【壓路(lu)機應急修復】壓路(lu)機突然(ran)不工作了怎么辦 壓路(lu)機的應急修復方法
1.汽缸蓋工藝孔端蓋漏水
某型振動壓路機配(pei)置(zhi)的康明斯發(fa)動(dong)機缸蓋(gai)(gai)上的工(gong)藝孔端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)較薄,經腐蝕后漏(lou)水。壓路機工(gong)作(zuo)中,該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)發(fa)生(sheng)漏(lou)水后,一時難以(yi)購買(mai)和加工(gong)。對此可(ke)(ke)(ke)采取以(yi)下應急修復(fu)方法:若該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)泄漏(lou)孔很(hen)小,可(ke)(ke)(ke)用木螺釘裹上生(sheng)膠(jiao)帶擰(ning)入即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke);若該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)泄漏(lou)孔較大,可(ke)(ke)(ke)將發(fa)動(dong)機缸體內(nei)的冷卻液(ye)放出一部分(低于(yu)泄漏(lou)部位即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke)),將該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)清理(li)干(gan)凈,準備1塊(kuai)大于(yu)泄漏(lou)孔的鐵片(pian),使用AB膠(jiao)將鐵片(pian)粘貼到該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)上,待(dai)(dai)AB膠(jiao)硬(ying)化后,再添加冷卻液(ye)即(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke)。待(dai)(dai)購買(mai)或加工(gong)該(gai)端(duan)(duan)蓋(gai)(gai)后,再更換(huan)新件。
2.轉向缸導向套碰傷漏油
某型振動壓(ya)路(lu)機轉向(xiang)缸導向(xiang)套外圓上的密封(feng)圈槽(cao)被(bei)碰(peng)傷,用AB膠修補后,時間(jian)不長就從碰(peng)傷處(chu)漏油(you)(you)。購買(mai)新導向(xiang)套時廠家沒有零(ling)件,若購買(mai)新的轉向(xiang)缸成本高、時間(jian)長,若加工新的導向(xiang)套比較(jiao)困(kun)難。為此我們采取以下應(ying)急修復(fu)方法:將(jiang)轉向(xiang)缸導向(xiang)套拆下,在距(ju)離原密封(feng)圈槽(cao)下部5mm處(chu),重新車制1個相同尺寸的密封(feng)圈槽(cao),裝(zhuang)上密封(feng)圈后,導向(xiang)套漏油(you)(you)故障(zhang)消失。
3.橡膠水管漏水
壓路機使(shi)用和修理中,經常遇(yu)到發(fa)動機冷(leng)卻系統橡膠(jiao)水管因(yin)老化等原因(yin)局部損壞(huai)漏水現象。若(ruo)要更(geng)換原規格(ge)的橡膠(jiao)水管,需到配件廠家(jia)購買(mai)。為此我(wo)們(men)采取以下應(ying)急修復(fu)方(fang)法:將(jiang)發(fa)動機冷(leng)卻液放凈,將(jiang)橡膠(jiao)水管外表清洗干凈,用電工(gong)防水膠(jiao)布(bu)將(jiang)漏水部位緊密裹扎多層,便可解決漏水問題,且效(xiao)果(guo)較好。
4.軸頸密封面磨損
發(fa)動機(ji)曲軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)、變(bian)速器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)入軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)及輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)與骨(gu)(gu)架油封(feng)唇(chun)(chun)口接(jie)觸(chu)處(chu)經長(chang)期摩(mo)擦(ca)后,與油封(feng)唇(chun)(chun)口接(jie)觸(chu)部位的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)表面會(hui)(hui)磨(mo)出(chu)溝(gou)槽。該溝(gou)槽會(hui)(hui)引起漏(lou)油,更(geng)換新(xin)骨(gu)(gu)架油封(feng)后使用時間不長(chang)又會(hui)(hui)漏(lou)油。若采取(qu)(qu)堆焊加工(gong)方(fang)法修(xiu)復(fu)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頸(jing)磨(mo)出(chu)的(de)(de)溝(gou)槽,不但工(gong)作量大、成(cheng)本高,還(huan)容(rong)易造成(cheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)件變(bian)形。為此我們(men)采取(qu)(qu)以下應急修(xiu)復(fu)方(fang)法:將骨(gu)(gu)架油封(feng)安(an)裝(zhuang)孔(kong)底部墊(dian)上3mm厚的(de)(de)墊(dian)圈(quan),裝(zhuang)上骨(gu)(gu)架油封(feng)后,使其唇(chun)(chun)口向外(wai)移動3mm,以錯開磨(mo)出(chu)的(de)(de)溝(gou)槽,這樣便(bian)可(ke)解決此處(chu)漏(lou)油問題(ti)。
5.軸承軸向間隙變大
壓路機長期使用后,其變速器、后輪等安裝軸承的部位、軸承內外圈及滾動體均會出現磨損,造成軸承軸向間隙變大。若不及時調整該間隙,就會導致軸承及相關零件損壞,甚至導致機械事故。為此我們采取以下應急修復方法:選用合適的鐵絲卷成1個直徑適宜的鐵絲圈,墊在可消除軸向間隙的部位(如軸與軸承止推部位或軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)外圈座孔(kong)內(nei)),將軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)向間隙調整到(dao)允許尺寸。
6.平鍵和鍵槽磨損
壓路機所用軸(zhou)與輪(lun)的(de)(de)配(pei)合大都采用平(ping)(ping)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)(he)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽進行(xing)定(ding)位并傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩。平(ping)(ping)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)(he)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽經(jing)長期(qi)(qi)使用后(hou)(hou)會出現磨(mo)損(sun),平(ping)(ping)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)(he)(he)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽磨(mo)損(sun)后(hou)(hou),通常需(xu)要(yao)更換(huan)新鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),軸(zhou)頸(jing)、輪(lun)孔(kong)需(xu)重(zhong)新加工(gong)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽,這樣加工(gong)周(zhou)期(qi)(qi)較長,加工(gong)后(hou)(hou)也R唯(wei)達到(dao)配(pei)合要(yao)求。