基本介紹
耿莊(zhuang)(zhuang)大蒜(suan)(suan)是(shi)遼寧省的(de)一個特產(chan)。耿莊(zhuang)(zhuang)大蒜(suan)(suan)蒜(suan)(suan)頭(tou)肥大,辛辣味濃,蒜(suan)(suan)汁粘(zhan)稠。搗出的(de)蒜(suan)(suan)泥(ni)可保(bao)持一晝夜(ye)不(bu)泄湯,不(bu)變味。19世紀中(zhong)葉(xie)從外地引進,在耿莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鎮薛家堡子(zi)一帶栽培(pei),已形成(cheng)(cheng)一定規模(mo)。到(dao)20世紀開始大量栽培(pei)。新中(zhong)國成(cheng)(cheng)立(li)后,以海城耿莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鎮大部(bu)(bu)、東四方臺鎮小部(bu)(bu)村(cun)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)種植(zhi)為多(duo),種植(zhi)面積(ji)達3000~3500畝。1984年擴大到(dao)望臺、南臺部(bu)(bu)分(fen)村(cun)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)種植(zhi)。耿莊(zhuang)(zhuang)大蒜(suan)(suan)栽植(zhi)面積(ji)已發展到(dao)5000~6000畝,產(chan)量500萬公斤(jin)。1頭(tou)蒜(suan)(suan)平均重50克,最(zui)大可達60克。
地域范圍
耿(geng)(geng)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)大蒜的地理(li)標志保護的區(qu)域(yu)范(fan)圍(wei)為(wei)遼寧(ning)省海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市耿(geng)(geng)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鎮(zhen)丁(ding)家(jia)村、北耿(geng)(geng)村、薛家(jia)村、東(dong)耿(geng)(geng)村、西(xi)耿(geng)(geng)村、張先村等(deng)20個村,地域(yu)保護范(fan)圍(wei)是耿(geng)(geng)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鎮(zhen)南北長16公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li),東(dong)西(xi)寬11公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li),面(mian)積為(wei)1.1萬公(gong)(gong)(gong)頃,2009年(nian)生產面(mian)積為(wei)2000公(gong)(gong)(gong)頃,年(nian)總產量3萬噸。遼寧(ning)省海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市耿(geng)(geng)莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鎮(zhen)地理(li)坐標為(wei)東(dong)經122°37′—122°42′,北偉(wei)40°48′—40°59′,海(hai)(hai)(hai)拔平均高度為(wei)14.3米,東(dong)與(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市南臺(tai)鎮(zhen)接壤(rang),南和海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市東(dong)四管(guan)理(li)區(qu)搭界,西(xi)同(tong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市望(wang)臺(tai)鎮(zhen)接連,北與(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市東(dong)四方臺(tai)溫泉管(guan)理(li)區(qu)接壤(rang),并(bing)以三通河與(yu)海(hai)(hai)(hai)城(cheng)(cheng)市騰鰲鎮(zhen)為(wei)鄰。

耿莊大(da)(da)蒜(suan)集100多種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)藥用和保健(jian)成(cheng)分于一身,其中含硫揮(hui)發物(wu)43種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),硫化亞磺酸(suan)(如大(da)(da)蒜(suan)素(su))酯類(lei)13種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、氨基酸(suan)9種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、肽類(lei)8種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、甙類(lei)12種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、酶(mei)類(lei)11種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。另外,蒜(suan)氨酸(suan)是耿莊大(da)(da)蒜(suan)獨具(ju)的(de)成(cheng)分,當它進入(ru)血液時(shi)便(bian)成(cheng)為大(da)(da)蒜(suan)素(su),這種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)蒜(suan)素(su)即(ji)使稀釋(shi)10萬倍仍能在瞬間殺死(si)傷(shang)寒(han)桿(gan)菌(jun)、痢疾桿(gan)菌(jun)、流(liu)感病毒(du)等。蒜(suan)素(su)與維生(sheng)素(su)B1結合可產(chan)生(sheng)蒜(suan)硫胺(an)素(su),具(ju)有消除疲勞、增強(qiang)體(ti)力的(de)奇效。
