藥廠用超純水機的主要功能
1、反滲透
反滲(shen)透技術主要通過(guo)超低壓(ya)滲(shen)透過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)技術,去除水中各種(zhong)鹽(yan)份及(ji)雜質(zhi),其關鍵(jian)在于(yu)反滲(shen)透膜的(de)(de)性能。反滲(shen)透膜是一種(zhong)只(zhi)允(yun)許(xu)水分(fen)子(zi)(zi)通過(guo)而不允(yun)許(xu)溶質(zhi)透過(guo)的(de)(de)半通透膜,孔徑大多(duo)小于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)10×10-10m,其分(fen)離對(dui)象為(wei)溶液中處(chu)于(yu)離子(zi)(zi)范圍和(he)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)量為(wei)幾(ji)百左右的(de)(de)有機物。它能濾(lv)(lv)(lv)除各種(zhong)細菌,如最小的(de)(de)細菌之一綠膿桿菌(3000×10-10m),也能濾(lv)(lv)(lv)除各種(zhong)病(bing)毒(du),如流感病(bing)毒(du)(800×10-10m),腦膜炎病(bing)毒(du)(200×10-10m),還能濾(lv)(lv)(lv)除熱原(10~500×10-10m)。
2、離子交換
離子交換通過帶(dai)電電荷相互吸引的原理(li),去(qu)除水(shui)中的金屬離子。離子交換系統(tong)必須用(yong)酸和(he)堿定(ding)期進(jin)行再生處理(li),由(you)于這兩種(zhong)再生劑具有(you)殺菌(jun)效果,因而同時也成為控制(zhi)離子交換系統(tong)中微生物的措施。離子交換系統(tong)既(ji)可(ke)以設計(ji)成陰床、陽床分開,也可(ke)以設計(ji)成混(hun)合床形式。
3、混合床除鹽
混(hun)床(chuang)(chuang)是指水依次通(tong)過(guo)裝有氫(qing)(qing)(qing)型(xing)陽(yang)離子(zi)交換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂的陽(yang)床(chuang)(chuang)和裝有氫(qing)(qing)(qing)氧(yang)(yang)型(xing)陰(yin)(yin)子(zi)交換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂的陰(yin)(yin)床(chuang)(chuang)的系統(tong),氫(qing)(qing)(qing)型(xing)陽(yang)交換(huan)床(chuang)(chuang)用于除去水中(zhong)的陽(yang)離子(zi),氫(qing)(qing)(qing)氧(yang)(yang)型(xing)陰(yin)(yin)交換(huan)床(chuang)(chuang)用于除去水中(zhong)的陰(yin)(yin)離子(zi),通(tong)過(guo)復床(chuang)(chuang)可將水中(zhong)的種礦物鹽(yan)基本除去。為了獲取較好的除鹽(yan)效果,陽(yang)床(chuang)(chuang)內(nei)裝載強酸陽(yang)離子(zi)交換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂,陰(yin)(yin)床(chuang)(chuang)一般內(nei)裝載強堿陰(yin)(yin)陽(yang)離子(zi)交換(huan)樹(shu)(shu)脂。混(hun)床(chuang)(chuang)也分為體內(nei)同步再(zai)生式混(hun)床(chuang)(chuang)和體外再(zai)生式混(hun)床(chuang)(chuang),混(hun)床(chuang)(chuang)系統(tong)設置(zhi)罐體超壓(ya)自動泄壓(ya)裝置(zhi),最大限度保證罐體安全。
