交流充電樁原理
交流充電樁,本質就是一個帶控制的插座,輸出的是交流電,需要車載充電機自己進行變壓整流,受限于車載充電機功率,一般功率小,3.3和7kw的(de)居(ju)多。
交流充電樁功能特點
(1)人機(ji)交互界面采用大屏幕(mu)LCD彩色觸摸屏(ping),充電可(ke)選擇定電量(liang)、定時間(jian)、定金(jin)額、自動(充滿為止)4種模式(shi);顯示(shi)當前(qian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)、時(shi)間(已(yi)(yi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間、剩余充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間)、電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)(已(yi)(yi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)、待充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang))及當前(qian)計費信息。
(2)讀卡器用于(yu)身份識別、記錄電量消費信(xin)息(xi)。打(da)印(yin)機用于(yu)消費票據打(da)印(yin)。
(3)完備(bei)的(de)安全防護措施。
1)緊(jin)急停止充電按鈕。
2)輸出過電流(liu)保護功能。
3)輸出(chu)漏電保護功能。
4)自動(dong)判斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)連接器、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)是否正確連接。當(dang)交流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)正確連接后,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)才能允許啟動(dong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過程;當(dang)交流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang)(zhuang)檢測到與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽(qi)車(che)連接不正常時,立即停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
5)具有阻燃(ran)功能。
直流充電樁和交流充電樁的區別
直流充電樁:直流電動汽車充電站,俗稱就是“快充”,它是固定安裝在電動汽車外,與交流電網連接,可以為非車載電動汽車動力電池提供直流電源的供電裝置。直流充電樁的輸入電壓采用三相四線AC380V±15%,頻率(lv)50Hz,輸(shu)出為可調直流電(dian),直接為電(dian)動汽車的動力電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)。由于直流充(chong)電(dian)樁采用三相四線制供電(dian),可以(yi)提供足夠(gou)的功率,輸(shu)出的電(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)流調整范圍(wei)大(da),可以(yi)實現快(kuai)充(chong)的要求。
交流充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang):交流電(dian)(dian)動汽車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁(zhuang),俗稱就是“慢充”,固定安裝在電動汽車外、與交流電網連接,為電動汽車車載充電機(即固定安裝在(zai)電動汽車上的(de)充(chong)電機)提供交流電(dian)源的(de)供電(dian)裝置。交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)樁只提供電(dian)力(li)輸出,沒有充(chong)(chong)電(dian)功(gong)能,需連接車(che)(che)載充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機為電(dian)動汽車(che)(che)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。相(xiang)當于只是(shi)起了一個(ge)控(kong)制電(dian)源的(de)作用的(de)。
兩者(zhe)的區別(bie):簡單(dan)來(lai)說,交(jiao)流(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁需(xu)要借助車載充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)來(lai)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),直流(liu)快速充(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁不需(xu)要這個(ge)設備(bei)。二者(zhe)在充(chong)電(dian)(dian)速度上差別(bie)較大,一輛(liang)純電(dian)(dian)動汽車(普通電(dian)池容量)完全放電后通過(guo)交(jiao)流充電樁充滿(man)需要8個小時,而通過(guo)直流(liu)快速(su)充電樁僅需要2到3個(ge)小(xiao)時。交流充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)樁給電(dian)(dian)動汽車的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機提供電(dian)(dian)力輸入,由(you)于車載充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)機的功率并(bing)不大,所以不能實現(xian)快速(su)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
