據《臨沂果(guo)(guo)茶(cha)會》記載,平邑縣天寶山(shan)山(shan)楂從清(qing)朝康熙年間就有種植,以其(qi)樹勢強健(jian)、品質(zhi)優(you)良(liang)、果(guo)(guo)實個大、色(se)澤鮮艷、耐貯藏(zang)、適于加工而馳名(ming),久(jiu)負(fu)盛譽。
上世紀60年(nian)代,果(guo)農(nong)們(men)僅僅依靠傳統的(de)(de)方法種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂,山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂產(chan)(chan)(chan)量不(bu)高(gao),果(guo)樹(shu)品(pin)(pin)(pin)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)也(ye)得不(bu)到改良,形成(cheng)了年(nian)年(nian)采摘、年(nian)年(nian)收獲不(bu)大的(de)(de)結果(guo),讓果(guo)農(nong)們(men)灰(hui)了心,失去(qu)了種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)(de)積(ji)極性。改革開放以后,隨著平邑(yi)縣地(di)方鎮果(guo)品(pin)(pin)(pin)深加工產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)的(de)(de)興起,市場對山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)(de)需求量日益(yi)提(ti)高(gao),農(nong)民又看到了具有幾百年(nian)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)植歷(li)史的(de)(de)天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)(de)經濟價值,在當地(di)黨委、0引導下,果(guo)農(nong)們(men)推廣施(shi)用農(nong)家肥(fei)、高(gao)效有機(ji)肥(fei)、生(sheng)物菌肥(fei),使用無(wu)公害藥劑防治病蟲(chong),發展無(wu)公害果(guo)品(pin)(pin)(pin)、綠色食品(pin)(pin)(pin)、有機(ji)食品(pin)(pin)(pin),生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)優(you)質(zhi)果(guo),為天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)(shan)楂的(de)(de)品(pin)(pin)(pin)質(zhi)、檔次提(ti)升(sheng),奠定(ding)了堅實的(de)(de)基礎。
2008年(nian),平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣工商局通過政(zheng)策指(zhi)導和(he)幫扶引(yin)導,注冊成立(li)了(le)平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣“天寶(bao)致富水果專業(ye)(ye)合作社(she)”,發展會(hui)員(yuan)4000多(duo)(duo)名,隨后成立(li)了(le)平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣地方鎮水果種植協(xie)會(hui)。2009年(nian),經山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)廳認(ren)證(zheng),天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)基地獲得(de)無公(gong)害(hai)(hai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品產(chan)(chan)(chan)地認(ren)證(zheng);經農(nong)(nong)業(ye)(ye)部認(ren)證(zheng),獲得(de)無公(gong)害(hai)(hai)農(nong)(nong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品證(zheng)書。現天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)面積達(da)3000多(duo)(duo)公(gong)頃,年(nian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)達(da)12萬噸,產(chan)(chan)(chan)值逾(yu)5億元,以天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)罐頭已遠銷(xiao)歐美(mei)、東(dong)(dong)南亞等(deng)20多(duo)(duo)個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家和(he)地區,實現創(chuang)匯8000多(duo)(duo)萬美(mei)元,平(ping)(ping)邑(yi)縣“糖葫蘆(lu)大軍”,走遍了(le)全國(guo)(guo)各地,在銷(xiao)售糖葫蘆(lu)的(de)同時,也把“天寶(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂”文化傳播到了(le)全國(guo)(guo)各地。
天寶(bao)山(shan)山(shan)楂(zha)的(de)(de)種植區域、栽培歷史(shi)、種植規模、果(guo)品品質、人文因素、經濟(ji)價值都符(fu)合了(le)申(shen)(shen)報(bao)國家(jia)(jia)(jia)地(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)證(zheng)明商(shang)(shang)標(biao)的(de)(de)條件(jian)(jian)。去年(nian)2月,在平(ping)邑(yi)(yi)縣(xian)委、縣(xian)0的(de)(de)大力(li)支持下,平(ping)邑(yi)(yi)縣(xian)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)局精心準(zhun)備,積極幫助地(di)方(fang)(fang)鎮水果(guo)種植協(xie)會制定了(le)中國地(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)證(zheng)明商(shang)(shang)標(biao)申(shen)(shen)報(bao)方(fang)(fang)案,將(jiang)“天寶(bao)山(shan)山(shan)楂(zha)”向國家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)總局商(shang)(shang)標(biao)局申(shen)(shen)報(bao)。去年(nian)12月30日,國家(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)商(shang)(shang)總局商(shang)(shang)標(biao)局正式受理,這(zhe)標(biao)志(zhi)著山(shan)東省(sheng)平(ping)邑(yi)(yi)縣(xian)的(de)(de)“天寶(bao)山(shan)山(shan)楂(zha)”地(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)證(zheng)明商(shang)(shang)標(biao)申(shen)(shen)請注冊取得(de)了(le)階段性(xing)成果(guo),將(jiang)成為繼(ji)平(ping)邑(yi)(yi)縣(xian)“平(ping)邑(yi)(yi)金銀花”、“武臺黃桃”之后的(de)(de)又一(yi)件(jian)(jian)中國地(di)理標(biao)志(zhi)證(zheng)明商(shang)(shang)標(biao)。
