黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)以(yi)(yi)其(qi)質(zhi)地(di)松軟,形(xing)似細沙,純(chun)潔少渣,味道純(chun)正,鮮甜略帶清(qing)香(xiang)和(he)營養豐富等(deng),受到好評(ping)。而黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)的歷(li)史(shi),則(ze)可以(yi)(yi)追溯到民國之前。黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)堅(jian)持(chi)本地(di)原生態(tai)種(zhong)植,一(yi)直沿襲傳統(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝制作(zuo)方(fang)法(fa),品質(zhi)優良,享譽全國。70年代,黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)發展海(hai)涂(tu)蔗田(tian),種(zhong)蔗面積(ji)增(zeng)至近6000畝(mu),年產紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)近千噸,之后種(zhong)植面積(ji)不(bu)斷擴大(da)。2008年,“頭陀(tuo)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江(jiang)臨古紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”的傳統(tong)榨糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)制作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,被列入黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)區(qu)(qu)非(fei)物質(zhi)文(wen)化遺產保護名錄。以(yi)(yi)“頭陀(tuo)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江(jiang)臨古紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”和(he)“鑒洋(yang)湖紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”為(wei)代表的一(yi)系(xi)列圍繞“紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)生產及其(qi)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)制品加工(gong)(gong)(gong)”展開的展示(shi)展銷和(he)休閑觀(guan)光活(huo)動等(deng),大(da)大(da)提升了黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)的知(zhi)名度。截至2015年底,該區(qu)(qu)甘蔗的種(zhong)植面積(ji)達1萬多畝(mu),紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)年產量達7000噸,紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)作(zuo)坊(fang)200多家。
近年(nian)來(lai),黃巖(yan)(yan)區特別重視古法紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)傳(chuan)統文(wen)化(hua)保護,多次組織有關人士下基(ji)層進行調研(yan),并要求(qiu)各部門(men)做好扶持與(yu)引導(dao)工作(zuo)。同(tong)時(shi)他們還結合“美(mei)麗鄉村”建設和(he)觀光旅游(you)業,做好定位,統一規劃,著力打造古法紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)生產(chan)(chan)示范(fan)點;舉辦“紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)節”,積極推廣黃巖(yan)(yan)古法紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)品(pin)牌。目前黃巖(yan)(yan)紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)順(shun)利通過評審,這(zhe)將進一步提(ti)升黃巖(yan)(yan)紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)的(de)品(pin)牌知名(ming)度(du)、美(mei)譽度(du)和(he)市(shi)場競爭力,帶動紅糖(tang)(tang)(tang)產(chan)(chan)業的(de)健康發(fa)展(zhan),促(cu)進產(chan)(chan)業增效,給當地農業帶來(lai)實實在在的(de)經濟效益(yi)。
據悉,2015年,開(kai)展(zhan)“黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖”品牌建設這一項目,被正(zheng)式寫(xie)入黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)區政(zheng)府工作報告。該區以(yi)黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)良鋮紅(hong)糖專業(ye)合(he)作社、黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)雙楠紅(hong)糖專業(ye)合(he)作社,與黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)甜(tian)樂甘蔗(zhe)專業(ye)合(he)作社為(wei)首(shou)的規(gui)范化紅(hong)糖生(sheng)產主體,較好地帶動了(le)周邊紅(hong)糖產業(ye)的發展(zhan)。在同年舉行的省農博會上,“鑒洋湖(hu)牌黃(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖”,憑借其獨有的品質和食(shi)用(yong)價(jia)值,受到消費者搶購。
黃巖(yan)區(qu)加工(gong)紅(hong)糖的(de)歷(li)史,可以追溯到民國之(zhi)前。特別是近(jin)年來,黃巖(yan)區(qu)特別重視古法紅(hong)糖傳(chuan)統文化保護,要(yao)求各部(bu)門(men)做好(hao)扶(fu)持與引導工(gong)作。
為(wei)此,黃巖區(qu)市(shi)場監管局聯合市(shi)局食(shi)品生(sheng)產(chan)處及市(shi)食(shi)藥院,從2015年(nian)末(mo)開始,多次深入(ru)車間研究生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝(yi),在全國無現成經驗可借(jie)鑒的(de)情況下,征得省(sheng)局同意(yi),制定了《紅糖生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可審查(cha)細(xi)則(試行)》,對該區(qu)三家紅糖專業(ye)合作社進(jin)行全程幫(bang)扶指(zhi)導(dao),并于今(jin)年(nian)4月21日,黃巖雙楠紅糖專業(ye)合作社通過(guo)了食(shi)品生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可的(de)現場考核后,才順利獲(huo)取了“SC”食(shi)品生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可證。
“黃巖紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)”已是農(nong)(nong)業部農(nong)(nong)產品(pin)地理標志認證產品(pin)。此(ci)次(ci)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)產品(pin)生產許可規范化工作,將進(jin)一步提升其品(pin)牌知名度、美(mei)譽度和市(shi)場(chang)競(jing)爭力,帶動(dong)紅(hong)(hong)糖(tang)產業的健(jian)康(kang)發展,促進(jin)產業增效。
