簡介
妙果寺位于(yu)浙江省(sheng)溫(wen)州市松臺山南麓。系東(dong)甌著(zhu)名古剎,始創于(yu)唐神龍(long)年(nian)間(705年(nian)),為一代宗師宿覺(jue)大師所建。盛(sheng)于(yu)宋,高僧繼忠大師曾卓錫方丈,大振(zhen)宗風(feng),一度(du)成為東(dong)南沿海朝(chao)圣之名剎。
妙果(guo)寺(si)(si)于清順治十四年曾毀于一場大(da)火(huo),雖(sui)于康熙十四年重修(xiu),但規模已非昔日可比(bi)。后開拓公路時妙果(guo)寺(si)(si)被拆除,其間文物、大(da)師(shi)舍利、宋鎏金銅(tong)佛及(ji)大(da)師(shi)生平小石(shi)碑現藏華東文物館(guan)。妙果(guo)寺(si)(si)作為浙江省(sheng)政府批準重點對外開放寺(si)(si)院。
建筑
1983年(nian)修復重(zhong)建(jian),重(zhong)建(jian)前后長達十(shi)余年(nian)之久,現在(zai)天(tian)王殿(dian)(dian)、大(da)雄寶殿(dian)(dian)、觀音閣(ge)及兩樓房,雕(diao)梁畫棟(dong),金碧輝煌;飛檐斗拱,氣勢雄渾,全國政協副主席(xi)趙樸初親書(shu)“大(da)雄寶殿(dian)(dian)”,書(shu)壇巨匠(jiang)沙孟海額書(shu)“妙(miao)果寺”,96年(nian)佛(fo)學大(da)師南懷(huai)瑾行生(sheng)書(shu)“宿覺名山(shan)”匾(bian),端莊(zhuang)矯健,金光閃閃,書(shu)壇諸子紛紛撰書(shu)匾(bian)額楹聯為妙(miao)果寺增輝添彩。
大(da)殿正柱有原住(zhu)(zhu)持雪生(sheng)老和尚生(sheng)前撰聯:“凈光塔院,普覺鐘(zhong)聲,追思唐代宗(zong)風永嘉獨著;甌浦云峰,霞潭月色,想(xiang)見宋(song)僧道積妙(miao)果(guo)同懷。”后殿有現住(zhu)(zhu)持達崇法師聯:“七寶(bao)莊嚴(yan),一角小山藏世界(jie);三乘庇蔭,十方大(da)地(di)涌潮(chao)音。”
住持
妙果(guo)寺(si)(si)現任住(zhu)持達(da)照法師,(達(da)照法師,俗姓林(lin),筆名天臺子,1972年(nian)出生(sheng)于浙江省(sheng)文(wen)(wen)成縣,1989年(nian)于七(qi)甲(jia)寺(si)(si)依(yi)了識長(chang)老出家(jia),屬于嫡傳天臺教觀第46代(dai)。現任普陀山佛(fo)(fo)(fo)學(xue)院研(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)導師、蘇州(zhou)(zhou)戒幢(chuang)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)所研(yan)究(jiu)員、湖(hu)南省(sheng)常(chang)(chang)德市(shi)禪學(xue)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)名譽(yu)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)長(chang)、溫州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)教協(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)副會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)長(chang)、溫州(zhou)(zhou)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)教永嘉禪學(xue)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)長(chang)、溫州(zhou)(zhou)市(shi)妙果(guo)寺(si)(si)住(zhu)持、第七(qi)屆(jie)文(wen)(wen)成縣政(zheng)協(xie)常(chang)(chang)委(wei)(wei)、文(wen)(wen)成縣佛(fo)(fo)(fo)教協(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)長(chang)、文(wen)(wen)成縣七(qi)甲(jia)寺(si)(si)住(zhu)持、安福寺(si)(si)修建委(wei)(wei)員會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)主任。)
豬頭鐘
相傳(chuan)宋(song)神宗元豐(feng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)間(jian)(1078-1085),在繼(ji)忠(zhong)大師(shi)(shi)主持妙果寺(si)(si)時(shi),有(you)一(yi)(yi)客(ke)僧(seng)來寺(si)(si)掛單修(xiu)身,其(qi)(qi)貌若(ruo)愚,然出語必合宗乘(cheng)。日間(jian)入市(shi)丐化,布(bu)施所得,悉購(gou)豬(zhu)頭歸寺(si)(si)酣酌,繼(ji)忠(zhong)大師(shi)(shi)觀之若(ruo)無其(qi)(qi)事,任其(qi)(qi)息(xi)跡去留。一(yi)(yi)日負鋤至寺(si)(si)旁山麓(lu)掘一(yi)(yi)土井(jing),將所剩豬(zhu)頭骨(gu)悉藏(zang)(zang)井(jing)內(nei)(nei),壓一(yi)(yi)大石(shi),并以(yi)土泥涂(tu)封,對人(ren)說:“吾歷年(nian)(nian)(nian)所募鑄一(yi)(yi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),今七七日后(hou)于此成就(jiu)(jiu)”。此后(hou)就(jiu)(jiu)不見(jian)客(ke)僧(seng)蹤跡。時(shi)逾月余,寺(si)(si)僧(seng)掘土果見(jian)一(yi)(yi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),猛熱熾然,高約三尺,非銅非鐵(tie),酷似青石(shi),音響鏗明,頂上二豬(zhu)首拼作鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕,迥異尋常捕牢(lao)獅龍之慣(guan)例。故(gu)人(ren)皆(jie)以(yi)“豬(zhu)頭鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”名之。傳(chuan)說因其(qi)(qi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)未(wei)到49日,火未(wei)退完,敲擊時(shi)城內(nei)(nei)外常有(you)火災(zai)出現。民國(guo)八年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1919),國(guo)威不振,本地(di)任某請來上海技師(shi)(shi)將鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕截斷(duan),竊(qie)去國(guo)外。自此,神鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)就(jiu)(jiu)不復懸掛,于是(shi)建“古(gu)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亭(ting)(ting)”藏(zang)(zang)之。因該鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕活像兩(liang)個豬(zhu)頭,故(gu)人(ren)稱(cheng)“豬(zhu)頭鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”。也有(you)人(ren)說該鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)原名“濟(ji)陀(tuo)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,人(ren)們(men)(men)諧稱(cheng)“豬(zhu)頭鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”。我(wo)們(men)(men)對這傳(chuan)說無須認真去尋根(gen)究(jiu)底,"假作真時(shi)真亦假,無為有(you)處有(you)還(huan)無",長留在人(ren)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)想像中豈不更好。1987年(nian)(nian)(nian)重建鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亭(ting)(ting),亭(ting)(ting)聯(lian):“稽于史實,松(song)臺(tai)山上仙人(ren)井(jing);留得民謠(yao),妙果寺(si)(si)中豬(zhu)頭鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。”亭(ting)(ting)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)無紐(niu)“濟(ji)陀(tuo)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,為宋(song)時(shi)物,高1.3米(mi),直徑為0.8米(mi)。豬(zhu)頭鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)現已由市(shi)文(wen)物館追(zhui)還(huan)。
