食用方法

定點選苗
請各位引種調苗(miao)人員(yuan),在定(ding)購苗(miao)木(mu)過程中,必須到實地考察苗(miao)木(mu),確(que)定(ding)苗(miao)木(mu)地塊及品種規格(ge)質(zhi)量后簽訂合同。起苗(miao)時必須守候苗(miao)地,以防(fang)“偷梁換柱”,因許多苗(miao)販不育(yu)一株(zhu)苗(miao),卻將客(ke)戶帶往(wang)別的育(yu)苗(miao)戶看苗(miao),掛別人的“羊(yang)頭(tou)”賣自己的“狗肉”,致使(shi)顧客(ke)上當受(shou)騙。
人到取苗
不法(fa)苗(miao)販(fan)從(cong)外地調(diao)入(ru)苗(miao)木,一(yi)般采(cai)取(qu)如下手(shou)法(fa)貯(zhu)藏苗(miao)木待(dai)價傾銷(xiao):一(yi)是(shi)將苗(miao)木假植(zhi)于大田,所以看苗(miao)時須(xu)仔細察(cha)看畦面(mian),若寸草不生(sheng),畦面(mian)剛整如新,苗(miao)木歪斜不直(zhi)立,一(yi)般而言(yan),此塊苗(miao)木即為外調(diao)假植(zhi)柿苗(miao)。二是(shi)將苗(miao)木用沙或沾泥(ni)漿(jiang)后貯(zhu)于室內院內。此外,還采(cai)取(qu)現炒現賣直(zhi)接(jie)從(cong)外地調(diao)苗(miao)送貨上門進行坑騙,所以務必人到取(qu)苗(miao)。
“永定紅柿(shi)”苗木識(shi)別
“永(yong)定紅(hong)(hong)柿”苗木一般(ban)可從(cong)如(ru)下二(er)方面加以辨別:一是(shi)苗木粗壯,節(jie)間(jian)稍(shao)短(duan),芽(ya)眼圓(yuan)鈍(dun)飽滿。二(er)是(shi)表皮鮮紅(hong)(hong),皮孔稍(shao)大稍(shao)密,表皮及芽(ya)眼外(wai)表有(you)少量白色茸(rong)毛。非“永(yong)定紅(hong)(hong)柿”苗木節(jie)間(jian)較長,腋芽(ya)瘦(shou)長,表皮桔黃或暗紅(hong)(hong),皮孔小且(qie)稀,茸(rong)毛多且(qie)長。另外(wai)還發(fa)現外(wai)省君(jun)遷子砧(zhen)木的(de)柿苗根部有(you)一至數個(ge)瘤狀(zhuang)物,即柿根癌病,引種(zhong)后造(zao)成柿苗大片死亡,留下后患(huan)。
