臨潼(tong)(tong)石(shi)榴(liu)是(shi)陜西一(yi)大特產。它(ta)集(ji)全國(guo)石(shi)榴(liu)之優,素(su)以色澤艷麗,果(guo)大皮薄,汁(zhi)多味(wei)甜,核軟(ruan)鮮美(mei),籽肥渣(zha)少,品(pin)質優良(liang)等特點而著稱。名(ming)(ming)居全國(guo)五大名(ming)(ming)榴(liu)之冠,被(bei)列為(wei)果(guo)中珍品(pin),歷來(lai)(lai)是(shi)封建(jian)皇帝的(de)貢(gong)品(pin),享譽(yu)九州,馳名(ming)(ming)海外。白居易曾寫詩贊美(mei):“日照(zhao)血(xue)球將滴地,風翻(fan)火(huo)焰欲(yu)燒(shao)人”。簡直把(ba)石(shi)榴(liu)寫絕了(le)。凡來(lai)(lai)臨潼(tong)(tong)的(de)中外游客,都以能品(pin)嘗到(dao)這里出產的(de)石(shi)榴(liu)為(wei)一(yi)大快事。臨潼(tong)(tong)石(shi)榴(liu)暢(chang)銷國(guo)內各省市和港澳地區、東南亞各國(guo),年出口量數10萬(wan)公斤。
簡介
石榴(liu)為(wei)(wei)石榴(liu)科(Punicaceae)、石榴(liu)屬,落葉(xie)灌木(mu)或(huo)小(xiao)喬(qiao)木(mu)。樹干高2~3米(mi),分枝多(duo),常(chang)帶刺,小(xiao)枝近方形(xing)。葉(xie)狹長(chang),對(dui)生(sheng),全緣,濃綠光亮。花(hua)(hua)兩性,有(you)單瓣、千葉(xie)、重臺(tai)之(zhi)分,單瓣的(de)(de)結(jie)實。花(hua)(hua)色有(you)火紅(hong)(hong)、粉紅(hong)(hong)、純白(bai)(bai)(bai)、嬌(jiao)黃、瑪瑙、純紫、紅(hong)(hong)瓣 白(bai)(bai)(bai)邊、白(bai)(bai)(bai)瓣紅(hong)(hong)邊等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng),花(hua)(hua)著生(sheng)于新梢頂(ding)端及(ji)頂(ding)端下葉(xie)腋(ye)間。花(hua)(hua)期(qi)5~7月(yue),果(guo)(guo)(guo)熟(shu)期(qi)9~10月(yue)。萼筒與子(zi)房連生(sheng),形(xing)成果(guo)(guo)(guo)皮(pi)。果(guo)(guo)(guo)皮(pi)內通常(chang)分為(wei)(wei)6個子(zi)室(shi)(shi),以(yi)薄膜(mo)隔開。每子(zi)室(shi)(shi)內有(you)眾(zhong)多(duo)種子(zi)。種子(zi)的(de)(de)外種皮(pi)為(wei)(wei)肉(rou)質,有(you)汁(zhi)液,富有(you)清香味,或(huo)甜(tian)或(huo)酸(suan),是主(zhu)要的(de)(de)食用部分。果(guo)(guo)(guo)實為(wei)(wei)漿果(guo)(guo)(guo)。《格物論(lun)》中有(you)這樣的(de)(de)記載:“石榴(liu)中如蜂窩,子(zi)如人齒,淡紅(hong)(hong)色,光皎(jiao)若(ruo)琥珀(po),又有(you)青(qing)白(bai)(bai)(bai)如玉(yu)者(zhe)”。
分布地區
臨潼石榴主要分(fen)布于驪山(shan)北麓 華清(qing)池兩側和(he) 秦始皇(huang)陵(ling)一帶。東起馬額,經(jing)代王、 秦陵(ling)、驪山(shan),西(xi)至斜口,沿驪山(shan)長約(yue)15公里范圍內,面積12萬(wan)多畝,成為全國(guo)最大的石榴基(ji)地。年產石榴約(yue)10萬(wan)噸。
臨潼石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)經過2000多(duo)年的(de)(de)(de)栽培和(he)選育(yu),已(yi)形成數十個(ge)各具特色(se)的(de)(de)(de)優良品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)。既有籽(zi)肥(fei)汁(zhi)多(duo)、香(xiang)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)可口的(de)(de)(de)食用(yong)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong),也有飛(fei)紅流(liu)綠(lv),花色(se)艷麗的(de)(de)(de)觀賞品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)。食用(yong)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)共有10余個(ge),分為(wei)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)兩大(da)(da)類(lei)。 酸(suan)(suan)(suan)石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)以大(da)(da)紅酸(suan)(suan)(suan)、魯峪蛋兩個(ge)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)為(wei)上品(pin)(pin),其果(guo)(guo)實碩大(da)(da),籽(zi)粒(li)(li)飽滿,汁(zhi)豐味酸(suan)(suan)(suan),最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)可達500克左右。酸(suan)(suan)(suan)石榴(liu)(liu)(liu),以陜西 乾縣產的(de)(de)(de)有名(ming),酸(suan)(suan)(suan)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)可口,清香(xiang)宜人,也是名(ming)產; 甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)中以 大(da)(da)紅甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)、凈皮甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)和(he) 三白(bai)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)為(wei)佳。前兩個(ge)品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)果(guo)(guo)皮為(wei)紅色(se)或粉紅色(se),籽(zi)粒(li)(li)肥(fei)大(da)(da)柔軟,汁(zhi)多(duo)味甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)。三白(bai)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)因(yin)花瓣、果(guo)(guo)皮、籽(zi)粒(li)(li)均為(wei)白(bai)色(se),風味以甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)為(wei)主而(er)得(de)名(ming)。其特點(dian)是果(guo)(guo)皮薄,籽(zi)粒(li)(li)軟,汁(zhi)液(ye)多(duo),味純甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian),貯性(xing)好,品(pin)(pin)質佳,當(dang)地(di)群眾又叫“ 軟籽(zi)石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)”或“冰糖石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)”,名(ming)列(lie)甜(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)(tian)石榴(liu)(liu)(liu)之冠。
營養價值
臨潼石榴營養豐富,含糖量(liang)(liang)高達11%~14%, 果(guo)酸(suan)0.4%~1.0%,含水(shui)(shui)(shui)分79%,蛋白質、脂肪各(ge)占0.6%,維生(sheng)素C的(de)含量(liang)(liang)是蘋果(guo)和(he)梨的(de)2~3倍,尤以(yi)磷的(de)含量(liang)(liang)最為突出,每百克達145毫(hao)克,在水(shui)(shui)(shui)果(guo)中名(ming)列前(qian)茅。還(huan)含有碳水(shui)(shui)(shui)化(hua)合(he)物、鐵、鈣等(deng)礦物質。其籽粒味道(dao)甘美,含果(guo)汁36%~61%。它(ta)的(de)香氣和(he)微微的(de)酸(suan)澀,能 生(sheng)津,化(hua)食,健脾,益胃(wei),食后(hou)可開胃(wei),滋陰、平(ping)肝、補腎、明目。·也是制糖、 果(guo)子(zi)露、釀酒、造(zao)醋、制高級清涼飲料的(de)上等(deng)原(yuan)料。