為此我們采取以下(xia)應急修(xiu)復(fu)方法:先將磨(mo)損(sun)平(ping)(ping)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)受力面一側(ce)進行(xing)堆(dui)焊,再根(gen)據修(xiu)整后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)軸(zhou)頸(jing)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽和(he)(he)(he)輪(lun)孔(kong)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)槽尺(chi)寸(cun),將堆(dui)焊后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)平(ping)(ping)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)整到(dao)合適的(de)(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)。
7.車由用擋圈損壞或折斷
軸用擋(dang)(dang)圈(quan)拆裝、使(shi)用和修理過(guo)程中會(hui)出現損壞甚至折斷。若(ruo)施(shi)工現場找不到相同尺(chi)寸的(de)軸用擋(dang)(dang)圈(quan),可采取(qu)以下應(ying)急(ji)方(fang)法:用直徑合適的(de)鐵絲,將軸用擋(dang)(dang)圈(quan)的(de)凹槽扎緊,使(shi)壓路機(ji)繼續工作(zuo)。待購買到合適的(de)軸用擋(dang)(dang)圈(quan)后,及(ji)時更換新件。
8.自制鐵絲銷替代開口銷
壓路機一些銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)軸及螺栓端部設(she)置(zhi)了(le)開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong),用(yong)(yong)于安裝開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),以(yi)防止(zhi)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)軸及螺栓松脫。轉向缸(gang)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)軸、離(li)合器拉(la)桿銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)軸、制(zhi)動拉(la)桿接頭銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)軸、發(fa)動機腳固(gu)定螺栓等,均設(she)置(zhi)了(le)此種開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)拆(chai)卸(xie)后應更(geng)換(huan)新件,若沒(mei)有尺寸合適(shi)的(de)(de)開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),可采(cai)取以(yi)下應急方法:采(cai)用(yong)(yong)比(bi)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)直徑略小的(de)(de)鐵絲(si)制(zhi)作鐵絲(si)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)替代開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),待購到合適(shi)的(de)(de)新開(kai)口(kou)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)后,及時更(geng)換(huan)新件。
9.調節器損壞
壓路機(ji)發動機(ji)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)用于調節(jie)(jie)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓和電(dian)(dian)(dian)流。當(dang)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)不(bu)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),將(jiang)(jiang)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)點火導線(xian)(xian)端(duan)頭與(yu)磁場導線(xian)(xian)端(duan)頭相碰,若(ruo)(ruo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流表顯示蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)處于充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態,便可確定調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)已(yi)經損(sun)壞。當(dang)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)損(sun)壞后(hou),發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)發出(chu)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流就不(bu)能向蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)和其他(ta)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設備充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。此時(shi)若(ruo)(ruo)找不(bu)到(dao)新(xin)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi),可將(jiang)(jiang)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)點火導線(xian)(xian)端(duan)頭與(yu)磁場導線(xian)(xian)端(duan)頭連接在一起(qi)給(gei)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。采用此方法時(shi),應每4h關(guan)閉電(dian)(dian)(dian)路數小時(shi),以免蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)因充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過足損(sun)耗電(dian)(dian)(dian)解液(ye),并應盡快更換(huan)新(xin)調節(jie)(jie)器(qi)。
