黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)以(yi)其質地松軟,形似(si)細沙(sha),純潔少(shao)渣,味(wei)道(dao)純正,鮮甜略帶清(qing)香(xiang)和營養豐(feng)富等(deng),受到好評。而黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)工紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)的(de)(de)(de)歷史,則可以(yi)追溯到民國之前。黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)堅持本地原生(sheng)態種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植,一直沿襲傳統(tong)工藝(yi)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)方法,品(pin)質優良,享(xiang)譽全國。70年(nian)代,黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)發展海涂蔗田,種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)蔗面(mian)積增至(zhi)近(jin)(jin)6000畝,年(nian)產紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)近(jin)(jin)千噸,之后(hou)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植面(mian)積不斷擴大。2008年(nian),“頭陀紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江臨(lin)(lin)古紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”的(de)(de)(de)傳統(tong)榨糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)工藝(yi),被列(lie)入黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)區(qu)非物質文化遺產保護名錄。以(yi)“頭陀紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”、“澄江臨(lin)(lin)古紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”和“鑒(jian)洋湖紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”為代表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)一系列(lie)圍繞“紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)生(sheng)產及其紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)制(zhi)品(pin)加(jia)工”展開(kai)的(de)(de)(de)展示展銷和休閑(xian)觀(guan)光(guang)活(huo)動等(deng),大大提升了黃(huang)(huang)(huang)巖(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)的(de)(de)(de)知(zhi)名度。截至(zhi)2015年(nian)底,該區(qu)甘蔗的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植面(mian)積達1萬(wan)多畝,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)年(nian)產量(liang)達7000噸,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)作(zuo)(zuo)坊(fang)200多家。
近年來(lai),黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)區特別重視(shi)古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)傳(chuan)統(tong)文化保(bao)護,多次組(zu)織有關人(ren)士下基(ji)層進(jin)行調(diao)研,并(bing)要(yao)求各部(bu)門(men)做(zuo)好扶持與引導(dao)工作。同(tong)時(shi)他們還結合“美麗鄉村”建(jian)設和觀光旅(lv)游(you)業(ye),做(zuo)好定位,統(tong)一規劃,著(zhu)力(li)打造古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)生產(chan)示范點(dian);舉辦“紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)節”,積(ji)極推廣黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)古法(fa)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)品牌。目前黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)順利(li)通過評審,這將進(jin)一步提升(sheng)黃(huang)巖(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)的品牌知名度、美譽度和市場競爭力(li),帶(dai)動(dong)紅(hong)糖(tang)(tang)產(chan)業(ye)的健(jian)康(kang)發展,促(cu)進(jin)產(chan)業(ye)增效,給(gei)當地農業(ye)帶(dai)來(lai)實(shi)實(shi)在(zai)在(zai)的經濟效益。
據悉(xi),2015年(nian),開展“黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖”品牌(pai)建設這(zhe)一項目,被正式寫入黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)區(qu)政府工作(zuo)報告。該區(qu)以黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)良(liang)鋮紅(hong)糖專(zhuan)業(ye)合(he)(he)作(zuo)社、黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)雙楠紅(hong)糖專(zhuan)業(ye)合(he)(he)作(zuo)社,與黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)甜樂甘(gan)蔗專(zhuan)業(ye)合(he)(he)作(zuo)社為首的規(gui)范(fan)化紅(hong)糖生(sheng)產主體,較好地帶(dai)動(dong)了周邊紅(hong)糖產業(ye)的發展。在同年(nian)舉(ju)行的省農博會上,“鑒(jian)洋湖牌(pai)黃巖(yan)(yan)(yan)紅(hong)糖”,憑借其獨有(you)的品質和食用(yong)價值,受到(dao)消費者搶購。
黃巖(yan)區加(jia)工紅(hong)糖的歷史(shi),可(ke)以追溯到民國之前。特別(bie)是近年來(lai),黃巖(yan)區特別(bie)重視(shi)古法紅(hong)糖傳統文化保護,要求各部門(men)做(zuo)好扶(fu)持與引導(dao)工作。
為此(ci),黃巖(yan)區(qu)市(shi)場監管局(ju)(ju)聯合市(shi)局(ju)(ju)食(shi)品(pin)生(sheng)產(chan)處及市(shi)食(shi)藥院,從2015年末(mo)開始,多(duo)次深入車間研究(jiu)生(sheng)產(chan)工藝,在全國(guo)無(wu)現成經(jing)驗可借(jie)鑒的情況(kuang)下,征得省(sheng)局(ju)(ju)同意,制定了《紅糖(tang)生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可審查細則(試(shi)行(xing)(xing))》,對該區(qu)三家紅糖(tang)專(zhuan)業合作社(she)進行(xing)(xing)全程幫扶指導,并于今(jin)年4月(yue)21日,黃巖(yan)雙楠紅糖(tang)專(zhuan)業合作社(she)通(tong)過了食(shi)品(pin)生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可的現場考核(he)后,才(cai)順利獲取了“SC”食(shi)品(pin)生(sheng)產(chan)許(xu)可證。
“黃巖紅(hong)糖(tang)”已是農(nong)業部農(nong)產(chan)品地理標志認(ren)證產(chan)品。此次紅(hong)糖(tang)產(chan)品生產(chan)許(xu)可規范化工作,將(jiang)進一步(bu)提升(sheng)其品牌知(zhi)名度、美譽(yu)度和市場(chang)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li),帶動紅(hong)糖(tang)產(chan)業的健康發展(zhan),促進產(chan)業增效。
