市電AC220V經R1降壓、D1半波整流、D2削波穩壓、C1濾波后作為比較器件IC的電源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及調溫(wen)設定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)源。IC-A③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶檢測電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸入(ru)端(duan)(duan)(與溫(wen)度值(zhi)對應);②腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)調溫(wen)設定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。在(zai)②、③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)兩端(duan)(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)比(bi)較后,由(you)①腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸出(chu)。其中R5的(de)(de)作用是(shi)將輸入(ru)的(de)(de)很少一部分反饋至(zhi)同(tong)相(xiang)(xiang)輸入(ru)端(duan)(duan)③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),以使在(zai)小(xiao)信號波動時輸出(chu)鎖定(ding)不變。當熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶檢到溫(wen)度偏低(di)(di)時;③腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)相(xiang)(xiang)對②腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)低(di)(di),使輸出(chu)①腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)也(ye)低(di)(di)。進而使IC-B放大(da)器(qi)⑥腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)相(xiang)(xiang)對于(yu)固定(ding)偏置的(de)(de)⑤腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)偏低(di)(di),使輸出(chu)⑦腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高。由(you)于(yu)IC-B⑤腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)由(you)AC220V經R6、R7分壓(ya)而得,因而,頻率、相(xiang)(xiang)位完全(quan)與AC220V相(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)。與⑥腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)比(bi)較后在(zai)⑦腳(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)輸出(chu)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。該交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經C2、D4、D3和D4反向(xiang)并聯(作用同(tong)雙(shuang)(shuang)向(xiang)二(er)極(ji)管(guan))觸(chu)發(fa)雙(shuang)(shuang)向(xiang)可控(kong)硅(gui),使相(xiang)(xiang)應的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)加到烙鐵電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)絲(si)上,以達到恒溫(wen)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
第一次
烙(luo)鐵芯燒了,但是(shi)熱電偶(ou)是(shi)好的,所以買了個30瓦的烙(luo)鐵芯,將(jiang)熱電偶(ou)放在烙(luo)鐵芯后(hou)邊,照常使用。
第二次
熱(re)電偶壞了(le),看(kan)原電路,就花一塊錢買了(le)個(ge)具有負溫度(du)系(xi)數(shu)的電阻,取代熱(re)電偶,同(tong)樣(yang)使用了(le)很長(chang)時間。
第三次
看到現在賣(mai)帶熱電(dian)(dian)偶的烙鐵芯,感覺不是很(hen)貴(gui)(4塊錢一個(ge)),原烙鐵頭使用時間過久,該換了,于是買了個(ge)40瓦的烙鐵芯和(he)一個(ge)烙鐵頭,利用原來的烙鐵手柄,按照如下電(dian)(dian)路(lu),重(zhong)新DIY了一個(ge),使用半年(nian)了,效果(guo)也不錯。預熱時間稍長,將近2分(fen)鐘。
