人(ren)大(da)附中(zhong)借(jie)力信息化手段,積(ji)極推進(jin)優質教育資源的(de)共建共享(xiang)(xiang)。2005年成立(li)了國(guo)家基礎(chu)教育資源共建共享(xiang)(xiang)聯盟,通過網絡(luo)無償為中(zhong)西部教育欠發達的(de)地區提供優質教育資源。聯盟已經覆蓋(gai)全國(guo)4300多(duo)所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校,70多(duo)萬中(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)教師(shi)直接(jie)受益(yi)。共享(xiang)(xiang)優質教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)資源7萬余(yu)條,視頻課(ke)件1.5萬余(yu)課(ke)時(shi)(shi)。同時(shi)(shi),人(ren)大(da)附中(zhong)積(ji)極組織推進(jin)慕課(ke)1 1教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)即雙師(shi)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),實現(xian)“由人(ren)大(da)附中(zhong)教師(shi)主講,遠程學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校教師(shi)輔(fu)導”的(de)新型課(ke)堂教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式(shi)。已經有130多(duo)所全國(guo)連(lian)片貧困地區學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校與(yu)人(ren)大(da)附中(zhong)實現(xian)同步上課(ke)。
人大(da)附(fu)中(zhong)創辦“中(zhong)國基(ji)礎教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)卓越校(xiao)長(chang)卓越教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)培(pei)養基(ji)地”,為全(quan)國各地培(pei)養教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)家型(xing)校(xiao)長(chang)和專家型(xing)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)。基(ji)地自2009年成(cheng)立以來(lai),共舉辦10余(yu)次(ci)集中(zhong)培(pei)訓,培(pei)養全(quan)國20多個(ge)省市(shi)區(qu)的(de)校(xiao)長(chang)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)1200余(yu)人次(ci)。人大(da)附(fu)中(zhong)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)競標連續(xu)五年承辦教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)“國培(pei)計劃”高端項目,截止目前共培(pei)養23個(ge)省市(shi)自治區(qu)的(de)530名(ming)(ming)一線骨干教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),并通(tong)過(guo)(guo)人大(da)附(fu)中(zhong)國培(pei)網絡平臺,間(jian)接培(pei)訓全(quan)國8700名(ming)(ming)基(ji)層一線教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi),在教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)組織的(de)項目績效匿名(ming)(ming)評審中(zhong)連續(xu)名(ming)(ming)列前茅。
