(wei)(wei)0.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(防撞(zhuang)護欄)+3.25米(mi)(mi)(mi)(緊急停車(che)帶(dai)(dai))+2×3.75米(mi)(mi)(mi)(行車(che)道)+0.75米(mi)(mi)(mi)(左側路緣帶(dai)(dai))+2.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)(中央分隔(ge)帶(dai)(dai))+0.75米(mi)(mi)(mi)(右(you)側路緣帶(dai)(dai))+2×3.75米(mi)(mi)(mi)(行車(che)道)+3.25米(mi)(mi)(mi)(緊急停車(che)帶(dai)(dai))+0.5米(mi)(mi)(mi)(防撞(zhuang)護欄),橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)全(quan)寬26.0米(mi)(mi)(mi)。橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)鋪裝自上而下依次為(wei)(wei)4厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)MAC(AK-13A)改(gai)性(xing)瀝(li)青(qing)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)面(mian)層+5厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)(AC-20I)中粒(li)式瀝(li)青(qing)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)+YN-聚合物瀝(li)青(qing)橋(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)防水涂(tu)層+8厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)30號防水混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)。防水混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)鋪裝層內設(she)10×10厘(li)米(mi)(mi)(mi)I級鋼筋網,鋼筋直(zhi)徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)10毫米(mi)(mi)(mi)。
