北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺區(qu)(qu)(qu)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺第(di)二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)簡稱豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),始建于(yu)1962年9月,地(di)處豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺區(qu)(qu)(qu)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺鎮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心地(di)帶(dai),是一所完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)教育集團現(xian)有五個校(xiao)區(qu)(qu)(qu),分別為北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)本部校(xiao)區(qu)(qu)(qu)、北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)看(kan)丹校(xiao)區(qu)(qu)(qu)、北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)附(fu)(fu)屬看(kan)丹小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)、北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)附(fu)(fu)屬新教育實驗中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(小(xiao)(xiao)屯)、北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)附(fu)(fu)屬新教育實驗小(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(小(xiao)(xiao)屯)。截至2013年,北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)豐(feng)(feng)(feng)臺二(er)(er)(er)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)本部有46個教學(xue)班,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)24個,初中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)22個,在(zai)校(xiao)學(xue)生2000余名(ming)。學(xue)校(xiao)環境(jing)優美,文化氣息濃厚,師生關系(xi)和諧。該校(xiao)是北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)示(shi)范(fan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)。2001年4月,市(shi)級(ji)示(shi)范(fan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)建設(she)方案通過了市(shi)專家(jia)評審組論證,學(xue)校(xiao)進(jin)入市(shi)級(ji)示(shi)范(fan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)建設(she)序列。2005年4月,接受了北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)示(shi)范(fan)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)的(de)驗收評估(gu),于(yu)2005年12月被正式確認為“北(bei)(bei)京(jing)(jing)市(shi)示(shi)范(fan)性普(pu)通高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”。前任(ren)校(xiao)長(chang)為王志江,現(xian)任(ren)校(xiao)長(chang)何石明。

學(xue)校(xiao)校(xiao)園整體協調,布局合理(li),環境整潔優美(mei)(mei),文化氛圍濃(nong)厚,具(ju)有(you)強烈的時代氣息(xi)。學(xue)校(xiao)的教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)場所建(jian)筑面積17155平方(fang)米(mi)。物理(li)、化學(xue)、生物等(deng)實驗室(shi)(shi)和音樂、美(mei)(mei)術、勞(lao)技等(deng)各種專(zhuan)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)19個。圖書(shu)館藏書(shu)6萬冊。建(jian)有(you)生態(tai)展示室(shi)(shi)、地(di)理(li)綜合教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)、乒乓(pang)球訓(xun)練室(shi)(shi)兼形體教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)(shi)、400平方(fang)米(mi)的餐廳、可容納600多人活動的禮堂。體育場地(di)6000平方(fang)米(mi)。
圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)面積約1200平(ping)方米,館(guan)內(nei)設有圖(tu)書(shu)室(shi)、教師資(zi)料室(shi)、學生(sheng)閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)和(he)電子閱(yue)覽(lan)室(shi)。館(guan)藏(zang)有社科類(lei)(lei)、教育類(lei)(lei)、文(wen)學類(lei)(lei)、計(ji)算(suan)機類(lei)(lei)以(yi)及綜合類(lei)(lei)等(deng)圖(tu)書(shu)總計(ji)6萬(wan)余冊,各(ge)類(lei)(lei)教育工(gong)(gong)具書(shu)3500余種,各(ge)類(lei)(lei)報刊(kan)雜(za)志400余種。學生(sheng)平(ping)均(jun)圖(tu)書(shu)達27.4冊。 學校(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)統一采用(yong)(yong)計(ji)算(suan)機進(jin)行圖(tu)書(shu)的輸入。截至2009年,圖(tu)書(shu)借閱(yue)率(lv)和(he)報刊(kan)閱(yue)讀率(lv)均(jun)高(gao),深(shen)受廣大師生(sheng)好評(ping)。學校(xiao)計(ji)劃通過校(xiao)園網和(he)網絡技術增強圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)各(ge)部門的功能和(he)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)效率(lv),使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作更加完善。
圖書館實(shi)行分工(gong)管(guan)理,專人(ren)負責。2009年有工(gong)作人(ren)員6名(ming),初、中、高級(ji)職(zhi)稱各(ge)1人(ren),90%館員擁有大專以上學歷。
豐臺二中實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)于1964年開(kai)始(shi)使用,1994年進入了新(xin)建(jian)的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樓,2002年又重新(xin)裝修(xiu),全面更(geng)換了實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備,實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)條(tiao)件有了很(hen)大改(gai)善。共有有化學實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)4個(ge),生(sheng)物(wu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)3個(ge),生(sheng)物(wu)標本(ben)室(shi)1個(ge),物(wu)理實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)3個(ge)。其(qi)中理、化、生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)各有一個(ge)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)裝備了正投、電腦、實(shi)(shi)(shi)物(wu)投影及(ji)電視等(deng)多(duo)媒體(ti)設備。 豐臺二中實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)志在創建(jian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)和實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學輻(fu)射基地。1998年獲得(de)北京市(shi)“普及(ji)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學工作”先進集體(ti)獎牌。實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)師多(duo)人次在市(shi)、區及(ji)國家級獲得(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術、教(jiao)(jiao)具、論文和指導學生(sheng)等(deng)多(duo)種獎項。在學校(xiao)理科(ke)實(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)教(jiao)(jiao)學輔(fu)助工作中做出了積(ji)極的(de)(de)貢獻。
北京豐(feng)臺二(er)中(zhong)已經于2013年啟動改擴建(jian)工程改擴建(jian)工程,新的(de)(de)豐(feng)臺二(er)中(zhong)本部將合并(bing)原有(you)豐(feng)臺一小校址,面積最大可達(da)46000余平方(fang)米。建(jian)成(cheng)后,布局更加合理,功(gong)能(neng)更加齊全,綠化美化程度更為完好,內部配備的(de)(de)教學設施更為先進(jin)。這給學校辦學提供了一個極為有(you)利的(de)(de)物質(zhi)條件。
