交流充電樁原理
交流充電樁,本質就是一個帶控制的插座,輸出的是交流電,需要車載充電機自己進行變壓整流,受限于車載充電機功率,一般功率小,3.3和7kw的居多。
交流充電樁功能特點
(1)人機(ji)交(jiao)互界面采用大(da)屏幕(mu)LCD彩色觸摸(mo)屏(ping),充(chong)電可選擇定(ding)電量、定(ding)時間、定(ding)金額、自動(dong)(充(chong)滿為止(zhi))4種模式;顯示當前充電(dian)(dian)模式、時間(jian)(已(yi)充電(dian)(dian)時間(jian)、剩(sheng)余充電(dian)(dian)時間(jian))、電(dian)(dian)量(已(yi)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量、待(dai)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量)及(ji)當前計費信息。
(2)讀卡器用(yong)于身(shen)份識別、記錄電量消費(fei)信息。打印機用(yong)于消費(fei)票據打印。
(3)完備的安(an)全(quan)防護措(cuo)施(shi)。
1)緊急停止充電按鈕。
2)輸出過電(dian)流保護功能。
3)輸出漏電(dian)保(bao)護功能(neng)。
4)自動(dong)判斷充(chong)電(dian)連(lian)接(jie)器、充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)纜是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接(jie)。當(dang)(dang)交流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)與電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接(jie)后,充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)才能允許(xu)啟(qi)動(dong)充(chong)電(dian)過(guo)程;當(dang)(dang)交流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)檢測到與電(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車連(lian)接(jie)不正(zheng)常時,立即停止充(chong)電(dian)。
5)具有阻燃(ran)功能。
直流充電樁和交流充電樁的區別
直流充電樁:直流電動汽車充電站,俗稱就是“快充”,它是固定安裝在電動汽車外,與交流電網連接,可以為非車載電動汽車動力電池提供直流電源的供電裝置。直流充電樁的輸入電壓采用三相四線AC380V±15%,頻率(lv)50Hz,輸出為可調(diao)直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian),直(zhi)(zhi)接為電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)的動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)。由于(yu)直(zhi)(zhi)流充電(dian)(dian)樁采用三相(xiang)四線(xian)制(zhi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),可以(yi)提供(gong)足夠的功率,輸出的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)電(dian)(dian)流調(diao)整(zheng)范圍(wei)大,可以(yi)實現快充的要求。
交(jiao)流(liu)充(chong)電樁:交(jiao)流(liu)電動(dong)汽車充(chong)電樁,俗稱就(jiu)是“慢充”,固定安裝在電動汽車外、與交流電網連接,為電動汽車車載充電機(即(ji)固(gu)定(ding)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)電動(dong)汽車上的充電機)提供(gong)交流電(dian)(dian)源的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝置。交流充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁只(zhi)提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)力輸出(chu),沒有充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)功能,需連(lian)接車(che)載(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機為電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)。相當于只(zhi)是起了一個控制電(dian)(dian)源的(de)作用的(de)。
兩者的(de)區別:簡單來(lai)(lai)說,交流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)需(xu)要借助車(che)載充(chong)電(dian)機來(lai)(lai)充(chong)電(dian),直流(liu)快速充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)不(bu)需(xu)要這(zhe)個設備。二者在充(chong)電(dian)速度上差別較大(da),一輛純電(dian)動汽車(che)(普通電池容(rong)量)完全放(fang)電后(hou)通過交流(liu)充(chong)電樁充(chong)滿需要8個小時,而通(tong)過直(zhi)流快(kuai)速充(chong)電樁僅需要2到3個小時(shi)。交流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁給電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)力輸入(ru),由于車載(zai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的功(gong)率并不大,所以不能實現快速充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
