工程(cheng)咨詢、造價咨詢、招標代(dai)理、勘察(cha)、設(she)計(ji)、施工、監理等企業也可(ke)以(yi)組成聯合(he)(he)(he)體對(dui)工程(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)進(jin)行(xing)聯合(he)(he)(he)管(guan)理和(he)服務,聯合(he)(he)(he)體各方(fang)應(ying)符合(he)(he)(he)工程(cheng)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)管(guan)理內容(rong)對(dui)資(zi)質的要(yao)求。聯合(he)(he)(he)體各方(fang)應(ying)當(dang)共同與建設(she)單位簽定(ding)委(wei)托合(he)(he)(he)同并向建設(she)單位承擔連帶責任。
工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)接(jie)受建設單位(wei)委托,按照合同約定承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目管(guan)理(li)業(ye)(ye)務時,不應在同一(yi)個工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目上再(zai)承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)務,也不應與承(cheng)(cheng)擔(dan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)務的(de)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)有隸屬關(guan)系或者其他利害關(guan)系。
