本(ben)文為(wei)大(da)家講(jiang)解(jie)恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)的(de)(de)工作(zuo)原理是(shi)怎么(me)樣(yang)的(de)(de)?同時分享給大(da)家自(zi)制恒(heng)(heng)溫(wen)電(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖(tu)。本(ben)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖(tu)采用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)熱電(dian)(dian)偶傳感(gan)器(qi),控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)高達±5%,控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)采用(yong)的(de)(de)是(shi)交(jiao)流市(shi)電(dian)(dian)直(zhi)接降壓(ya)(ya)、濾波、穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)方案,大(da)家可以(yi)借鑒。如圖(tu)所示。該電(dian)(dian)烙(luo)鐵(tie)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)范圍(wei)是(shi)100℃~400℃,調(diao)溫(wen)標(biao)志標(biao)明低、中(zhong)、高位(wei),控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)標(biao)稱±5%,采用(yong)了(le)熱電(dian)(dian)偶傳感(gan)器(qi)。控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)采用(yong)了(le)交(jiao)流市(shi)電(dian)(dian)直(zhi)接降壓(ya)(ya)、濾波、穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)方案。
市電AC220V經R1降壓、D1半波整流、D2削波穩壓、C1濾波后作為比較器件IC的電源電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)及調溫(wen)(wen)設定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)源。IC-A③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為熱電偶(ou)(ou)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)(與溫(wen)(wen)度值對應);②腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為調溫(wen)(wen)設定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。在(zai)②、③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)兩端(duan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)比(bi)較(jiao)后(hou),由①腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)。其(qi)中R5的(de)(de)作用是將輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)的(de)(de)很少一部分(fen)反饋至同相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)端(duan)③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),以(yi)使(shi)在(zai)小信號(hao)波動時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)鎖定不變(bian)。當熱電偶(ou)(ou)檢(jian)(jian)到(dao)溫(wen)(wen)度偏(pian)低(di)(di)時(shi);③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)電平相(xiang)對②腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di),使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)①腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)也低(di)(di)。進而(er)使(shi)IC-B放(fang)大(da)器(qi)⑥腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)相(xiang)對于固(gu)定偏(pian)置的(de)(de)⑤腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)偏(pian)低(di)(di),使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)⑦腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為高。由于IC-B⑤腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是由AC220V經R6、R7分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)而(er)得(de),因而(er),頻率、相(xiang)位完全與AC220V相(xiang)同。與⑥腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)直流(liu)比(bi)較(jiao)后(hou)在(zai)⑦腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)交流(liu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。該交流(liu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)經C2、D4、D3和D4反向(xiang)并聯(作用同雙(shuang)(shuang)向(xiang)二極(ji)管(guan))觸(chu)發雙(shuang)(shuang)向(xiang)可控(kong)硅,使(shi)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)加(jia)到(dao)烙鐵電熱絲上,以(yi)達到(dao)恒溫(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
第一次
烙鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)燒了,但是熱(re)電偶是好的(de),所以買了個30瓦的(de)烙鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin),將(jiang)熱(re)電偶放在烙鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)后(hou)邊(bian),照常使用(yong)。
第二次
熱電(dian)偶(ou)壞了(le),看(kan)原電(dian)路,就(jiu)花一塊錢(qian)買(mai)了(le)個(ge)具有負溫度(du)系數的電(dian)阻,取代熱電(dian)偶(ou),同樣使(shi)用了(le)很長時間。
第三次
看(kan)到現(xian)在賣帶熱(re)電(dian)偶的(de)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin),感覺不(bu)是(shi)很貴(4塊錢一個),原烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)頭使用時(shi)間過(guo)久,該換(huan)了,于是(shi)買了個40瓦的(de)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)和一個烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)頭,利用原來的(de)烙(luo)鐵(tie)(tie)手柄(bing),按(an)照如下電(dian)路,重新DIY了一個,使用半年了,效(xiao)果也不(bu)錯(cuo)。預(yu)熱(re)時(shi)間稍長,將近2分鐘(zhong)。
