交流充電樁原理
交流充電樁,本質就是一個帶控制的插座,輸出的是交流電,需要車載充電機自己進行變壓整流,受限于車載充電機功率,一般功率小,3.3和7kw的居多(duo)。
交流充電樁功能特點
(1)人機交互界面采用大屏幕LCD彩(cai)色觸摸屏,充電可選擇定(ding)(ding)電量、定(ding)(ding)時間、定(ding)(ding)金(jin)額、自(zi)動(充滿為止)4種模式(shi);顯(xian)示當前(qian)(qian)充(chong)電(dian)模式(shi)、時間(jian)(已充(chong)電(dian)時間(jian)、剩余(yu)充(chong)電(dian)時間(jian))、電(dian)量(已充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)量、待充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)量)及當前(qian)(qian)計費信(xin)息。
(2)讀卡器(qi)用(yong)于身份識別、記(ji)錄電(dian)量消費信息。打印機用(yong)于消費票據(ju)打印。
(3)完備的安全(quan)防護措施。
1)緊急停止充電按鈕。
2)輸出過電(dian)流保護功(gong)能。
3)輸出漏電保護功能。
4)自動(dong)判(pan)斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)連(lian)接器、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜是否正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接。當交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接后(hou),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)才能允許啟動(dong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程(cheng);當交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)檢測到(dao)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車連(lian)接不正(zheng)常(chang)時,立即停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

直流充電樁和交流充電樁的區別
直流充電樁:直流電動汽車充電站,俗稱就是“快充”,它是固定安裝在電動汽車外,與交流電網連接,可以為非車載電動汽車動力電池提供直流電源的供電裝置。直流充電樁的輸入電壓采用三相四線AC380V±15%,頻(pin)率(lv)50Hz,輸(shu)出為可(ke)調直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian),直(zhi)接為電(dian)動汽車的(de)動力電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)。由(you)于(yu)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)樁采用三相(xiang)四線制(zhi)供電(dian),可(ke)以(yi)提供足夠的(de)功率,輸(shu)出的(de)電(dian)壓和電(dian)流(liu)(liu)調整范圍大,可(ke)以(yi)實現快充(chong)的(de)要(yao)求。
交(jiao)流充電樁:交(jiao)流電動汽車充電樁,俗稱就(jiu)是“慢充”,固定安裝在電動汽車外、與交流電網連接,為電動汽車車載充電機(即固定(ding)安裝在電動汽車上的(de)充(chong)電機)提供交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置。交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁只提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)力輸出(chu),沒有(you)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)能(neng),需連接車載充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。相當(dang)于只是(shi)起了一個控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的作用的。
兩(liang)者(zhe)的區別:簡(jian)單來說,交流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁需(xu)要借助(zhu)車載充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機來充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),直流(liu)快(kuai)速充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)樁不(bu)需(xu)要這個設(she)備(bei)。二者(zhe)在充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)速度上差別較大,一輛純電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽車(普(pu)通電(dian)池容量(liang))完全放電(dian)后通(tong)過交(jiao)流充(chong)電(dian)樁充(chong)滿需要8個小時,而通過直(zhi)流快(kuai)速充電樁僅需要2到3個小時。交流充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)給電(dian)動汽(qi)車的充(chong)電(dian)機提供(gong)電(dian)力(li)輸入,由于(yu)車載充(chong)電(dian)機的功率(lv)并不(bu)大,所以不(bu)能實現快(kuai)速(su)充(chong)電(dian)。