國家工商總局(ju)商標(biao)局(ju)受理(li)“天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)”中(zhong)國地(di)理(li)標(biao)志證明(ming)商標(biao)后(hou),平邑(yi)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)委、縣(xian)(xian)(xian)0從(cong)政策上進(jin)一(yi)步加(jia)大了對(dui)天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)種(zhong)(zhong)植果(guo)農(nong)的(de)(de)(de)扶持(chi)力度(du)。現在,天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格(ge)較(jiao)去年同(tong)期相比增幅30%,通過種(zhong)(zhong)植天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha),果(guo)農(nong)人均增收800余元,果(guo)農(nong)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)植熱情空(kong)前高漲。如今的(de)(de)(de)天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)山(shan)(shan),滿(man)山(shan)(shan)遍(bian)野都是(shi)果(guo)種(zhong)(zhong)改良(liang)過的(de)(de)(de)綠蔥(cong)蔥(cong)的(de)(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)樹(shu),每到(dao)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)花盛(sheng)開和山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)收獲(huo)的(de)(de)(de)季節,周邊縣(xian)(xian)(xian)市的(de)(de)(de)游客紛(fen)紛(fen)趕來體驗“鄉村(cun)一(yi)日(ri)游”的(de)(de)(de)樂(le)趣,果(guo)農(nong)把紅艷(yan)艷(yan)的(de)(de)(de)山(shan)(shan)楂(zha)(zha)(zha)采(cai)摘后(hou)精心包(bao)裝起來,銷(xiao)售給前來游玩的(de)(de)(de)客人,銷(xiao)售給果(guo)品(pin)深加(jia)工的(de)(de)(de)大小企業。平邑(yi)縣(xian)(xian)(xian)天(tian)(tian)(tian)寶(bao)(bao)致富水(shui)果(guo)專業合作社法(fa)定代表人李青松說(shuo):“以前土里土氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)‘山(shan)(shan)里紅’,在0的(de)(de)(de)大力扶持(chi)下,經過果(guo)農(nong)辛勤的(de)(de)(de)培育(yu),果(guo)品(pin)質量得到(dao)顯(xian)著(zhu)提高,‘山(shan)(shan)里紅’ 成為(wei)了農(nong)民(min)發家致富的(de)(de)(de)‘錢袋子’。”
平邑縣天(tian)寶(bao)山的(de)山楂“紅(hong)”了,紅(hong)到(dao)(dao)了中國(guo)地(di)理產(chan)品(臨沂)經(jing)驗交流座談會上,紅(hong)到(dao)(dao)了第十屆中國(guo)特產(chan)文(wen)(wen)化節暨首屆中國(guo)地(di)理標志文(wen)(wen)化節的(de)展廳上,紅(hong)到(dao)(dao)了全國(guo)大江南北,紅(hong)到(dao)(dao)了歐美、東南亞等(deng)國(guo)家和地(di)區,紅(hong)到(dao)(dao)了老(lao)百姓(xing)的(de)心窩(wo)里,也紅(hong)了老(lao)百姓(xing)的(de)腰包。
地域范圍
天寶山(shan)(shan)山(shan)(shan)楂的(de)地(di)域保護范(fan)圍為(wei)山(shan)(shan)東(dong)(dong)省平邑縣地(di)方(fang)鎮境內。地(di)理(li)坐標為(wei)東(dong)(dong)經(jing)117°44′00″~117°53′00″,北緯35°18′00″~35°23′00″。南北長3.5km,東(dong)(dong)西長10km,地(di)域保護范(fan)圍面積4000公頃,生(sheng)產(chan)面積3000公頃,年(nian)產(chan)量12萬噸,最高處(chu)為(wei)天寶山(shan)(shan),海拔480米,最低處(chu)是范(fan)家臺村紅梁(liang)河(he),海拔高為(wei)82米,主要包括大峪溝(gou)流域、王崮(gu)山(shan)(shan)流域、甘草峪流域,該區域北鄰(lin)(lin)銅石鎮,西鄰(lin)(lin)鄭城(cheng)鎮,南鄰(lin)(lin)費縣朱田鎮,東(dong)(dong)鄰(lin)(lin)地(di)方(fang)鎮義興莊村,共計22個行政村,地(di)勢總(zong)體特(te)征是西高東(dong)(dong)低,南北均為(wei)東(dong)(dong)西向(xiang)山(shan)(shan)脈(mo),且山(shan)(shan)脈(mo)均呈(cheng)脊背狀傾斜呈(cheng)坡地(di),構成(cheng)倒“U”字狀地(di)形,形成(cheng)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)小地(di)理(li)氣候。

1、外在感官特征:新(xin)鮮、清(qing)潔、無不正常外來水分。具(ju)有(you)(you)本(ben)品(pin)種應(ying)(ying)具(ju)有(you)(you)的基本(ben)特性,果實鮮紅,具(ju)有(you)(you)本(ben)品(pin)種成熟時固有(you)(you)的蠟質光澤,著(zhu)色程度達到本(ben)品(pin)種應(ying)(ying)具(ju)有(you)(you)著(zhu)色面積的95%以上。具(ju)有(you)(you)本(ben)品(pin)特有(you)(you)風味(wei),無異味(wei),無雹傷、磨(mo)傷等果面缺陷。無腐爛、無果肉褐變。果重(zhong)差異不超過果重(zhong)平(ping)均值的5%。
2、內在品質特征:每(mei)百克(ke)(ke)(ke)山(shan)楂鮮肉含可溶性固形(xing)物14.26-16.20克(ke)(ke)(ke),總(zong)糖7.27-10.12克(ke)(ke)(ke),總(zong)酸1.5-3.66克(ke)(ke)(ke),維生(sheng)素(su)C 37.4-129.4g,同時富含微量元(yuan)素(su)鈣、磷(lin)、鐵,其中鈣226-902毫(hao)克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升,磷(lin)12.2-20.5毫(hao)克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升,鐵1.98-48.25毫(hao)克(ke)(ke)(ke)/升,可食(shi)率92.1%,出干率35%。
