黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)以其(qi)質(zhi)地松軟,形似(si)細沙,純潔少渣,味道純正,鮮甜略(lve)帶(dai)清香和營養(yang)豐富等,受(shou)到(dao)好評。而黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)加(jia)工紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)的歷史,則可以追(zhui)溯到(dao)民(min)國(guo)之(zhi)前。黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)堅持本地原生(sheng)態種(zhong)植(zhi),一直沿(yan)襲傳統(tong)工藝制(zhi)作方法(fa),品質(zhi)優良(liang),享(xiang)譽全國(guo)。70年(nian)代,黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)發展海(hai)涂蔗田,種(zhong)蔗面(mian)積增至(zhi)近6000畝,年(nian)產(chan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)近千(qian)噸(dun)(dun),之(zhi)后種(zhong)植(zhi)面(mian)積不斷擴大(da)。2008年(nian),“頭(tou)陀紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江(jiang)(jiang)臨古紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)”的傳統(tong)榨糖(tang)(tang)(tang)制(zhi)作工藝,被列入(ru)黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)區(qu)非(fei)物(wu)質(zhi)文化遺(yi)產(chan)保護(hu)名(ming)錄。以“頭(tou)陀紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江(jiang)(jiang)臨古紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)”和“鑒洋(yang)湖紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)”為(wei)代表的一系列圍繞“紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)生(sheng)產(chan)及其(qi)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)制(zhi)品加(jia)工”展開的展示展銷和休(xiu)閑觀光(guang)活動等,大(da)大(da)提升了黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)的知名(ming)度。截至(zhi)2015年(nian)底,該區(qu)甘蔗的種(zhong)植(zhi)面(mian)積達1萬多畝,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)年(nian)產(chan)量達7000噸(dun)(dun),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)作坊200多家。
近年來(lai),黃(huang)巖(yan)區(qu)特別(bie)重視古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)傳統文化保護,多次組織有關(guan)人士下基層進行(xing)調研,并要求各部門做好扶持與引導工作。同時(shi)他(ta)們還結合“美麗鄉村”建設和(he)觀光(guang)旅游業,做好定位,統一規劃,著力打造古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)生產示范(fan)點;舉辦(ban)“紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)節”,積極(ji)推(tui)廣黃(huang)巖(yan)古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)品(pin)牌。目前黃(huang)巖(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)順(shun)利(li)通過評(ping)審(shen),這(zhe)將進一步提升(sheng)黃(huang)巖(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)的(de)品(pin)牌知(zhi)名度、美譽度和(he)市場競爭(zheng)力,帶動(dong)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)產業的(de)健康發展(zhan),促進產業增效(xiao),給當地農業帶來(lai)實實在(zai)在(zai)的(de)經(jing)濟效(xiao)益。
據悉,2015年(nian)(nian),開展(zhan)“黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)”品(pin)牌建設這一項目,被正式(shi)寫入黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)區(qu)政府工作(zuo)報告。該區(qu)以黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)良鋮(cheng)紅(hong)糖(tang)專業合(he)作(zuo)社、黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)雙楠紅(hong)糖(tang)專業合(he)作(zuo)社,與黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)甜樂甘蔗專業合(he)作(zuo)社為首的規范化紅(hong)糖(tang)生產主體,較好地帶動了(le)周邊紅(hong)糖(tang)產業的發展(zhan)。在同年(nian)(nian)舉行的省農(nong)博會上,“鑒洋湖(hu)牌黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)”,憑借其獨有的品(pin)質和食用(yong)價值,受到消費者搶購(gou)。
黃巖區加(jia)工紅糖的歷史,可以追溯到民(min)國(guo)之前。特別是(shi)近年(nian)來,黃巖區特別重(zhong)視古法紅糖傳統文(wen)化保護,要求各(ge)部(bu)門做好扶持與引(yin)導工作(zuo)。
為此,黃(huang)巖(yan)區市場監管局聯(lian)合市局食(shi)品生產(chan)處(chu)及市食(shi)藥院,從(cong)2015年(nian)末開(kai)始,多次深入車(che)間研(yan)究生產(chan)工藝,在全國無(wu)現(xian)成經驗可(ke)(ke)借鑒(jian)的(de)情況下,征得省(sheng)局同意,制定了《紅糖生產(chan)許可(ke)(ke)審查細則(試行(xing))》,對(dui)該區三家紅糖專業(ye)合作社進(jin)行(xing)全程幫扶指(zhi)導,并(bing)于(yu)今年(nian)4月21日,黃(huang)巖(yan)雙(shuang)楠紅糖專業(ye)合作社通過(guo)了食(shi)品生產(chan)許可(ke)(ke)的(de)現(xian)場考核后,才順利(li)獲取了“SC”食(shi)品生產(chan)許可(ke)(ke)證。
“黃巖紅糖(tang)”已是農業部(bu)農產品(pin)地(di)理標志(zhi)認證(zheng)產品(pin)。此次(ci)紅糖(tang)產品(pin)生產許可規范化工(gong)作,將進(jin)一(yi)步提升其品(pin)牌知名(ming)度、美譽度和市(shi)場(chang)競爭(zheng)力,帶動紅糖(tang)產業的健康發展(zhan),促(cu)進(jin)產業增效(xiao)。
