本文為大(da)家(jia)講解恒溫(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)的(de)工作原理是(shi)怎么樣的(de)?同時分享(xiang)給大(da)家(jia)自(zi)制恒溫(wen)(wen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖(tu)。本電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)圖(tu)采(cai)(cai)用的(de)是(shi)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶傳感器(qi),控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)高達±5%,控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)采(cai)(cai)用的(de)是(shi)交(jiao)流市電(dian)(dian)(dian)直接降(jiang)壓(ya)、濾(lv)波、穩壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)方案(an),大(da)家(jia)可(ke)以借鑒。如圖(tu)所示。該電(dian)(dian)(dian)烙鐵(tie)控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)范圍是(shi)100℃~400℃,調溫(wen)(wen)標(biao)志(zhi)標(biao)明低、中、高位,控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)標(biao)稱(cheng)±5%,采(cai)(cai)用了熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶傳感器(qi)。控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)采(cai)(cai)用了交(jiao)流市電(dian)(dian)(dian)直接降(jiang)壓(ya)、濾(lv)波、穩壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)方案(an)。
市電AC220V經R1降壓、D1半波整流、D2削波穩壓、C1濾波后作為比較器件IC的電源電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)及(ji)調溫設(she)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)源。IC-A③腳(jiao)為熱電(dian)偶檢測電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)入端(與溫度(du)值對應);②腳(jiao)為調溫設(she)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。在(zai)②、③腳(jiao)兩端電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比較(jiao)(jiao)后,由(you)①腳(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出。其中R5的作(zuo)用是(shi)將輸(shu)(shu)入的很少一部分反饋至同相(xiang)輸(shu)(shu)入端③腳(jiao),以(yi)(yi)使(shi)(shi)在(zai)小信號波動(dong)時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出鎖定(ding)不變(bian)。當(dang)熱電(dian)偶檢到(dao)(dao)溫度(du)偏低(di)(di)時(shi);③腳(jiao)電(dian)平相(xiang)對②腳(jiao)低(di)(di),使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出①腳(jiao)也低(di)(di)。進而使(shi)(shi)IC-B放大器(qi)⑥腳(jiao)相(xiang)對于固定(ding)偏置的⑤腳(jiao)偏低(di)(di),使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出⑦腳(jiao)為高(gao)。由(you)于IC-B⑤腳(jiao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)是(shi)由(you)AC220V經R6、R7分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)而得,因而,頻率、相(xiang)位完全(quan)與AC220V相(xiang)同。與⑥腳(jiao)直流(liu)比較(jiao)(jiao)后在(zai)⑦腳(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)出交流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。該交流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)經C2、D4、D3和D4反向并聯(作(zuo)用同雙(shuang)向二極管)觸發雙(shuang)向可(ke)控硅,使(shi)(shi)相(xiang)應的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)加(jia)到(dao)(dao)烙鐵電(dian)熱絲上(shang),以(yi)(yi)達到(dao)(dao)恒溫的目的。
第一次
烙(luo)鐵芯燒了,但(dan)是熱(re)電偶(ou)是好的,所(suo)以(yi)買了個30瓦的烙(luo)鐵芯,將熱(re)電偶(ou)放在烙(luo)鐵芯后邊,照常使用。
第二次
熱電偶(ou)壞了(le),看(kan)原電路,就(jiu)花一塊錢(qian)買了(le)個具有負溫度系數的電阻,取代熱電偶(ou),同(tong)樣使用了(le)很長時間。
第三次
看到現(xian)在(zai)賣(mai)帶熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)的(de)烙鐵芯,感(gan)覺(jue)不(bu)是很貴(4塊錢一個(ge)),原(yuan)烙鐵頭使用時(shi)間過久(jiu),該換了(le),于是買了(le)個(ge)40瓦的(de)烙鐵芯和一個(ge)烙鐵頭,利用原(yuan)來的(de)烙鐵手柄,按照如(ru)下電(dian)(dian)路,重新DIY了(le)一個(ge),使用半年了(le),效果(guo)也不(bu)錯。預熱(re)時(shi)間稍(shao)長(chang),將近2分鐘。
